My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻 The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that. However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

I really love the location of this legendary hotel in Braga. After a long day of work, it was such a pleasure to take an evening stroll along the charming Braga street, enjoying its beautiful night scenary and lively atmosphere. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. Although I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, I was assigned a room on a smoking floor. This issue caused an additional delay, making the check-in process even longer. I had to wait from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. before I could finally enter my room. Overall, the hotel’s location is excellent and full of charm, but the service quality and room assignment management need improvement.

La cama también fue lo suficientemente cómoda para asegurar un buen descanso antes de las reuniones. Uno de los mejores hoteles de Cirebon con excelentes instalaciones. Dispone de piscina, zona de parque infantil y zona de fitness. También tienen café y bar y sala de estar con performances de música de vida. La habitación es realmente espacioso, especialmente la cama real. Gracias por ofrecer un servicio tan maravilloso que hace una buena memoria para mi familia.

Actually, I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, it's really my dream, in the end I ended up staying with a friend, there was a little story that wasn't good, my friend's bed sheets and pillows a bit dirty, maybe they weren't changed or they weren't properly check. I recommended this hotel to her ,which wasn't good, I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, in the morning I had to leave immediately at the time I booked the hotel, not including breakfast because I was in a hurry, the photo below then went upstairs I think 5 minutes take the photo above for a moment, I wanted to see the view, there was an employee said that to take photos, you have to wait for breakfast to finish, namely 10 o'clock, hmmmhmmmm, the story is in a hurry, long story short, for the overall experience, the cleanliness is 4/5 for the view nice , but better you have time to a relaxing stay

Lavaba la piscina , las cubiertas de agua no están bien diseñadas para que el agua de la cubierta de la piscina fluya siempre a la parte superior de la vanidad y caiga en el suelo que hizo el suelo más húmedo del tiempo . La ubicación es en el buen punto pero no puede ir a ninguna parte porque no nos sentimos seguros de caminar por aquí .

My first choice hotel whenever i m on business trip to bdg. Old hotel but its clean n the staff r helpful. Opposiye of the hotel indomaret n alfamart n walking distance to Braga street. Breakfast not much variety but the fried egg is very tasty. Ac cold n new in some rooms.

Nice experience to have staycation during lebaean holiday. The facilities are well maintained, all the facilities and programs are dedicated for good quality guest experience. The breakfast is delicious and may variety. The room is comfortable. The pool is also great especially the long one.
