Excelente lugar, comodo, buena ubicacion y en general la limpieza es muy buena, solo tuve detalles con un olor peculiar en el baño, pero nada que un desodorante no arreglara. La cama es cómoda, tienes un pequeño frigobar, accesorios de limpieza personal. La ubicación realmente perfecta, para mochileros, que gusten del caminar, ya que a 12 minutos tienes el mirador para ver el amanecer con los globos de fondo. El desayuno super completo y de buen sabor, la variedad no cambia, todos los dias es igual, pero asi es en Turquia , y no tengo problema alguno con eso.

今まで滞在した中でもトップクラスで良いホテルでした。 部屋も広くて、綺麗で、部屋からの眺めも最高! 朝食も豪華で、毎朝楽しみでした。スタッフの方もとても親切で、いつでも丁寧に対応してくださいました。 看板猫のクロネコも可愛かったです。 ギョレメよりもウチヒサルの方が高地にあるので、景色が全体的に綺麗で個人的にオススメです。(気球スポットまでもそれほど遠くない。) カッパドキアに来たらまた泊まりたい!

El hotel está a solo 300 metros a pie del distrito comercial de Göreme. El dueño y el personal del hotel fueron muy amables. Compramos el tour de la Línea Verde y los boletos para el globo aerostático directamente en el hotel a nuestra llegada. El tour de la Línea Verde es para grupos pequeños de 8 personas, con un guía angloparlante durante todo el recorrido. Es una gran experiencia para niños con educación secundaria o superior. Al final, nuestro grupo quedó en 5 personas y nos transportaron en un lujoso Mercedes-Benz. Fuimos muy puntuales, sin compras ni otros gastos. Las atracciones que visitamos incluyeron la ciudad subterránea, cuevas, el Valle de las Palomas y el Valle de Ihlara. El tour del Valle de Ihlara comenzó con una caminata desde la entrada superior, y al llegar a la entrada inferior, el Mercedes-Benz nos esperaba: una experiencia increíble imposible de lograr en coche. El tour en globo aerostático consistía en una canasta para 28 personas, dividida en 8 canastas más pequeñas. El primer vuelo despegó a las 4 a. m. Fue una experiencia excelente que no se puede perder. Dado que los precios suelen estar en euros, le recomendamos llevar efectivo en euros o dólares estadounidenses si desea reservar con el propietario. Esto es práctico y popular entre los comerciantes locales. El hotel cuenta con cocina y restaurante, y el desayuno es de estilo occidental y delicioso. La habitación era única, completamente de piedra, limpia y lujosa. Fue la más grande y mejor en la que me he alojado durante mi viaje a Turquía. A mi familia le encantó el enorme jacuzzi del dormitorio. El baño era amplio, con dos ventanas grandes, que conviene cerrar al ducharse. Compré una sandía grande esa noche, lo que le causó bastantes problemas al propietario, pero estuvo encantado de ayudar.

We stayed for four nights and five days. We had requested a room with a window, but on the first night, we were given a room without one. However, from the second night onward, we were able to move to a room with a window. The first night’s room was actually a cave room with a 600-year history, so it turned out to be a precious and memorable experience. The hotel staff, especially Eylul and Enes, were very friendly and always attentive, checking in with us to see if we needed anything. Thanks to their kindness, we were able to spend our stay comfortably without any inconvenience. On the morning of our departure, the water supply stopped, but the staff responded quickly, and we were able to use water again before leaving. Taking photos on the rooftop with the cats and the hot air balloons in the background became an unforgettable memory. We also got to ride a hot air balloon, making it a truly fulfilling five days. Thank you very much for everything.

I had doubts when I made booking - the hotel didn’t have many reviews. I took the risk though and it was well worth it. My stay at Hira cave was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and beautiful, the bed was comfortable - I slept like a baby all 5 nights. The view from the terrace was fascinating and breakfast was delicious as well - the photographs are attached. The owners were friendly and helped to arrange pick up from the airport, shared a few useful hints about the hikes and did everything to make my stay memorable. Thank you very much, I will come back!

We had a great stay as a couple; the hotel is clean, has a lovely environment, and is conveniently located within walking distance of the Göreme center. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful—I even asked them to arrange a birthday decoration, and they did a wonderful job. They also offer easy bookings for Green/Red tours and hot air balloons, though prices are a bit premium compared to local agencies in town. While the breakfast was just average, the overall hospitality and great location made it a pleasant experience.

This is one of the coolest hotels I've ever been to In my Life. If you like Gothic architecture and something different bored of the same old boutique hotels this is a place to come visit. The blood pool in the hell dungeon is amazing with snakes and stone on the ceiling. If you are into rock music Gothic medieval and still want the luxuries this is the place you have to come see.

The hotel is very nice. The room and toilet are large and warm all the time. The services not good. I booked the hot balloon riding in the morning I came inside the lobby for waiting but a man who is reception told me you can wait outside (Hello is so cold why I come inside). I don't understand I pay for the hotel just my room not for the lobby ? anyway when the rider pick up a person for balloon riding in the list that not my name but he say this is your guide tour must go with him but I say no this is not my guide coz I don't have a name in the list , He ask for my room no. and confirm that your tour guide go with him . Finally I go with the wrong tour the rider must to pick me up to the hotel and waiting for my tour guide again . wasting time ..I give only 0 point with the guy reception in the morning if you wanna who is your staff going to check the CCTV in the lobby on 2 Dec 2025 time 6.20-6.45.

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa. Todo el personal es increíble, con una hospitalidad excelente, amable y atento. El lugar es exactamente igual que en las fotos, excelente ubicación, limpio y cómodo. Incluso si no tienes nada que hacer en la ciudad, simplemente pasar el rato en la terraza del hotel es agradable y relajante, con una vista espectacular. ¡Sin duda, un servicio de hotel de cinco estrellas! También me gustó la tranquilidad dentro y alrededor del hotel, incluso a solo 5 minutos a pie del castillo. El desayuno también fue maravilloso: gran variedad, amplio horario y buen sabor.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.
