Hoteles con gimnasio en Aceh, Indonesia

I booked this room for my boss, Mr. Fahmi, and his wife, and specifically requested a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, they were not given the room type requested, and the staff even told my boss’s wife that no such request was made — despite me clearly indicating “non-smoking room” under the special request section. The check-in process was also slow. Bellman, restaurant staffers, housekeeping were good.. Except for the concierge team working on the 13th, there is a need to improve attentiveness to special requests. My boss’s wife cannot tolerate cigarette smells (asthmatic), and considering we booked well in advance, it’s disappointing that even one non-smoking room couldn’t be provided.  Please have your manager contact me regarding this matter. Thank you.

酒店位置不錯，就在市中心，周邊藏了好多當地小吃店，步行就能到，不過我們不太習慣當地菜的口味，全程在酒店餐廳解決，菜品選擇豐富，味道在線還不貴，不用特意外出覓食 作為當地數一數二的酒店，設施很齊全，工作人員態度很友好，有需求都能及時迴應 。房間寬敞舒適，裝修是嶄新的風格，住着很舒心，床品柔軟，睡一晚超解乏，完全能滿足旅行中的休息需求 。 離拜圖拉赫曼大清真寺也就十分鐘車程，出行打卡超方便，不管是逛景點還是日常出行都省時省力 。整體住下來體驗感很不錯，在當地算是性價比超高的選擇，來班達亞齊可以放心訂～

Staffs are nice , the amenities not bad but quite old. I appreciated the design of this hotel , with beautiful plants and water. The room is relatively basic , there’s coffee maker in the room but they don’t provide coffee grind. Breakfast gots quite a large variety of choices. With this price in Aceh , I’m happy to have had stayed in this hotel.
