I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

Hermoso hotel, en una ubicación tranquila, con un maravilloso jardín, amplio estacionamiento y una hermosa piscina que era perfecta para nadar después de la sauna (gratis fuera de temporada). Cancha de tenis con suelo de hormigón. Habitación bastante pequeña, con cama cómoda, buen wifi y gran vista al mar desde el balcón. Muy buen desayuno buffet por la mañana. Como no había restaurantes en las inmediaciones, comí en el hotel. Podrás elegir entre 3 platos (carne, pescado, vegano). Estuvo bien, pero las raciones eran un poco pequeñas y por 35-40 € para una comida de tres platos no era exactamente barato. Un coche de alquiler es útil debido a la ubicación algo remota. Hay una pequeña bahía a 500 metros, pero las olas eran demasiado altas para que yo pudiera entrar al mar.

El hotel es muy limpio y muy bien situado, el desayuno muy bueno, los empleados son muy agradables y profesionales.

We stayed for one night in an apartment. We were allowed to check in early which was great. The apartment was very spacious and had everything that you would need. The balcony was huge and had a great view. The only downside was that the bedroom and bathroom were really hot. There was air con in the living room but that did nothing for the rest of the apartment. We slept with the bedroom door open but then got bit to pieces by mozzies! Not sure we would stay in an apartment again but if the rooms have air con then we would try that.

Gostei de quase tudo. Classificação acima da média. Não gostei que o quarto tivesse uma cama tão pequena.

Great hotel for slow and relaxing visit to the island. It is a bit out of the way and you need a car. But if you are not in a hurry, this is a perfect hotel. It’s right on the hiking trail and only 20 mins to the airport. It’s also only a few minute drive to the highway to get around the island for sightseeing.

The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

Me encantó el alojamiento, estaba en apartamento y todos los días nos limpiaban la habitación. La ubicación perfecta porque estaba en medio de la isla, sin embargo siempre necesitas coche. Hay un supermercado a 15 minutos en coche. Las vistas increíbles y la atención muy buena. Indudablemente repetiría.

Buena ubicación. Excelente personal. Bonito hotel pequeño. Gran calidad / precio.

El servicio es bueno, el personal está entusiasmado, el desayuno también es bueno, el hotel está al lado del puerto, frente al Atlántico, la ubicación es excelente, en el centro de la ciudad, y comer es conveniente. La insuficiencia es la tarifa de estacionamiento, 12 euros por noche. El hotel tiene un servicio de coche y una buena actitud.
