I stayed at the hotel and checked in at 2 p.m. I had requested a twin bed, and while the room had two beds, they were joined as one. I was told someone would come to separate them and change the bedsheets, but I waited for almost two hours with no one coming, even after calling several times. I finally went down to speak to the front desk manager. He was very understanding and apologized for the delay. He promised to investigate and offered me a free breakfast as a service recovery. I really appreciate his professional attitude and the way he handled the situation. Thank you for the great service recovery. Enjoyed the stay. Chef Dana and Henny were very good and the live omlette was nice. Room service was a bit slow. The young person at the reception in Kandoora was were helpful and professional. Overall a good experience.

Very clean. Good restaurant, Little far from the attractions, nothing around the hotel but we can find everything we need inside the hotel.
