El hotel en sí no es tan nuevo, pero está bien mantenido y las habitaciones están limpias. Las comodidades están ubicadas frente al ascensor y son solo lo mínimo indispensable. Hay un aparcamiento que funciona con monedas frente al hotel, donde se puede aparcar durante 24 horas por 1.300 yenes.

Hotel was easily accessible (5 minutes walk) from the nearest tram stop next to Sakuramachi mall. Staff hospitality was exceptional. Check in and out process was very smooth too. Some of the staff could also converse well in English. Hotel has coin laundromats which was really helpful for our four nights stay. The hotel breakfast was really good too with wide spread of Japanese and western options. Also wonderful that the hotel lounge is open daily after 2pm with free drinks and hot tea/coffee provided.

Can't really find a fault with this hotel. The room was perfect. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. The room had a humidifier machine. The staff were very nice to deal with and welcoming. The location was spot on. I'd stay here again most definitely

Fue muy cómodo. Nunca imaginé reservar un hotel de cinco estrellas cerca de la estación de Kumamoto por poco más de 3000. El ambiente era limpio y bonito, y el servicio excelente. Aunque la habitación no era grande, me sentí seguro, lo cual me encantó. También había una bañera grande y cómoda, perfecta para quitarme el cansancio del día. Realmente mejoró mi experiencia en Kumamoto, una ciudad tranquila. Además, al estar justo enfrente de la estación, el transporte es muy práctico. También hay un centro comercial y unos grandes almacenes abajo.

Staff were nice, a couple of them speaks English well. Our twin room with sofa bed was adequate. Sofa bed has seen better times n can feel the springs, not for someone who is on heavy side. Location of hotel is good. We love the hair dryer, Refa brand, top notch. Parking cost ¥1000 per night. Just behind is the shopping street and ard 15 mins walk is a big shopping mall, Sakura Machi. Kumamoto Castle can be seen opposite the hotel but if walking is still not so near. We decided to check out of hotel and drove to the castle. There are a few parking lots near to the castle but some need to walk longer.

This hotel has just been newly renovated, so everything feels very clean and fresh. Guests can enjoy unlimited alcoholic drinks every day — you can either mix your own or order directly at the bar, all for free. The staff are also extremely polite. The location is extremely convenient as well — it’s right next to the JR station, only a one-minute walk away. Parking is available at the Kumamoto Station No.3 parking lot behind the hotel. From 3 PM until 12 PM the next day, it only costs 1,000 yen per night, which is very reasonable. If I come back to Kumamoto again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Excellent service. Originally we did not manage to get the river view room. But then after that the ********* lady managed to change the room for us on the second night. Food was really good and we could even see fireflies at night along the river. They had many private baths where the whole family can bathe in private.

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente. Es un edificio que combina transporte y compras. El diseño es muy novedoso. El servicio de limpieza del hotel es muy serio y cuidadoso. Nos alojamos tres noches y lo limpiaban todos los días, incluso las zapatillas se cambiaban todos los días. El desayuno es muy recomendable. Puedes ver el hermoso castillo de Kumamoto y las vistas a las montañas desde el restaurante paisajístico del piso 14.

No me sentía bien, pero la habitación del hotel era muy cómoda y estaba al lado de una calle comercial con mucha comida rica. Además, había una farmacia donde me ayudaron a conseguir la medicación adecuada. La cama era muy cómoda y el pijama, muy confortable. Volveré a alojarme aquí. Una estancia fantástica y, sí, me recuperé por completo.

La ubicación es muy buena y las habitaciones recientemente renovadas también están muy limpias. Debe estacionar en un lugar designado para estacionar y comunicarse con la recepción para registrarse.
