The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location at Mahipalpur was convenient, close to Delhi Airport. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and responsive throughout my stay. Overall, a great value for money and a pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Delhi!

We booked the hotel just one day before our stay and got a reasonable price for it. The hotel located in Aerocity was quiet and the room and bed very comfortable. It was ideal for our last night in India. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was of a good standard. The in house taxi to the Airport is however expensive. In terms of service the main issue is that nobody answers their main advertised phone number

Cannot comment on the amenities as I had a very short stay but everything else was good. Had breakfast at 7am and the staff were very attentive and great. Only issue was that a cupboard door hits the room door handle when opening preventing the safe door from fully opening. Also the walls and doors are thinner than expected so you can hear neighbours clicking light switches or talking in the corridor. Explored the rest of aerocity which was incredible and amazing.

Me quedé aquí por dos noches - uno al principio de una aventura de dos semanas en la India y uno al final. La habitación es muy agradable, limpia y con una gran selección de té, café, agua. Elecciones de snacks en un minibar que también eran muy baratos. El personal y el servicio que proporcionaron eran excelentes - estoy bastante seguro de que no ganan mucho y trabajan tan duro - así que es bueno poder conducir generosamente! El restaurante es lindo con un buffet de desayuno impresionante - o ellos te pack un desayuno para ir a la bolsa si lo pides en la recepción. El hotel también ofrece un conductor y un coche para el funcionamiento del aeropuerto (un bargain en 1100 rupias - así que deje un consejo generoso!). La gran pequeña sección de café/cake también que fue genial para sentarse y la gente mira en una noche - otra vez, de manera barata pero hermosa. Gracias Pride Plaza!!!

Great hotel for stopover. Close to airport and reasonably priced with all amenities. Food was lovely and service was good. Would stay again! Although if visiting for Tah Mahal, would recommend staying in Agra. The drive is a killer. Wastes half a day!

Pasamos dos noches aquí en una habitación grande con cuatro camas. ¡Fue el primer hotel en el que nos alojamos con nevera en la habitación! Nos gustó la ubicación; siempre nos alojamos en Main Bazaar Road. Todos los sistemas de la habitación funcionaron a la perfección. Era bastante tranquilo. ¡Lo recomiendo muchísimo! ¡El personal siempre es muy atento! ¡Muchísimas gracias, Pravellu!

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket – New Delhi was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, professionalism, and convenience. Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient. The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt. Overall, Hilton Saket lives up to the Hilton brand promise of quality and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Si solo se hospeda por una noche por razones de un vuelo de tránsito, tenga en cuenta que el personal durante el día es excelente y extremadamente servicial en comparación con el personal de la mañana temprano o de la noche, que es muy poco servicial y despectivo con los huéspedes que se registran para tomar vuelos.

Aunque es comprensible que registrarse en hoteles de la India pueda ser un engorro, el problema principal fue que el hotel reservó la habitación equivocada. Solo me dieron una de dos habitaciones con dos camas individuales. Tras confirmar repetidamente que era un error, me dieron una habitación doble. Todo el proceso de registro fue agotador y tardó al menos media hora. La ubicación de la habitación también es crucial; si te asignan una habitación que da a la calle, es muy ruidosa; una habitación en el segundo piso, en el interior, es más tranquila. Recomiendo traer tu propio secador de pelo; el hotel ofrece un número limitado. El servicio de habitaciones también fue muy ineficiente, lo que me hizo esperar más de una hora por mi pedido. La ducha, sin embargo, tenía agua caliente y la cama era cómoda.
