Pequeña habitación doble, matrícula muy suave, baño pequeño, sin superficie para su lavabo, etc, suite de baño muy tatuada, bañera cracked de arriba abajo, ducha se escape tan mal que el piso se warpaba y se escape sobre el techo de la habitación dejando húmedo ajuste después de cada uso.

Complaint about the cleanliness of my room at B&B Hotel I would like to make a complaint regarding the cleanliness and housekeeping standards of my room at your B&B Hotel. After the room had supposedly been cleaned, I noticed that the bed linen had not been changed. There were still visible stains on the bed sheet, and I also found several hairs on the bed. This gave me the clear impression that the bedding had not been replaced before my stay, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene. From what I could see, the only cleaning that had been done was vacuuming the floor, cleaning the sink, and wiping the table. However, the most important part of preparing the room for a new guest – providing clean, freshly changed bed linen – was not done. I have attached photos showing the stains on the bed sheet and the hairs left on the bedding. These clearly demonstrate the poor standard of cleanliness in the room. I am very disappointed with this experience, as it does not meet the level of cleanliness and hygiene that guests should reasonably expect from a hotel. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the bed linen was not changed and would like this matter to be investigated and resolved appropriately. I look forward to your response.

The Orwell Hotel is a lovely old Victorian hotel with a slightly surprising dynamic Elephant sculpture at the front. The location was great for me - perfectly between family I was visiting and the beach. I was stayin on the second floor and appreciated being in a quiet location, with a bath, kettle and coffees/teas. The staff at reception were really lovely. Unfortunately, there isn't much water pressure in that room which meant both the shower and the bath took a long time/wasn't very pleasant. I also thought it was odd that someone knocked on my door at 9am on a Saturday to service the room - thankfully I was already awake.

Ideal for visiting Cambridge or Suffolk — and we loved being able to stroll to Thai Kitchen for dinner. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, history, and understated luxury - all for the price of a room in the Premier inn!

Esta es la segunda vez que nos quedamos aquí y la ubicación es hermosa. Lamentablemente, el servicio en el restaurante fue muy lento y los jóvenes empleados parecen estar más interesados en hablar alrededor del bar. Mi esposa estaba dispuesta a utilizar las instalaciones de spa incluidas en el precio, pero la sauna estaba cerrada, el cuarto de vapor y el jacuzzi estaban llenos, como la piscina. No tan bueno como la primera vez que nos quedamos hace 16 meses, lo cual fue decepcionante, pero el entorno era aún hermoso.

The cheapest single room probably and its rear placing on the 1st floor close to the exit for amenities on the ground floor had its audible experience....unpleasant until late at night. ..every night of 4. However, with not much choice in the area one would have to use it again for which reason they count on frequent bookings. Then again, even if a bit of loyalty would not go a miss and at least give a room on the second floor where you have one less sound effect and some window covering too!

I stayed here i enjoyed this stay. I did boil the ketrle.and that just before leaving . Dr otteker i added as the water cam be dubiiois .the demand for this water is high so i add a cleaner and i passed the water via a brita style filter . Its nice for comlan. The riom is cold fpr.me this is super i need cold as heat can might may be bad news? So thr electruc stpped Hmm Then it seems the kettle was not on a trip circuit tp syop a nlown fuse in the plug of thr ketyel it been a notmality to have a kettel over flow. I diid not shower as i found the amount of wayer is difficult to.keep many areas as this in constant sypply I neede dot be hydrated if i wash that does not happen ..and i spebt two.days readdresi g g this need .. I had a great stay at Novotel Ipswich Centre and felt it offered excellent value for money. The hotel is in a convenient location, within easy walking distance of the town centre and waterfront, making it an ideal base for exploring Ipswich. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. What stood out most was the reasonable price. Considering the quality of the accommodation, the service, and the central location, I thought it represented very good value. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel in Ipswich.

Llegada tarde a la noche y fue bien recibido. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien, pero no me gusta nada. Después de no dormir, ordené a un taxi quedarme con un amigo localmente. Cuando entregué las llaves, el personal me preguntó por qué me iba en las primeras horas y expliqué mi experiencia y dijo que me contactarían re un posible reembolso, pero todavía no han oído de ellos hasta la fecha. No me faltarían limpiadores ni personal de recepción, pero mi habitación necesita una actualización muy necesaria y recomendaría a la administración que pasara la noche en una habitación, para que puedan experimentarla por sí mismos y perder negocios debido a su estado actual.
