Hotel is located near to central station with a shopping mall, and cafes surrounding it. Very convenient. Speedy check in and staffs were friendly. There's luggage storage available which requires payment.

La habitación es muy grande y tiene una vista de la naturaleza. El desayuno era delicioso. Hemos disfrutado del spa de los adultos (aunque se le cuesta más). La piscina superior del techo es increíble y el servicio era excelente. Lo reservaríamos de nuevo.

Visited Horsens for the Thomas and Uber Cup and picked this hotel as there were not many choices in the city. The location of the hotel was fine and took less than 20 minutes of driving to reach Horsens city center. The room is nicely maintained and clean. The availability of a convenience store nextdoor is a plus as games ended very late at night and it's great to have some bites after that. However, despite that the hotel is under the Sheraton hotel chain, there were quite some areas that had fallen short of expectation. First, there were insufficient staff and you would have to wait and hope someone would turn up at the reception desk. Second, there was no amenity available, not even slippers, toothbrush and other basic things. Third, there was shortage of towels and I could only get one large towel after 10 hours of stay in the hotel, and I was never able to get a fresh one in my 4 days of stay. Bathroom mat was not available and thus the floor was always wet after shower. Lastly and most importantly, the staff failed to update my period of stay and my key card was disabled on my last day of stay. When I returned to the hotel after midnight, i could not get into my room and the reception was closed with no one there to help. I had to make a call using roaming to the helpline, and spent over 8 minutes of international calling and probably hundreds of dollars of call charge to get my key card functions again. That totally blew my trip as it should not happen in the first place. All in all, quite a dissatisfied stay.

La sensación de tecnología y la comodidad son muy útiles, la experiencia es completa!

La estancia fue correcta, pero la habitación es muy justa, realmente es pequeña. Al llevar 2 maletas, no había ni lugar para abrirlas. El baño es igualmente justo y tiene la ducha incorporada en el baño, sin separación con lo cual es fácil que salga el agua, y al ser el suelo de la habitación de moqueta, queda un poco húmedo. No tienen AA cosa que obliga en verano a abrir las ventanas, pero aún es aceptable por la zona. El personal es muy amable. El wifi correcto.

Viborg Hotel is conveniently located in the city vicinity amidst a scenic beautiful lake. It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff, great breakfast menu and convenient room accommodation. It’s an hour drive from Billund Airport and 30-minute drive to Bjerringbro where we had our business meeting. We explored Viborg with its old and preserved buildings with cobblestone roads which reminds one of Paris.
