Iligan go hotel ok naman ang hindi ko gusto how they scare people by stuffing paper under the door. Tinakot niyo ang tao sa room of what is that crawling yon pala paper. To remind us kong mag extend or not. I hope it's not like that. Paano kong someone who checked in has a heart condition, e di inatake na at namatay sa takot.

Pool closed at 4 Pam due to a special event, but it was open again the next morning.  It’s a great pool.  Very busy while we were there and staff handled it well.

Stayed for 4 nights. The room was recently renovated, so the interiors were fresh and clean. Toilet, bath, beds and linen were pristine. Since this is a budget hotel, there were no amenities like room slippers or toothbrush. We do appreciate the availability of a hair dryer and 3 hangers for clothes. Overall, a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

The renovated Seda Centrio were pleasantly alluring and minimalistic. I like the warm Filipino hospitality imbibe into its rooms, amenities, and also the wonderful staff. Great choices of Breakfast buffet down to their in-house dining. The pool and the gym were renovated as well as the whole building was glammed up to the standards. Recommended for those who want to stay in CDO and feel the ”Mabuhay!” spirit.

The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest points—conveniently situated near key attractions and easily accessible to public transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The air conditioning in the room was highly effective, providing a refreshing escape from the heat outside. However, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was not included in the stay, which would have added more value to the overall experience. Additionally, the walls between rooms seemed quite thin, as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, affecting the overall comfort and tranquility. Soundproofing improvements would greatly enhance the quality of stay for future guests.

Fue tan sorprendente, me encanta el lugar era un poco frío pero es de hecho un Paraiso que mira y tan relajante puedo recomendar el lugar las habitaciones son maravillosos tan elegantes para el sabor y como todos los que hay muchos de los lugares donde puede tomar Puedes tomar fotos

The place is clean and the staffs were accommodating when I stayed there. It would be better If they can provide the rooms with window (even if it small) so we can also chill and enjoy the city view =)

The room is fine, its just that when I request for cleaning, they did floor sweeping only as its beyond 5pm and no housekeeping is available. But when we came back, the room smelled like poop. 😒 we just clean the floor with a wet wipes since they cant do anything as the housekeeping is only available during 8-5pm 🙄 Bathroom has no bidet too 😔
