An excellent hotel. The location is very convenient, a 20-minute walk from Kumamoto Station or a 10-minute tram ride. The reception staff are courteous and attentive. Essential items can be collected on the ground floor. The room was on the very top floor. The beds are large. The cleaning service is excellent, with towels changed daily. Perhaps the only drawback is the lack of sufficient space to open a large suitcase, you have to jostle about to do so. At one point, the room became quite stuffy, the air conditioning didn’t help with the air circulation, and the window couldn’t be opened. I realise this has been done for everyone’s safety.

I recently stayed at THE BLOSSOM Kumamoto and it was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Japan. The location is unbeatable — it’s directly connected to JR Kumamoto Station and sits above a shopping mall, which made everything incredibly convenient, from transport to dining and shopping. The hotel itself feels very modern and well-designed. The lobby and common areas are spacious and stylish, and the rooms are surprisingly roomy by Japanese standards. Everything was spotless, and the layout (especially the separate shower and toilet areas) made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the public bath (onsen). It’s clean, relaxing, and perfect after a long day of exploring. The hotel also offers great facilities overall, and you can tell everything is still quite new and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service really added to the overall experience. Overall, THE BLOSSOM Kumamoto is a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and modern design. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kumamoto.

Instalaciones: hay una microondas situadas en cada piso en la zona de ascensor. Localización: Fantástico con Shimotori a pocos pasos de él. 7-11 y McDonald’s en la entrada de la calle de caminar. Aún más arriba hay Cocosa Shopping Mall y con un supermercado en su sótano. El hotel se encuentra en una zona más interesante que Sakura Machi, pero la mayoría de las tiendas se cerraron bastante temprano a las 8:00. Parking: aunque el hotel no ofrece aparcamiento, hemos podido aparcar en el edificio cercano con un parque de coches (1 min a pie) que está afiliado al hotel (pagado JPY1200 para estacionamiento nocturno entre las 3:00 y las 11:00). Recuerde obtener el bono de descuento JPY200 del personal para su pago de estacionamiento.

La ubicación es muy buena. Puedes ir directamente al castillo de Kumamoto. Si giras a la derecha, puedes llegar a la terminal de autobuses Kumamoto Sakuracho en 100 minutos e ir al aeropuerto. It’s in a great location just a short walk to the shopping street with lots to eat and buy and also a view of the castle. However the hotel is very old and it shows its age both in the condition of the rooms and the way it is managed. For example, they ask guests to leave the physical key with the front desk every time you go out: this is a very old practice at Japanese inns. For younger folks, it feels worse than having to tell your parents when you go out or come back 😭

It’s the first hotel that I’ve been to in Japan that had a normal check-in procedure through the receptionist rather than a machine, and you’re greeted upon entry. The location is so perfect and considering it’s right next to the train station, I didn’t hear a thing. Also the room for the price was very comfortable and spacious!

Good location just in front of the castle. Night view is great. The 10th floor for breakfast and coffee at night is the best place to relax. Breakfast is the best I have in this trip. We have breakfast at new year eve and new year day , the food is probably arranged and served. The only complaint is the parking not available for my Toyota Harriers. I need to park at private parking cost me ＞ 2000 yen .

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente. Es un edificio que combina transporte y compras. El diseño es muy novedoso. El servicio de limpieza del hotel es muy serio y cuidadoso. Nos alojamos tres noches y lo limpiaban todos los días, incluso las zapatillas se cambiaban todos los días. El desayuno es muy recomendable. Puedes ver el hermoso castillo de Kumamoto y las vistas a las montañas desde el restaurante paisajístico del piso 14.

La habitación era espaciosa, bien diseñada, limpia y ordenada, con un toque muy japonés. Las almohadas eran especialmente cómodas y dormí toda la noche. Servicios: Los baños termales al aire libre eran fantásticos, y sumergirse en el cielo azul y las nubes blancas fue realmente placentero. Entorno: Este hotel de aguas termales abrió sus puertas en agosto y todas las instalaciones son muy nuevas. Servicio: El personal fue amable, sonriente y paciente al comunicarse.
