Maritimo Hotel’de konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Otel dört yıldızlı, ana yol üzerinde yer alıyor ve havaalanına oldukça yakın olması sayesinde ulaşımı çok kolay. Alt katta açık restoranının bulunması büyük bir avantaj. Odalar temiz, düzenli ve bakımlıydı. Kahvaltı salonu ferah, kahvaltı çeşitleri ise oldukça zengin ve lezzetliydi.
Tüm bu güzel özelliklerin yanında, resepsiyonda görevli Sina Bey’in ilgisi ve güler yüzü konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Kendisi son derece kibar, yardımsever ve misafirlerle yakından ilgilenen bir personel.
Genel olarak temizlik, konfor, konum ve hizmet kalitesi açısından gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz yerlerden biri oldu.

الغرف جميلة والإطلالة زجاجية جميلة لكن يعيب الاطلالة انها نافذة بفتحة محدودة وليست شرفة الإفطار متواضع اجمل ما في الفندق في الاستقبال الاستاذة ميسم، متعاونة جدآ وذوق في التعامل اشكر الفندق على اختيارها

Overall, the hotel is good.
We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved.
The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles.
The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

Otel in odası ***et güzel görünüyordu içeri girdiğimiz anda keskin bir koku vardı . Tıkayıcı bir koku daha sonrasında kokunun banyo giderinden geldiğini fark ettim lavaboya yada banyo ihtiyacı için her girdiğimde midem bulandı cidden , gece yoldan geldiğimiz için sabah geç kalkacaktık ama yan odadaki Arap müşteriler bağırarak telefonda konuştuğu için uyku zehir oldu . ( Duvarlar ince , Kapılardan da çalışanların ve konaklayanların sesi geliyor )

He reservado este hotel porque cerca del centro y dotado de spa con sauna. El departamento de spa estaba en mantenimiento desde hace días (dijeron). Muy caro comida en el cuarto y desayuno (aproximadamente €20), que descubrí no incluido en la estancia. Por eso nunca comí en el hotel.
El personal amable y dispuesto a proporcionar cualquier indicación que sea necesaria para la estancia.
La ubicación de este hotel es bastante central.
La habitación está tranquila y la cama cómoda... Me he dormido muy bien.

Очень приятный новый отель с уютными номерами, продуманным дизайном и внимательным персоналом. Всё чисто, свежо и комфортно – есть даже лифт, что редкость для небольших гостиниц. Вид с балкончика на взлётную полосу аэропорта – необычно и завораживающе! Персонал по-настоящему гостеприимен: нас даже угостили кукурузой – приятные мелочи, которые запоминаются.
Важные нюансы:
✔ Удобная парковка на улице (своей нет, но мест хватает)
✔ Магазин в шаговой доступности (но учтите – обратный подъём по крутой горе с пакетами сложноват)
✖ Море *формально* рядом, но искупаться не получится – аэропорт и технические зоны отрезают доступ к воде. Для пляжного отдыха отель не подходит.
Идеальный вариант для транзитных путешественников или тех, кто ценит тишину, виды и уют без привязки к пляжу.

MMs. TRAVELLERLa habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. Lamentablemente, he encontrado el hotel en una situación muy desagradable, pero un gran aporte para su personal y su eficiencia, especialmente los chicos de recepción.
Destaquemos los puntos positivos, el inicio y la salida fueron rápidos y eficientes. ubicación es buena. Los empleados son muy atentos y eficientes. El desayuno es grande. El limpieza se hace diariamente. La piscina y el spa están abajo, pero esta vez no lo he utilizado, así que no puedo decir mucho. La vista del balcón es fabulosa. La ubicación del hotel es excelente.
Ahora hablamos de la habitación. Todo es viejo y no se mantiene bien. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.
If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

UUsuario invitadoEverything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel.
The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time.
Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport..
It came out that it was part of the fun
The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows..
However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes,
The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components..
Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming
Definitely will stay there again

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel have NO LIFT and we are given room at third floor. It was surprising that such an important information is missing to mention anyin the booking process. I do not know the process of listing hotels on trip.com but this information certainly should be there.
The room was comfortable however there was small opening at the corner of the room thru which noise was coming at night disturbing our sleep. On asking the reception guy said it is purposely kept for some wifi etc, for me the reason doesn't make sense.

UUsuario invitadoThe room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.
