I was expecting a guest but for the hotel receptionist did not allowed my guest to come to my room. it was quite weird.

Fantastic location and the receptionist (girl) is very friendly and caring. I arrived early and she offered me coffee while waiting for the room to be ready. She also came to offer me a coffee during one of the days during breakfast time. 😘. She also checks with me whether I need a room cleaning, whether I need water or toilet paper.. Wow perfect service! I rate it 6 stars for her service. It makes me so comfortable as this is my first stay in the SE turkey trip. The room I got was huge(corner room) and really value for money. The only thing I felt was less perfect is the breakfast.. Pretty simple and basic but still enough to fill you up.

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Mit sehr freundlichen Personal super Frühstück. Einziges Hotel mit eigenem Parkhaus. Wir sind rund um zufrieden gewesen können es sehr weiter empfehlen. Preisleistung stimmt auch hervorragend.

El hotel está situado en el antiguo castillo de Diyarbakr. Sin embargo, no fue fácil dormir porque el humo llegó toda la mañana ㅠㅠ No había estacionamiento por separado 💕

El hotel es muy bueno, hay piscina, sala de reuniones, gimnasio, museo de spa, bar, el personal de servicio del hotel es muy amable, especialmente el Sr. Mehmet. El nos envió frutas y café gratis, té. Él es especialmente entusiasta, nos ayuda. Muchas gracias.

Hotel bonitos camas limpias muy suaves, sólo se enterran las camas duras, me gustan, gracias, anemon, y gracias trip.com, y me sirvo de lujo a un precio adecuado.
