With our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

La vista de Meijie es inmejorable. La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, con un baño termal y una bañera enorme. Nuestra camarera de pisos, Ma Siwen, fue atenta, receptiva y estuvo disponible en todo momento. El fotógrafo, Shi En Travel Photography Yizhou, fue muy paciente y fue una experiencia realmente agradable. ¡Lo mejor fue ver tantas luciérnagas, jaja!

The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, amazing high rise views — the perfect retreat after a long day of travel and sightseeing. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities, was carefully considered to ensure a relaxing stay. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly officers Ms Aria and Ms Rosanna . They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate every request with a positive attitude. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions, best local restaurants, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to ensure my stay was perfect, their dedication was evident. The dining experience was equally impressive, with delicious meals served promptly by courteous staff who made every visit to the restaurant a delight. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, style, and exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay. Will definitely stay at Ritz Nanjing again.

Beautiful property surrounded by attractions for families and kids. We traveled as a big family and booked three rooms. My husband loved it so much that we extended our stay for one night. Pros: -New and luxurious facilities. -Top service. Everyone seemed loved their job and good at what they were doing. The front desk, Ms Ivy Chu particularly, coordinated our stay with a great manner of professionalism. The fellow who cleaned our room noticed my daughter crying over a lollipop and comforted her by offering some snacks. I greatly appreciated the hospitality. - SPA is top notch and a must try. Cons: - Depends on your taste. The place is away from the city center and was really quiet at night. I almost felt a bit scary, but my husband loved it. - Not many choices of restaurants within and nearby the property. The restaurants were unreasonably expensive. However, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, huge selection of food and all delicious.

Enjoyable, Jarven is good, Camilla is good, Chadd is a good bartender. Its your home away from home, Four Seasons group's stunning service is the same with here, the breakfirst provide dim sum to each table, and sparking wine is also offered, this is much more better than Four Seasons Hong Kong. one flaw is a lot of kids jumping into indoor swimming pool, it's dangerous if crashes into people, even they will get hurt by themself.

房間很滿意，設施設備很先進，電馬桶，戴森吹風機，嬌蘭洗護。歡迎水果質量很棒，有草莓車釐子，完全不含糊。管家小胡服務很好，拉了微信羣，有需求隨時響應，無論去哪裡都車接車送，晚上開夜床服務又送來一些小點心。外賣也貼心的送到房間。整個酒店的服務人員都很熱情，無論是打掃的阿姨，接送的高爾夫車司機，還是前廳，早餐廳的服務人員，精神面貌都很好，説明酒店管理很好。房間裏泡私湯真的太方便，在室外庭院也很有氛圍感，這個房型兩家人住真的很贊，以後來還住這種房型。 酒店很大很美，感覺承包了整座山，山頂的温泉浪漫又出片，新西蘭滑板車也很有意思，帶娃滑了一次，有刺激無驚嚇。恐龍園裡的假恐龍很逼真，真孔雀很美很優雅，羊駝餵養也免費送了胡蘿蔔，半山腰的羊駝圈很美，好像在國外。整個酒店像個安詳的大公園，竹林小徑漂亮又乾淨，山頂視野絕美， 衹是泡酒店可做的事情就很多了。周邊去哪裡都方便，去了南山竹海，前天晚上下了雪，南山竹海被雪覆蓋彷彿進入冰雪世界太美了。 總而言之這個酒店我們印象太好，下次再來。最後提一句，早餐也很豐盛，有豆腐腦我覺得特別好！鹽漬三文魚孩子最愛！

En Suzhou, hemos preparado nuestra reunión y decidido que Nanjing se vaya a visitar a nuestros parientes. Tengo que dar un grito a Alex y Alice en la recepción. ¡Nos ofrecieron un servicio de primera mano mientras nos inspeccionamos! Y no olvidemos de Alex del concierto - ese tipo era un salvavidas! Nuestra estancia no fue nada menos que sorprendente. Teníamos un tiempo tan relajado, y te garantizo que te sentirás igual si le das un tiro a este hotel. Serio, vale cada penique. Así que, si estás buscando una experiencia fantástica, recomiendo muy bien este lugar. En su totalidad, nuestro pequeño viaje de Suzhou a Nanjing nos llevó a este increíble hotel, cubierto de hermosas obras de arte chinas y con una vibración que era difícil de vencer. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything went smoothly, and I felt very well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again! The only downside is the breakfast - most of the dishes were cold and variety was not great.
