Maritimo Hotel’de konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Otel dört yıldızlı, ana yol üzerinde yer alıyor ve havaalanına oldukça yakın olması sayesinde ulaşımı çok kolay. Alt katta açık restoranının bulunması büyük bir avantaj. Odalar temiz, düzenli ve bakımlıydı. Kahvaltı salonu ferah, kahvaltı çeşitleri ise oldukça zengin ve lezzetliydi.
Tüm bu güzel özelliklerin yanında, resepsiyonda görevli Sina Bey’in ilgisi ve güler yüzü konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Kendisi son derece kibar, yardımsever ve misafirlerle yakından ilgilenen bir personel.
Genel olarak temizlik, konfor, konum ve hizmet kalitesi açısından gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz yerlerden biri oldu.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the area felt very safe. The staff “ Abdul Rahman “ was welcoming and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.”

The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy.
Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich herzlich willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt.
Das gesamte Team war stets hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und professionell – man merkt wirklich, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Solch ein Service ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich und hat meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.
Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder! :)

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Very comfortable beds with gorgeous breakfast that had multiple options. Staff were very welcoming and offered a lot of complementary drinks and kuymak which is the traditional food for Trabzon.
The only problem was the dim lighting in the room but I guess it was to make it quiet.

Genel olarak konaklamam oldukça keyifliydi. Otelin konumu havaalanına yakın ve şehir merkezine (Meydan’a) taksiyle ulaşım çok kısa sürüyor; üstelik taksi ücretleri de ***et makul. Yürümek isterseniz yaklaşık bir saat sürüyor ki bu da ***et yapılabilir bir mesafe.
Odam temizdi ve manzarası çok güzeldi, hatta nezaket gösterip oda tipimi yükselttiler (upgrade yaptılar). Ancak bir noktaya değinmem gerekiyor: Personelin büyük çoğunluğu güler yüzlü olsa da, bir çalışan sadece dış görünüşüm farklı olduğu için beni hedef alıp gereksiz sorularıyla beni oldukça darladı. Bu tavrın yanlış olduğunu düşünüyorum ve dürüst olmak gerekirse bu durum, lobiye her gidişimde kendimi huzursuz ve gergin hissetmeme neden oldu.
Özetle; bu tatsız deneyim dışında konaklamam ***et iyiydi ve otelin konumu büyük bir avantaj.

Overall, the hotel is good.
We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved.
The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles.
The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

Destaquemos los puntos positivos, el inicio y la salida fueron rápidos y eficientes. ubicación es buena. Los empleados son muy atentos y eficientes. El desayuno es grande. El limpieza se hace diariamente. La piscina y el spa están abajo, pero esta vez no lo he utilizado, así que no puedo decir mucho. La vista del balcón es fabulosa. La ubicación del hotel es excelente.
Ahora hablamos de la habitación. Todo es viejo y no se mantiene bien. Las hojas de cama, cubiertas de cama, cubiertas de cama y cubiertas de cubierta de cama son todas viejas y todas tienen puntos en ellas. En mi llegada mis hojas de cama, cubiertas de cama y cubiertas tenían puntos diferentes en ellas . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn't work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn't work well. The carpets are old. I can't say anything about towels for I never use the hotel's towels.
Adoro este hotel, pero me decepcionó mucho la situación que vi cuando me quedé 4 días esta vez.

What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.
If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

LLazankaI had a fantastic stay at the newly built Garden House Hotel. The room was amazing, equipped with everything you could need, including a little fridge. It was also wonderfully warm, which is perfect if you’re staying during the colder months.
Mahmut was amazing — very helpful and friendly, a lovely person.
The only issue I encountered was the lack of signage indicating it’s the Garden House. Arriving on a rainy day made it harder since the internet wasn’t working and I had to knock on a few houses and ask for help to find the place. The streets are tiny and all houses are next to each other, making it tricky to locate. I’d recommend providing precise location details on the listing or advising guests to contact the host for exact directions, especially if they arrive at night or in bad weather.
Aside from that, it was a really nice stay and I’d definitely come back!

UUsuario invitadoEverything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel.
The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time.
Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport..
It came out that it was part of the fun
The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows..
However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes,
The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components..
Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming
Definitely will stay there again

UUsuario invitadoGreat place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey.
The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while.
Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage.
Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.
