Reservamos una habitación del 26/02/2025 al 01/03/2025 para tres personas. Un hotel acogedor, con una ubicación ideal para practicar senderismo en la montaña. Tiendas, cafeterías y agencias de excursiones están a poca distancia. La habitación y la descripción de los servicios coinciden con la lista que aparece en la página web. Personal atento, ayuda con la resolución de problemas y la compra de excursiones. Lo recomiendo como alojamiento.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.

Elegí este hotel por su jacuzzi. El personal es muy amable, la ubicación es excelente, a solo 10-15 minutos a pie del castillo de Uchisa y a 200 liras en taxi de la ciudad de Göreme. Es una zona práctica y tranquila, pero con fácil acceso a todas partes. Solo tengo una queja: el wifi en la habitación es pésimo. Quizás porque la habitación está en una cueva con una pared gruesa, se cortó el wifi. El hotel debería añadir más routers en las habitaciones que estén lejos de la recepción.

También me gusta la tranquilidad dentro y alrededor del hotel, a sólo 5 minutos a pie del castillo.

Тихий, атмосферный отель. Рядом с отелем много заброшенных домиков и, к сожалению, мусора - но от отеля это не зависит. Расположен в очень тихом местечке с минимумом инфраструктуры. В сезон, когда везде большое кол-во туристов, подойдет для любителей тишины. Идеально для туристов с машиной. До Навшехира с кафешками, магазинами и маршрутками можно дойти пешком минут за 20-30. Брали номер с террасой- прекрасно для созерцания природы и отдыха. Бассейн с сауной пока мы пребывали в отеле несколько дней не работал. Само помещение достаточно маленькое и если там отдыхает семья или компания на несколько человек, то уже ими не воспользуешься, тк будет некомфортно. В остальном все прекрасно и гостеприимно)

El paisaje es hermoso y está ubicado en el punto más alto al suroeste del centro de la ciudad de Goreme. Por lo tanto, es necesario subir y bajar cuestas para llegar al centro. En comparación con los precios irrazonables de la vivienda aquí, el precio aquí es muy costoso. Efectivo También es un hotel que acaba de lanzarse en Trip. El hotel brindará información en inglés. Parte de la asistencia incluye información de viaje, etc., y se proporcionará un desayuno sencillo. Los paneles de las puertas y las cerraduras de las puertas son un poco retro, por lo que el efecto de aislamiento acústico es deficiente. Nice experience to stay in real ”modern” cave hotel with good services

Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.

Pleasantly surprised at all aspects of our stay. Convenient location on main road with parking. Easy check in and check out. Small but beautiful room with ceiling fan, fridge, soap, shower gel, towels. Unlike many hotels, wifi actually works through whole building. Table service rooftop delicious breakfast included in what we paid. Staff were kind. Multiple grocery shops a stone's throw away.
