A very nice hotel with an awesome price value ratio. They also have a free shuttle every 30 minutes to their own beach club with a great restaurant and a very beautiful beach. Well come back for sure.

Me gustó mucho el hotel en sí, pero el personal era un poco autoritario, en particular el personal masculino que me preguntaba si estaba sola y si tenía novio como mujer joven que viajaba sola... no está bien. Además, en un momento dado, el personal entró en mi habitación sin llamar y ni siquiera se disculpó. ¡Solo preguntó si era la única en la habitación y salió! Eso fue una locura para mí. Por lo demás, la piscina era preciosa, los jardines muy bonitos y me gusta el club de playa que hay al final de la calle.

Ended up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after. Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city. Felt welcomed our whole stay. We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great. Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast. While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport. He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I never leave reviews but this place was a must and wasn’t missing an opportunity to let others know of this amazing spot.

El personal es muy amable!! Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias!! Nosotras elegimos el desayuno incluido y estaba deliciosa la comida. Sin duda regresaría al hotel!! Ahí mismo encuentras tours para conocer las baías, las cascadas entre otras cosas, todo es muy accesible!! Fue un viaje de amigas que disfrutamos mucho!!

La ubicación es perfecta para el bea it'sch, tiene todo lo que quiera. Hay mejoras de habitaciones que no se ven aquí, pero la calidad y la conveniencia de una habitación simple con desayuno fue todo lo que se necesitaba teniendo en cuenta la ubicación A+, las instalaciones y el personal.

飯店設施，早餐，和各項服務都很好 熱水小而且要等好一陣子才會有熱水 住宿期間一直都有各種聲音並不安靜 飯店有提供耳塞但我建議大家準備最強效的 距離市中心走路15分鐘可到 旅館推薦的餐廳和計程車都可以信任 畫臉跟計程車比外面貴 有家的感覺安全舒適

Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, muy bien decoradas y cómodas. La habitación tiene cafetera la cual es muy útil para quienes les gusta el café si salir de la habitación como a nosotros. La atención de las chicas que trabajan ahí es excepcional. La única cosa negativa es la insonorización de la habitación. A nosotros nos tocó una habitación en planta baja y se escuchaba todo de la zona común así que dependerá de la suerte que tengan con los vecinos que les toquen. Nosotros pudimos dormir bastante bien pero con tapones o con auriculares noise cancelling.

La ubicación es buena. La habitación es limpia pero muy vieja, necesita ser mejorada. No hay vaso ni taza en la habitación
