Todo fue excelente. Muy bienvenido por Karl. Consejos locales útiles. Habitaciones espaciosas. Vicino tranquilo. Gran aparcamiento. Superb desayuno. El hotel ofrece una única ubicación, que nos disfrutamos de todo, incluyendo el salón / la biblioteca.

En general, fue una buena experiencia. El personal de recepción fue un poco rudo. El servicio de habitaciones no fue satisfactorio. Se superaba. El AC no funcionaba y no había ventilación.

Me alojé aquí por un viaje de negocios durante una semana. La habitación parecía estar limpia, pero es tan oscura que no se puede saber si está limpia o no. En realidad, eso es un problema: la iluminación es mala. Realmente no pude trabajar en la habitación, ya que solo tenía una iluminación ambiental amarilla y no una fuente de luz principal normal. El baño puede estar un poco frío si no dejas la puerta abierta para que entre el aire caliente del aire acondicionado. Es una pena que no incluyan el desayuno, especialmente para estadías prolongadas en el hotel, que no es tan barato y está fuera del centro... al menos un sándwich pequeño mejoraría las cosas, pero no 👎🏼. Otra cosa es que la zona no es muy agradable. A menos que tengas que hacer algo en esa zona, no te recomiendo que te quedes. Incluso los taxistas me dijeron que no caminara sola después de que oscureciera. Antes de darme cuenta, di un paseo y realmente me sentí un poco inseguro. El personal estaba bien, no tuve mucho contacto con ellos. Solo tuve un incidente cuando llegué: no pudieron encontrarme en su sistema (estaba reservado con otro nombre por error, pero lo cambié una semana antes de la llegada, así que no sé por qué no tenían información actualizada). Hay un pequeño gimnasio, pero casi todas las máquinas, excepto una, son para ejercicios cardiovasculares. Casi no hay restaurantes ni tiendas en la zona.

El hotel es muy agradable y está muy cerca de la ciudad. El hotel ofrece comida deliciosa, en grandes proporciones, y el hotel es siempre limpio y tiene una vibración bienvenida. Seguramente volverá cuando vuelva a visitar Cardiff.

很滿意的一次入住。 酒店位置很好，離火車站和巴士總站步行衹要五分鐘，走到卡迪夫城堡也在十五分鐘以內。附近有好幾個超市和餐館，非常便利。雖然攜程上點評不多，但是我入住的時候看到酒店生意很好，住店的外國遊客很多。 酒店房間很寬敞，足夠攤開兩個拉桿箱，床也很大，足夠兩個人睡。雖然酒店位置靠近街道和火車軌道，但是房間裏很安靜：走廊裏鋪了地毯避免響聲，窗户和牆壁隔音也很棒，入住兩晚，沒有聽到任何火車或者街道上的噪音。房間窗户望出去視野很好，可以看到卡迪夫灣。屋子裡有空調，製冷制熱都可以。房間沒有飲用水，但是可以到酒店一層免費接檸檬水喝。 幫我辦理入住的前台很熱情友善，主動介紹了卡迪夫城堡當天舉行的活動，並講解了過去的路線。很遺憾我忘記他的名字了，衹記得是一位年輕的白人男性，不戴眼鏡。我這次在英國好幾個城市旅行，住過的幾家酒店裡，這家酒店前台絕對是最熱情的。 美中不足的是，酒店一層每次衹有兩個員工同時在，而一層又有酒店入住，又有餐館、酒吧，還有自動售貨機和行李寄存，感覺員工們很忙很忙，無論是餐館點單、結賬或者入住、拿行李，都要等三五分鐘，他們才能過來。員工們很友好很盡責，但確實很忙，酒店如果能多安排一些員工在一層就好了。

The apartment is very clean and convenient. Walking distance to the nearby supermarket and restaurants. It’s only 3 minutes drive to the University of Cardiff.

Great location, convenient for sites. Good rate which included breakfast. Difficult to get to by car. Using Waze is much better. Didn’t get the room type booked but managed for 2 nights. Agent at checkin took several minutes before acknowledging me in the queue. I would have been happy being told ”I’ll be with you in a few minutes” instead of being ignored whilst he chatted with his colleague about what seemed to be an issue. I believe because he was distracted, we weren’t given any hotel information - i.e. location of lifts, breakfast time etc. which is standard. Breakfast service wasn’t great the first morning. Second morning was much better. I think it’s because we arrived at approx. 10:30 on the first day and the team was ready to go as I could hear them counting down the minutes to the end of their shift. No hot drinks offered; told drinks were on the buffet when in fact they needed to be ordered. Drinks eventually brought on asking again, but no cups. Had to ask for them. Quite noisy at night because of all the bars and restaurants outside, which meant the window couldn’t be left open, as the room was quite warm, despite adjusting the temperature of the HVAC system. Very nice, modern hotel, could improve with better staff training.

Staff were amazing!! Can’t thank them enough for guiding us along this trip. Sadly the room was not up to standard, Really disappointed with the bathroom, silverfish in the sink and bath, shower was unusable due to clogged trains, beds were clean. Room included iron and board alongside other little amenities. General hygiene of the hotel was great, downstairs was beautiful, although we didn’t eat/ drink from the bar and restaurant it did look very nice. View was beautiful but would’ve been nicer if the windows were clean and hairless.

Tuve una estancia encantadora aquí. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era de buen tamaño; con espacio suficiente para una persona o una pareja, estaría bien. El personal fue muy atento y amable, y el desayuno, el típico desayuno básico de hotel, me dejó satisfecho. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la bahía de Cardiff, que es donde quería estar, pero a la vez apartado y tranquilo. No había ruido de ningún sitio, así que dormí muy bien. Sin duda, me alojaré aquí de nuevo si estoy por la zona.

Brilliant location! Not far from Cardiff Central Station. Close to the Castle, the Market, various Arcades, and Bute Park for Cardiff Boat Tours to the Cardiff Bay. Lots of eateries and nice restaurants nearby too. The indoor swimming pool is absolutely a plus.
