Wonderful stay. Super delicious and wide spread of food for breakfast. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes that you do not need to venture out to eat. The souvenir shop is located beside Osen, do not miss it. Do step out of the area outside breakfast restaurant to see the full view of sakurajima, with sunrise view, though you may want to walk to the nearby lookout at the park. But I think the view from hotel is good. The bakery sells delicious bread, soft and fresh. Shuttle bus is available at both lobby, one near main entrance and one near the Italian restaurant at level one. There is a post box at the level one entrance too, you can send postcards there!

Las habitaciones tradicionales japonesas, limpias, frente a la tumba del palacio, limpias de agua y a través del fondo del río. El transporte es relativamente conveniente, el lugar de la tumba de Bai Valley debe pasar. El hotel tiene una estación de autobús en la parte delantera, y el cielo está en consonancia. La actitud del personal es amable, sonriendo, aunque en parte está en edad, saludando a los huéspedes con generosidad. El hotel dispone de piscinas públicas y sauna. Aunque no es un buen bar, es suficiente para dejar buenos recuerdos a los huéspedes.

Siempre había querido quedarme aquí si venía a Yoron, así que estoy feliz de que mi deseo se haya hecho realidad. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. No me aburrí porque pude iniciar sesión y ver Netflix y Hulu. Fue un viaje relajante y agradable. Estoy muy satisfecho.

This place seemed great at first sight, the room and the bathtub are spacious (mine was a double room and I was solo). There's blue light at the lift that creates an ambiance. But the onsen is really poorly organized - it's one pool with nowhere to rest your head and relax - the mist sauna was not available. And I felt very upset that they have welcome drinks on the 13 floor and nobody told me anything... I've learned because I was checking until what time the onsen was open at the paper they give at check in and saw the small info. When I went upstairs was already more than 6 ( it's only until 6) and the guy told me it was not available anymore and I should go downstairs. But I could see there were some other teas that were not downstairs... In fact I had one in my hand and he made me return it. I went downstairs to complain and the woman at reception went up and brought me one tea already prepared, because it needs a special machine... But I wanted to have one for me and not only one already prepared ..(i actually threw it away 🥺 after talking to that rude man I would not take a tea that he prepared and I didn't see) In general this was very unprofessional that information was not given, the man saying I could not take anything, and her taking a long time to return with a prepared tea that I didn't want at that moment. Breakfast was good, could have hot chocolate instead of coffee..

Hotel is about 2 kms from Kagoshimachuo station , not convenient if you travel by public transport. However, the hotel offer free shuttle bus to/from station, depart every 30 minutes. Public bath not so interesting but pastries in the lobby cafe are really good.

Its location within a quiet community ensures a peaceful and relaxing stay. Staff: A significant advantage for international travelers is the availability of English-speaking staff. Their willingness to communicate through messaging apps makes pre-arrival arrangements and on-site communication smooth and efficient. Transportation: Direct airport bus service to a nearby bus stop offers convenient access to the hotel. However, it's important to check the bus schedule in advance, as departures are infrequent. Planning accordingly will ensure a hassle-free transfer. Location: The hotel's location provides the convenience of being close to a convenience store, just a short five-minute walk away. This makes it easy to pick up any necessities or snacks. Pricing: The pricing is reasonable, especially when considering the exceptional amenities included. The private rotenburo is a luxurious highlight, and the inclusion of both a fabulous breakfast and an elaborate, multi-course dinner (12+ courses) represents excellent value.

Acabamos alojados en una magnífica habitación de esquina con vistas a Sakurajima —posiblemente la mejor del hotel—, pero solo después de mucho esfuerzo. Al llegar, nos informaron de que nuestra habitación Standard King estaba reservada por duplicado y que tendríamos que cambiarnos a una habitación más pequeña después de una noche. El hotel culpó del error a Trip.com. Dado que habíamos reservado casi dos meses antes y llegamos primero, esta explicación no nos convenció. Insistimos en nuestra reclamación y el resultado fue bueno: una habitación preciosa y moderna con instalaciones excepcionales —incluida una sauna privada— y unas vistas magníficas. Sin embargo, el hecho de que hiciera falta insistir tanto para conseguir este resultado deja mucho que desear en el servicio de atención al cliente del hotel. La actitud inicial del hotel era que debíamos quedarnos sin nada por un error ajeno a nuestra responsabilidad. Un lugar de primera, si se puede confiar en la reserva.

Самый лучший капсульный отель, который был в моих путешествиях в Японии. Большая капсула, удобное место хранение под ней для обуви и чемоданов. Чистые душевые со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями: для волос, тела и лица. Рекомендую!

Excellent ryokan hotel with excellent service, amenities and food. The outdoor/ indoor public baths (onsens) are one of the biggest and most amazing I have ever seen. Although there are many rooms and guests, the service is unparalleled so you don’t experience long queues anywhere. There is a museum in the hotel compound if you are bored!

次の日が東串良で仕事だった為，鹿屋で宿泊ホテルを選びました。 部屋は広めで，床は夏場はいいかもしれませんが冬場は冷えると思うので室内用のスリッパを履いたり，厚めの靴下を履いた方がいいなと思います。 櫛とカミソリはフロント近くにあり，それ以外のボディタオルや歯ブラシ，綿棒などは部屋にありました。 鹿児島県産のボタニカルのシャンプー，トリートメント，ボディソープは香りも良くておすすめです！ 充電器を忘れたのですが，フロントでLightningケーブルとタイプCケーブルとどちらかを言えばコンセントと一緒に無料で貸し出してくれました。本当に助かりました！ 駐車場は無料分が先着順でいっぱいの場合は，別の場所にある「まちなかパーク」という駐車場に停めます！スタンプと割引券を貰って出庫時に400円分は払わないといけません。 朝食は注文してなかったのですが，朝食会場にもなっているカフェの1階にはパン屋さんがあるので，そこでパンとコーヒーを買って部屋で食べました！パン屋さんも地元の食材等を使っていて美味しいのでおすすめです！ ゆっくりチェックアウトまで過ごそうと思っていたら，掃除の方にノックされて滞在中か確認されましたが，時間まで部屋で過ごせました。 部屋も広くてゆったり過ごせたので，また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
