Hoteles con piscina en Prefectura de Iwate, Japón

We had a pleasant stay in general. However, room ceaning service needs to be improved. Our group of people have a few bad experiences. 1) after returning to room after the day, there was a used mask left in the bathroom. There’s also a day without providing onsen towels and we had to bring over the mid size ones 2) the door of my friend’s room remained open after the cleaning service (a 3M sticker with なすし2 sticked on wall). Glad there’s no missing items 3) another room, there was blood and urine stint left on the toilet cover! I hope the hotel can take it seriously as it indeed ruins the brand of IHG and bad customer experience.

1、酒店迎接巴士從一關站前，建議還是預訂，否則有可能沒有大車，路程還是比較遠，約半小時。送行巴士可以到一關或者是平泉，也可以順路到嚴美溪。作為附近的旅遊中轉站其實很不錯。 2、酒店外風景很好，溪水顏色碧藍，很漂亮，温泉水質感覺也很不錯。有牛虻，要稍微注意。 3、餐食都是半自助，確實不怎麼樣，可以選擇的自助品種很少，相對來説主材選擇烤牛肉、壽喜燒最好，海鮮鍋和豬肉鍋都很一般。如果對餐食要求比較低，這裏真的不錯。 4、主樓房間視野很好，風景秀麗。 5、要注意提醒酒店當天要打掃房間，否則可能就不打掃了。

Aunque es un hotel más antiguo, la vivienda en general es muy cómoda, el calor es de 43 grados y está muy cómodo, el espacio de la habitación es también grande, puede ver un lindo mar de la ventana, el contenido del desayuno es bueno, llevar a un supermercado y comer hace más de 10 minutos, vale la pena recomendar

房間非常乾淨寬敞，入住當天正好趕上下雪，窗外雪景非常漂亮，一年四季都很漂亮，温泉♨️最贊，非常非常寬敞，有各種水温的池子，還有很乾凈的桑拿室，乾淨寬敞的露天温泉池，景色非常漂亮。 早晚自助餐品種很多，中西日食的味道都很好👍 服務態度那就更不用説啦 設施，環境棒棒噠 衞生，服務呱呱噠

原本是要去露營，結果天氣太糟，店家很貼心幫我們安排至附近溫泉飯店住宿，下次還是會想再去體驗看看露營！
