Es mi primera vez que me alojo aquí. El hotel ha sido recientemente renovado y debería haber sido inaugurado hace unos años. Hay una entrada de metro abajo. Es muy conveniente ir a la estación de tren sur de Nanjing en solo 2 paradas de metro. También hay una tarjeta del equipo del salón ejecutivo. Consideraré quedarme aquí nuevamente en el futuro.

Desde la ventana del hotel se puede ver un pequeño puente sobre un riachuelo y mucha gente. Es un refugio tranquilo y encantador en medio del ajetreo y el bullicio. Muy adecuado para familias que buscan un lugar animado y cómodo. Hay fruta, agua mineral y pequeños aperitivos gratis disponibles en la recepción. El personal es muy amable y servicial, como buenos vecinos. En resumen, es un hotel con encanto muy recomendable.

El Hotel Floral en Nanjing es SIMPLEMENTE EL MEJOR. En primer lugar, el personal femenino de recepción es simplemente maravilloso. Son muy amables y acogedores. Nos ayudaron a mi hijo y a mí a reservar entradas para una función especial de danza de la Tormenta Eléctrica de Cao Yu, ¡un verdadero placer para los visitantes! Los desayunos tradicionales que se sirven cada mañana también están deliciosos y son una excelente manera de empezar el día. En segundo lugar, el dueño es excepcional: se desvivió por llevarnos a la estación de tren temprano una mañana. En tercer lugar, la ubicación es excepcional: a poca distancia de Laomendong. No hay mejor ubicación en Nanjing, ya que es muy conveniente y a la vez animada. Hay muchísimos lugares para explorar, tanto para comer como para visitar (a poca distancia del Templo de Confucio). En cuarto lugar, tanto el hotel en sí como su ubicación en una nueva urbanización junto a Laomendong son muy relajantes, tranquilos y están decorados con buen gusto al estilo tradicional chino. Nanjing es una ciudad muy importante con una gran historia y tradición. No se la pierda. En resumen, nuestra estancia en el Hotel Floral fue inolvidable y no podemos agradecerle lo suficiente al personal por hacerla tan especial. Esperamos volver.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos. Está justo al lado de una estación de metro y también se puede llegar en taxi hasta la entrada del hotel. Aunque no hay ascensor, el personal de recepción es muy amable y siempre ayuda a subir el equipaje a la habitación. Las instalaciones del hotel son completas y en la planta baja hay una máquina de café y aperitivos gratuitos.

Entrar en el hall del hotel es muy luminoso, la hermana de la recepción es muy entusiasmada! The hotel is Ping Jiang Road, right next to the river which offers easy access to the shopping area. You can easily find eateries within walking distance as well. Just note that because of the fact it is located the river where cars typically can't get to, you would likely need to alight at the main road and walk about 5mins in to the hotel. Might not be suitable for groups with small children, huge luggages or elderly. The hotel itself is super charming. First, you will be greeted by warm and friendly staff who are more than happy to help you with luggages or provide tips for the area. There is no elevators so you would need to carry your luggages to rooms on the 2F or 3F, ( the staff helped me with mine). Room is very clean and fittings are all new. Toilet is new as well with automated flush. The toilet/bathroom doors are translucent however. You can't see what the person is doing inside but the light passes through so might not be a good idea to share the room with someone else if they are sensitive to light especially at night. Otherwise, everything else is perfect at this location.

Además, la recepción está en el tercer piso y las habitaciones en el primero y segundo, lo que puede causar confusión al entrar y salir.

What I liked: the location of the hotel was almost ideal, the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff was quite nice and tried to solve problems as efficiently as possible within their power and the late checkout is wonderful. I do tend to ask a lot of questions, and they were very patient and communicated well through WeChat. They also allowed me to check in early. The property is beautiful and modern. It’s an Instagrammers dream. Hotel toiletries are nice. All aesthetics inside the room are excellent. Easy walk to the Suzhou MoCA/Suzhou Eye, Times Square and many malls and restaurants. There’s also a complementary mini bar with beverages. The indoor refrigerator is cold. The robes are a high-quality and so are the slippers. Hansgrohe and Kohler. Voss water. Good toothbrushes with Colgate toothpaste. What needs to be addressed: before booking the room, I went to the hotel, asking in broken Chinese and English if breakfast was included because the listing says “Brunch & Diptyque bath amenities” for a room with a Lakeview. I was told yes. So I booked the room on the spot. The staff was nice and took me to my room. When we entered, it was beautiful, but it was a sauna. They turned the air on, but unfortunately, there is no temperature adjustment. I had to use the fan that I brought with me for 30 minutes before I decided to go outside because it was cooler out there. It cooled down when I came back later that night so that wasn’t a problem. I was later informed that brunch was not included, but that they would happily comp it for me for free pending a good review. I skipped brunch. Furthermore, there is technically a view of the lake, but the windows on the first floor, basically faced the very busy sidewalk. I saw a guy peeing 3 meters away from me when I opened the curtains. Drunk people at 2 o’clock in the morning walking by laughing. If you book the Lakeview room make sure it is not on the first floor.I could not keep my curtains open. There’s literally always people outside before 3 AM and after around 7AM. I did not receive the promised upgraded Diptyque bath amenities listed either. No shower shoes. No international language TV options, pay per view only. Not completely soundproof, but not too bad. There’s also no in room information about the hotel offerings, and they pay all of this money to have hotel information connected with their television, it is not utilized. A few issues could be avoided if they would just update the listing on this website with correct information. Be careful when choosing this room type. You might as well pick a room that is 200 RMB cheaper. “Lakeview” is it a lie, but it’s definitely stretching the truth. “Walkway view with the lake in the background” is more accurate. All of this said, I will probably come back to this hotel. I will just stay in a cheaper room. Overall, I was quite satisfied with their resolutions with any problems that did arise. They did offer complementary bread at checkout.
