Desde la familia panchal, un gran agradecimiento a Perenia / Rashi / Mayank @ desk front, la chica de la noche del personal en el bar del puerto y el super amigable y conocido camarero de la nagaland en el restaurante indio. Nos hicieron la estadía ineficiente, memorable, y mostraron que realmente se preocupan. Mi madre había visitado hace 50 años - no tenía idea. No hay cuerpo dijo no, sólo hicieron lo mejor para el placer. El personal incluso salió fuera para decir adiós. Mis padres amaban estar allí, todavía hablan de ello.

Was here for a work trip and the hotel and facilities were great. Even let me use the pool after check out as a gesture of good will since my flight was late that day. Amazing staff all around. And the breakfast was also nice. Pretty standard

Check-in and check out are very smooth. The room is very spacious and well maintained. The sound of the air-conditioning is too loud and not consistently cold. Breakfast, it would be nice to add more non-vegetables choices since the hotel is receiving international guests.

The property is at a good location by the airport. It is very well constructed and the design is royal and lavish. I had a good time at the gym and the steam and sauna afterwards. The room is quite nice with a comfortable bed. Coming to the downsides: 1. We found that one of the cabinets was riddled with fungus. 2. The TV in the room could have been better and smarter. (We basically had to call for the TV remote and had to figure out a way to screen share from our phone to watch content) 3. The food is just okay. 4. The pool and the surrounding area aren't clean and maintained. The thing which annoyed us the most was the cold service and hospitality. Aside from a few selected people the entire staff acts as if they are doing you a favour. There is little warmth and courteousness. We booked a five star hotel but received 3 star hospitality. Won't book again.

Perfect for a sleep before onward flight next day . Room well appointed and comfortable for a night at the airport ,though some noise disturbance this set,Ed after a while . Good  breakfast next day but it was double the price stipulated on the site . Staff pleasant . Tea coffee in room ,the water provided was not drinkable for us !!!  

Close to airport. Staff are so nice. Many choices for breakfast.

Perfect hotel. Very welcoming staff, every time they see you they great you with a smile. Perfect location if you just had a long flight, just 10 min from T2. Of course with Mumbai traffic a little bit more. My wife was not feeling well and they help us a lot by being flexible in their rules. Definitely my #1 hotel once I will be back.

I was very disappointed with customer service. I have sent email requesting early Check In but no one bothered to respond back. During check in, full payment was made but during check out they charged me again for accommodation as they don’t have record that I have made payment. They took so long to verify that. If I don’t remember that I have paid at check in time I could have end up paying twice 😀
