La ubicación del hotel es excelente, dentro de la ciudad vieja de Suzhou, rodeado de muchas atracciones famosas. Los huéspedes pueden acceder a Panmen con su tarjeta de habitación en cualquier momento. El hotel es grande, con un jardín interior de estilo clásico de Suzhou, ideal para tomar fotos maravillosas. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas y limpias, el servicio es cálido y atento, y el desayuno ofrece una gran variedad. El restaurante chino tiene un ambiente hermoso y platos deliciosos. El Ruimian Guan en el jardín ofrece una variedad de delicias inolvidables. En resumen, fue una experiencia fantástica.

實事求是地講，房屋價格友好，但攜程給評定為四鑽高了，有點誤導。平時住酒店的四鑽如亞朵酒店等，比這個強太多。新中式裝修風格看上去還比較舒服，但屋子大、空、舊，地毯不顯乾淨。毛巾疊得也太不講究，進門後感覺是上個住户用過的，不敢用。服務業是要考慮好每一個細節。

If you visit Yangzhou, this is the only hotel I recommend anyone to stay at. It has the gorgeous Chinese garden that spreads out for miles. I stayed in building 3 (the only building offered on the internet when I booked). The hotel is connected (walk over the bridge) to the Slender Lake. Staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was tidied up everyday. Breakfast was not include in the room rate but there is a Starbuck nearby where I had my morning coffee and pastry. The room has a balcony, overlooking some trees and other building. Most of the restaurants/eateries were closed (probably due to low season). However, there are a lot of local restaurants in the old town area and Guan Dong Street; it costs about 10 Yuans to take a taxi to get there.

A very good stay so far and it was made exceptional by two outstanding staff members. 刘玉 at Reception provided a wonderfully warm and offering excellent local tips. Her helpful attitude continued throughout my stay. 夏幸福 (Breakfast & Room Service) was incredibly attentive and cheerful. Her proactive and thoughtful service, whether in the dining room or delivering a meal, consistently enhanced my experience. They are truly the hotel's greatest asset. In fact, their excellent service is the reason I chose to extend my stay from an initial 3 nights to 10 nights, and perhaps even further.

¡El Suzhou Urban Holiday Hotel (Tienda Shiquan Street Wangshi Garden) es realmente bueno! La ubicación es bastante buena, a solo cien metros de la estación de metro. Puedes ir andando al Jardín del Maestro de Redes y a Pingjiang Road. Si vas en coche, tienen aparcamiento gratuito y estaciones de carga, lo que hace que moverse sea súper conveniente. Las habitaciones tienen control de voz en toda la estancia, y detalles bien pensados como un mini refrigerador y cables de carga. Algunas habitaciones son suites dúplex con bañera o habitaciones temáticas familiares, y la insonorización es excepcionalmente buena. El personal de recepción es bastante amable; no solo nos ayudaron con el check-out tardío, sino que también recomendaron rutas turísticas. La entrega con robot también es muy cómoda.

Muchísimas gracias a Duncan, el personal de recepción y el mayordomo, por organizarme un servicio tan atento el día de Año Nuevo. Aunque nuestra habitación seguía ocupada, nos cambió la habitación de mis padres y la mía a una de categoría superior, lo que nos permitió registrarnos y descansar rápidamente. La habitación estaba muy limpia; aunque era una planta para fumadores, no había ningún olor desagradable. El servicio de habitaciones fue rápido y atento. El conserje y el personal de limpieza fueron muy serviciales, ayudándonos con el equipaje y abriendo las puertas a los pasajeros con prontitud. Estuvimos muy satisfechos con nuestro viaje familiar. Por último, gracias a HT Housekeeping por enviarme rápidamente mi objeto perdido. Sin duda, me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que esté en Nanjing.

¡El InterContinental Nanjing Greenland definitivamente es la mejor opción para su viaje a Nanjing! Es un punto de referencia en Nanjing, con acceso directo a la estación Gulou de las líneas 1 y 4 del metro, lo que hace que los desplazamientos sean súper convenientes. 酒店位置很方便，離地鐵和商場都很近。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服，休息得很好。前台服務態度親切，辦理入住快，整體物有所值，會再次選擇！

The building is with other hotels, and is on the highest floors, it isn’t the cleanest hotel. The sink is outside the bathroom. The room smelt very bad. The location is central. And the breakfast is good. Also no one spoke English.

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday and had such a great experience. They upgraded me to a suite, which was clean, beautiful and incredibly spacious. When I arrived, they had a thoughtful birthday setup waiting for me, complete with a cake and a sweet “Happy Birthday” display, which I truly appreciated. They also gave me lovely souvenirs from the city, which was such a nice touch. The staff were warm, helpful and always ready to assist. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of Western options. The view from the room was amazing and made the stay even more special. The location is also very convenient, right next to a plaza with plenty of food options to choose from. I would absolutely stay here again.
