Me encantó este hotel. Tenía un piso entero para nosotros, todo muy ordenado y limpio, y las instalaciones eran muy nuevas. Reservamos la habitación familiar, que era grande, con dos camas grandes y un inodoro inteligente. Cada huésped recibía una botella de agua al día, y si necesitabas más, podías pedirla en recepción. También había una lavandería donde se podía lavar y secar la ropa gratis. La dueña y el personal eran muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Originalmente habíamos reservado dos noches, pero nos gustó tanto que nos quedamos seis noches más.

El hotel goza de una ubicación excelente, justo al lado del templo Baoguo, rodeado de exuberante vegetación, con aire puro y un ambiente tranquilo por la noche. La decoración es elegante; el lavabo está hecho con el armazón de una máquina de coser antigua, un estilo clásico pero a la vez original, y las habitaciones de estilo wabi-sabi son únicas. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento. Como llegamos temprano, antes de que el conductor empezara a trabajar, nos reembolsaron el taxi. ¡Sin duda recomendaría este hotel a mis amigos que visiten la montaña Emei!

Para un viaje de negocios anterior de mi empresa, siempre me quedaba en el Edificio Shudu cerca de Chunxi Road. Esta vez, al regresar a un lugar familiar, elegí el City Hotel cerca de la Plaza Tianfu. La ubicación es excelente, con transporte conveniente y varias líneas de metro cerca. Está a solo 3 minutos a pie de la estación de metro de la Plaza Tianfu. Está convenientemente ubicado cerca del Museo de Chengdu, el Museo de Ciencia y Tecnología y el Parque Popular. Chunxi Road, IFS y el centro comercial Taikoo Li están a solo una parada de metro en la Línea 2. No está lejos de puntos de referencia culturales como Kuanzhai Alley, el Puente Anshun Langqiao Jiuyan y la Calle del Bar Jinjiang. Está a 15 minutos en coche de la Estación Este de Tren de Chengdu, a 25 minutos en coche del Aeropuerto de Shuangliu y a 1 hora del Aeropuerto Internacional de Tianfu. We stayed in Meishan for a week for a sporting event. The hotel has clearly seen better days—especially compared to many newer properties in the area (aging lifts, worn carpets, etc.). We chose it mainly for three reasons: breakfast, gym/pool, and laundry facilities. 1. Breakfast The daily buffet was solid and met expectations. It featured a typical Chinese spread: hot stir-fried dishes, vegetables, meats, buns, dumplings, fried rice/noodles, porridge, plus a live station for dan dan noodles, eggs, and simple meats like sausage or ham. There was also a rotating Chinese dessert (e.g., red date with longan, green bean soup), along with some Western options like salad greens, yogurt, bread, cake, and fresh fruit. Since we stayed a full week, we appreciated the small variations. That said, we were surprised by the limited fruit selection—mainly oranges and watermelon—especially given the abundance of fresh fruit available locally. Breakfast vouchers are issued daily and must be presented before dining. 2. Gym & Pool This was the biggest disappointment. Both the gym and pool were completely closed, and the entire floor was gutted with no visible renovation activity. It looks like these facilities have been—and will be—out of service for quite some time. This was a major letdown, as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. 3. Laundry There is only one washer and one dryer for the entire building. We were concerned about availability, but only had to wait once. The 15-minute wash cycle helps with turnover. However, the dryer takes a long time and unfortunately shrunk all my cotton clothing. I’d recommend partially drying cotton items and then air-drying them in your room. Package Perks We booked through Trip.com, which included a small daily package: a plate with two oranges and some snacks, complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby, and a free transfer to the high-speed rail station (must be booked at the front desk one day in advance). There were also canned sodas included, which we didn’t use. Room & Noise We were initially assigned a room facing the plaza, which was very noisy. After requesting a change, we were first told the hotel was sold out—but after some persistence, a park-facing room was “found.” This room was significantly better: quiet, bright, and pleasant, with birdsong in the morning. We were told these were actually an upgrade, and that road-facing rooms are even worse due to constant traffic noise. 4. Smart Room Features (“Xiao Du”) We did enjoy the smart room system—“Xiao Du,” which works similarly to Alexa. It can control the curtains, TV, room temperature, and lighting, which is a nice modern touch. However, it was also a bit frustrating at times—for example, it would automatically turn off the lights in the bathroom sink area. The lighting there is already quite dim and not ideal for doing makeup. It would be helpful if the hotel could improve lighting around the mirror (brighter bulbs would make a big difference), or even better, install a mirror by the writing desk near the window where there is natural light. Smoking Smoking is allowed in the hotel, and we did notice it in the lobby, elevators, and corridors. Thankfully, our room itself was fine. Housekeeping turns off the AC and opens windows when cleaning, which seems to help ventilate lingering smoke. Location & Surroundings The hotel is in a convenient area. A nearby park is lovely, with traditional structures and inscriptions related to the Su family. Within a short walk is a lively commercial plaza with restaurants, bubble tea shops, salons (I tried a newly opened nail salon), and more. Getting around via Didi is easy. Overall For the price, the hotel offers decent value. However, the closed fitness facilities were a major downside. If we return, we’d likely try a newer hotel—but this one works if you prioritize cost and location over amenities.

Me registré en el Hotel Chengdu Halo Hyatt Centennial la tarde del 30 de abril. Respirar con dificultad, reír y toser me resultan extremadamente dolorosos; necesito la ayuda de mi hija para ponerme de pie. Esperaba que alguien del hotel se interesara por mis lesiones esa misma noche y al día siguiente, dado que soy huésped y se trata de un hotel Hyatt de cinco estrellas. Sin embargo, para mi gran decepción e indignación, ha pasado una semana y nadie del hotel se ha puesto en contacto conmigo. La mañana del Primero de Mayo, al salir del hotel, vi un cartel en la entrada principal que decía ”Agárrense fuerte”. ¿Acaso el hecho de que el hotel colocara este cartel al día siguiente de mi caída demuestra que no hubo negligencia y que las instalaciones estaban en buen estado? Sabiendo que un huésped se había caído y lesionado en la entrada principal, ¿por qué nadie preguntó en qué habitación se encontraba ni la gravedad de sus lesiones? ¿Tenían miedo de ser demandados? Si realmente hubiera querido reclamar una indemnización, habría ido directamente al hospital. Dada la gravedad de mis lesiones, un informe médico habría garantizado la compensación del hotel. Pero no lo hicimos; simplemente esperamos la respuesta del hotel… y una semana después, no recibimos nada.

¡Una estancia muy agradable! La habitación estaba muy bien equipada y la ubicación del hotel es excelente, en pleno centro de Chengdu. El transporte es muy práctico, ya sea en metro o taxi. La habitación cuenta con muebles y mármol natural importados. En general, la decoración es de alta gama y la limpieza es excelente; el personal de limpieza fue muy atento. Las almohadas tenían la altura perfecta y me encantó dormir en ellas. Es una pena que las almohadas del hotel no estén a la venta; si no, sin duda me habría llevado una a casa. El servicio de mayordomo también fue muy amable. Al registrarme, me enviaron un mensaje inmediatamente sobre mi habitación e incluso me recomendaron atracciones turísticas cercanas. En resumen, ¡una estancia muy agradable! El entorno también era muy agradable; la decoración en general era impresionante, pero no había ningún olor desagradable a pintura. Era muy tranquilo y seguro, y usar la tarjeta del ascensor lo hizo muy práctico. ¡Una experiencia fantástica!

I am extremely pleased with the stay at vienna international hotel. This hotel is a hidden gem in jiuzhaigou. The hotel is at a fantastic location, it's only a five minutes shuttle ride to the jiuzhaigou tourist center. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the center, you have to take a taxi back for 20 Yuan, the hotel is very new and very clean with a beautiful foyer. I really like the room decoration. It's modern and calm. The bed, the beddings are at five star level. The room has a smart AI assistant, smart toilet, central heating and air conditioning. Breakfast buffet is limited for a four star hotel, but there's a noodle cooking station that will definitely be enough to fill you up. Excellent service from all levels of staff, front desk, housekeeping, breakfast buffet. I didn't use the free shuttle, but I saw that they use a nice 10 passenger van. There's a lot of eateries nearby, and the hotel restaurant gives a discount. The final point is that the room price is very reasonable. The hotel is a little set back from the main road so it's very quiet. I want to come back to jiuzhaigou because I want to stay at the Vienna international hotel. I wish I could find this hotel earlier. I recommend this hotel and you will enjoy it.

Ubicado cerca del callejón Kuanzhai, goza de una ubicación ideal a poca distancia de dos líneas de metro (líneas 2 y 4). Los baños cuentan con inodoros modernos y encimeras de cocina. Recomiendo encarecidamente la habitación doble con sofá. En recepción pueden ofrecerle una habitación más grande. También hay habitaciones para niños; puede avisar en recepción para evitar ocupar espacio innecesario. Algunas habitaciones permiten fumar; recuerde especificar que prefiere una habitación para no fumadores. Muchos turistas chinos ahora proporcionan ropa. Personalmente, creo que el estilo Pu Shi es más sencillo. Puede alquilar ropa para tomarse fotos en su habitación. El desayuno es abundante e incluye fideos, fruta, platos calientes, yogur y café. Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Taikoo Li. The staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect—within walking distance of Taikoo Li, IFS, and many excellent restaurants and attractions. Our room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the attention to detail. It truly felt like the hotel cared about every aspect of the guest experience—even the quality of the air we breathe. Everything was clean, fresh, and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day of sightseeing. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines outstanding service, an excellent location, and modern facilities, this is the place to stay.

Realmente quedé muy satisfecho con esta estancia. La ubicación es excelente, lo que facilita salir de compras y cenar. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y la cama era muy cómoda.
