Desayuno muy básico No hay restaurante (solo un desayuno básico) El baño es pequeño y lleno de molde Las camas individuales son estrechas y las galletas son las lámparas de espuma No hay agua en botella (se supone que se obtiene agua purificada de un dispensador en el corredor El pasillo es muy ruidoso (puertas de lanzamiento) Dos ascensores pero sólo 1 trabajando (ahorro de costes?) Por el lado positivo: una Internet muy fiable y de alta velocidad. En general, un hotel local muy básico no se refleja realmente en el nombre.

The location is very good—near Robinson and easily accessible, especially for the elderly. The staff are all nice, kind, and accommodating. My only comments are that the interior could use some renovation: the water taps are difficult to close, some tiles are stained, and the hallway is quite dark and may need repainting. There is no unpleasant smell, but adding a light fragrance could improve the overall ambiance.

Location is accessible to market, shopping centers and beautiful spot. Hotel is very clean and the staff are nice and very accommodating. Food needs to improve a bit.

All staff are polite, clean room and very accommodating staffs.  The Front desk sorted my concerns upon checking out, as I thought i did gave deposits, it was a Mistake in my part and i do apologise for the mistake.. Appreciate all the help specially to Adrian. I enjoyed my short stay. Will recommend and would love to stay next time./ Thank you.

I recently stayed at GoHotels Tacloban for a quick weekend getaway. The room was simple but thoughtfully furnished — clean linens, a comfortable bed, and just enough space to feel at home. I especially appreciated the little touches, like a kettle, a pitcher, and a small desk plus it’s next to Robinson’s Shopping Mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The lobby had a warm, welcoming vibe and was a nice spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. While the hotel doesn’t offer many luxury amenities, it’s perfect for travelers looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travelers or couples on a budget. Would stay here again!

La habitación era pequeña, en comparación con la reserva original que había reservado. No pueden encontrar mis reservas, por lo que tuvieron que ponerme en 1 de las habitaciones disponibles. Reservé para una Suite Deluxe, y dijeron que no pueden localizar mi reserva. Así que me han transferido a una habitación más pequeña, que es un descenso a lo que había pagado. No se ofrecen compensaciones. La habitación era muy buena, pero la limpieza no es lo mejor. Experiencia general, promedio.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. The staff are nice. The room is clean and big, the amenities are complete. The hotel allow us to leave our baggages and allow additional guests with reasonable price. The staff are easy to approach with and very convenient to stay. It's near on the metro mall. The WiFi is too fast and we had a memorable night with my family. I really recommend this hotel. Perfect staycation for family.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable. Pero el único problema de esta vez fue la piscina y la comida. No podíamos usar la piscina en la noche coz que la limpiaron. Y la comida. , así que debería ser fue un desayuno buffet. Pero no fue. Esa fue la única razón por la que siempre elegimos este hotel, coz allí fue realmente bueno (el buffet)😋

Every thing was very good,but missing electric hot water jug,I have to buy hot water cup for 10p,i drink coffee many time,I have to call for it

ホテルでは、食事🍽️をしませんでしたが、目の前に 12PMオープンの#ナイトマーケット があるのでランチやディナーはそこでローカルフードを召し上がるのがお勧め🧡ですね。 後、5分程離れていますが 地元でも有名なピザ🍕屋さんがあります。写真を載せておきますね❗️
