With our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

Andaz Nanjing is a nice, modern & cozy hotel. I need to thank the Concierge team for their kindness & perfect arrangement. Deeply appreciated the decoration & room upgrade for my husband’s birthday. Nice view & very comfortable room. There are shopping malls and metro near the hotel, which is convenient. Breakfast is good, nice pool & gym too. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will recommend this hotel to others.

Beautiful property surrounded by attractions for families and kids. We traveled as a big family and booked three rooms. My husband loved it so much that we extended our stay for one night. Pros: -New and luxurious facilities. -Top service. Everyone seemed loved their job and good at what they were doing. The front desk, Ms Ivy Chu particularly, coordinated our stay with a great manner of professionalism. The fellow who cleaned our room noticed my daughter crying over a lollipop and comforted her by offering some snacks. I greatly appreciated the hospitality. - SPA is top notch and a must try. Cons: - Depends on your taste. The place is away from the city center and was really quiet at night. I almost felt a bit scary, but my husband loved it. - Not many choices of restaurants within and nearby the property. The restaurants were unreasonably expensive. However, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, huge selection of food and all delicious.

Its your home away from home, Four Seasons group's stunning service is the same with here, the breakfirst provide dim sum to each table, and sparking wine is also offered, this is much more better than Four Seasons Hong Kong. one flaw is a lot of kids jumping into indoor swimming pool, it's dangerous if crashes into people, even they will get hurt by themself.

The hotel has a beautiful environment. Boating on the lotus pond and entering the room units felt like stepping into a uniquely charming setting. The family suite, designed with two floors, was a perfect match for our needs. In addition, the hotel’s service was excellent—shuttle cars were available on call. The lobby manager, Mr. Liu, was courteous and friendly, which left a particularly deep impression on me. One thing I really appreciated was that each guest is assigned a dedicated butler who communicates one-on-one via WeChat. It’s very convenient—you can treat them as your personal assistant throughout the stay. Whatever request you have, just let them know and they will help take care of it. My butler was Lisa, and she was very helpful and responsive. One area for improvement is that there were quite a few mosquitoes 🦟 inside the room. My daughter was bitten all over and is still suffering. We had to buy topical medication today to treat the bites. If the hotel could kindly remind guests in advance about the mosquito situation, we might have come prepared and avoided the bites altogether. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this stay.
