Hoteles con Bares en Prefectura de Kagoshima, Japón

We ended up in a magnificent corner room with a view of Sakurajima - possibly the best room in the hotel - but only after a struggle. On arrival, we were told that our Standard King room was double-booked and we would have to move after one night to a smaller room. The hotel blamed the mix-up on Trip.com. Since we had booked almost two months prior and had arrived first, this didn't wash. We pressed our claim and the result was good. A lovely, modern room with exceptional facilities - including a private sauna - and magnificent view. But it speaks poorly of the hotel's customer service that it took some determined push-back to achieve this result. The hotel's initial attitude was that the we should lose out over a mix-up that had nothing to do with us. A first-rate place, if you can trust the booking.

El hotel no es grande, pero es muy bonito, el servicio es bueno, la comida es muy deliciosa y el contenido de minerales calientes es muy alto. Gracias a los empleados del restaurante por el paciente servicio chino-inglés y japonés, gracias a la hermana de la recepción por ayudarnos a contactar con el autobús que baja la montaña en el día de la nieve. También quiero volver al hotel. Muy recomendado.

I like this hotel. I've stayed here for 2 times. They provide a free transfer from and to Railway station and a city centre. Very good onsen with a scenic view on Sakurajima. You can also rent a bike here in the hotel for a reasonable price. Convenience store is right by the hotel.

Hotel Kyocera is probably one of the largest hotel in Kirishima. It has two buildings ( main and annex) and looks quite good architecturally. They are connected by a bridge on the 3 floor which has the walking escalator- and a display of the various places that have been listed as world heritage sites in Japan. Inside the main building, there is a glass church which is ideal for weddings. In the basement, there is a large onsen, and spa. It is certainly a good place for having a holiday. The overall condition of the rooms are good- and the rooms are of good size. My room faces the East and has a perfect view of sunrise! We booked Mountain View room and it was superb . The hotel has a shuttle bus service to Kagoshima chuo station . I front of hotel there is also direct tram station which connect you to bus that go around Kagoshima city , I just need a day pass swhich can be bought from The concierge.

the perfect remote place for onsen and sand bath relaxing treatment, fantastic rooms in Japanese style with all facility, great service twice daily, onsen bath with sea-side view at 5th floor of the hotel... restaurants and shops inside the hotel, bicycle available, restaurants and supermarkets in the near of the hotel, friendly hotel staff - just incedible nice and helpful !

마야가하역에서 무료 셔틀 버스가 있고, 이부스키 사라쿠회관까지도 왕복 셔틀이 있습니다. 진짜 시설도 너무 깔끔하고, 친절합니다.:) 일본인분들이 많았고, 한국인은 저희 1팀이였지만 진짜 좋은 곳입니다! 무조건 추천 조식, 석식, 온천 다 완벽했던 곳입니다💗 일본 료칸 제대로 즐기고, 바다뷰까지 최고였습니다.

指宿的酒店真的選了好久，秀水園的圖片資料又少的可憐，但看網友評論會席料理是它的特色，作為吃貨的我們就抱着試一試的心態定了這家，結果！真的很喜歡！ 服務：關於服務，真的是傳統日式酒店才會有的細節，從我們辦理入住後，就有一對的的服務員來接我們去温泉（私湯衹需要花100元人民幣左右），帶我們去餐廳（餐食一定要試一次，精緻美味），最驚喜的是我的拖鞋（毛拖鞋）在進門的時候被雨水打的焦濕，我還開玩笑跟老公説他們會不會看我鞋子濕的那麼透幫我烘乾呀，不然第二天我又得穿濕的鞋，結果第二天早上出門！真的烘乾了（因為有一衹變小了縮水了哈哈哈所以確定是烘乾的），然後是我們詢問任何服務他們都不會問我們是哪個房間，他們的服務員會記住我們，直接為我們安排好一切，説了這麼多還是得親自去體驗一次，哈哈。

Very clean place. Rooms quite small. Breakfast was great. Would recommend and stay here again.

最高にいいロケーションでどこで写真撮っても綺麗でした。夕食もいろんなカクテルだったり焼酎も楽しめました♪それと夕食の時，お席が決まってましたがテラスの方で食べたいと伝えると快く移動してくださいました。従業員さんの接客対応も凄くよくてリピートしたいと思う決め手にもなるくらいです。 野外は色んなとこにタオルが置いてあって足湯やプールもわざわざお部屋にタオル取りに行かなくてもすぐ楽しめたりと配慮がよかったです。また家族と行きたいです。
