The pool is too small and it has little choice for breakfast. No restaurant or skybar as mentioned. But room is big with nice view.

We decided to extend our stay for another three days because we really like the natural settings and the service provided . We enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of food provided. We will definitely come back to Kep again and stay with the resort.

Estaba en el hotel de KEP BOUTIQUE PHKACHAN y era genial! Está muy cerca de la playa de Kep. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el servicio era bueno. El personal era amable y me ayudó mucho. Le recomendaría este hotel a otros!

We were nicely welcomed and checked in very easily. The bungalow was quite roomy, a little hot but we had a mobile fan that was just enough. We were right in front of the swimming pool which was accessible even at night so we had one last dip to refresh before going to bed. The vegetation between the bungalows made for a nice and relaxing atmosphere.

1. 酒店乾淨衞生 服務態度好 遊客很多房間基本都被訂滿了 一樓有些潮濕 樓上好一些 2. 攜程刊登的是虛假訊息，標註有廚房，可酒店所有房型均沒有，且酒店經理也向我們展示了他們刊登的情況，不清楚攜程為何亂誘導。所以從螃蟹市場買回來的海鮮無法加工，非常坑人. 3. 攜程房型不同價位實際上和酒店核實了是同一個房間，面積房型均相同，一個顯示是3人早餐，一個顯示的2人，我的訂單是3人，可實際上衹有2人且酒店也從來沒有3人早餐的訊息。 4. 因攜程刊登的虛假訊息 入住不便 衹能提前退房一天 攜程聲稱不可退房，酒店不同意，可我當時就在前台，酒店完全同意，且並未收到訂單款項所以錢是攜程扣着，和酒店無關。最終經反饋同意退費並聲稱象徵性的退36元紅包作為補償，尚未收到。

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

I think the service was excellent. the Staff were very friendly. The pool is massive and so beautiful. My friend and I stayed in the mountain view room, but there is a resort behind this resort, so there was music in afternoon so couldn't nap and also a rooster too which woke us up every morning. Kep beach is a 20min walk, so it's suggested to get a tuk tuk for 2 dollars. The onsite restaurant and Bar was perfect too. Our room bathroom isn't 100% concealed as there was a blind, also our bathroom door squeeked noises so when my friend and i used the bathroom it was noisy.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y muy agradable, y me ha hablado cuando llegué. Los demás miembros del personal con los que hablé en el bar fueron agradables y atentos. Las habitaciones tienen grandes puertas de vidrio para ver el mar desde su habitación fácilmente. El bar del hotel cuenta con muchas bebidas y un menú completo de comida y snacks. La habitación era limpia y grande - hay una caldera para hacer té y café. ¡Me quedaría aquí la próxima vez que visito Kep!

This was my second stay, following last year. This hotel is located in a quiet place full of nature, and it's the perfect place to relax. The manager and all the staff were very friendly and full of hospitality, which made my stay very comfortable.

La habitación es limpia y limpia, el espacio es grande, pero las instalaciones no están completas, algunas habitaciones ni siquiera tienen televisión, el aire acondicionado es general, no hay muchos tipos de desayuno, la comida es más sencilla.
