Fue una estancia excelente, la recomiendo. El personal estaba muy bien capacitado y atendió a numerosos viajeros que reservaron al mismo tiempo. Por el precio ofrecido, este hotel tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio considerando su ubicación en relación con el centro de Cairns, lo que significa que a solo 5 minutos en coche tenía acceso a todo lo que el centro ofrece.

Fantastic hotel!!! I come to many hotels and this was by far the most beautiful thing I visited. Everything was very clean and very friendly welcome. From here you can explore the whole city without distant travel. Directly from the hotel you also have a walking bridge to South Banks. In the hotel you also have the sky deck with a great view of the city. Highly recommended

L'arrivée s'est très bien passée, les chambres sont propres et les lits sont confortables (si vous aimez bien les matelas pas durs) pour ma part, j'ai très bien dormi. Grande piscine avec l'eau plutôt salée, belle terrasse et de nombreux choix de plats si on a envie de manger quelque chose sans aller trop loin. Le personnel est disponible et sympa! Mould throughout wet areas. Major health hazard for my handicapped son who is a chronic asthmatic No maintenance done. Ceiling in several spots is collapsing. Toilet lid broken. Shower head unable to be kept upright so you can have a hands free shower. Balcony louvre screen panels were off the sliding rail so you could not slide them. Etc, etc, etc .....

Room was pretty good, check in process was a little slow but staff were very apologetic, loved the info and links via text, unfortunately no wifi details were left on the desk (I didn't ask or complain tho cuz I had my own internet). The only real downer was I went to the bistro for dinner and the footy was on super loud and I really couldn't enjoy my meal and when I complained and asked if this was the bistro my concerns about how loud it was were completely dismissed. The also had a sports bar so I don't understand why the bistro had to be so loud. I thought it was a bit rich being charged $2 for a takeaway container despite the fact i couldn't sit and enjoy my meal due to the footy (qld teams weren't even playing either). Otherwise everything else was good.

Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación doble, como habíamos pedido. La habitación parecía espaciosa, pero cuando entramos al baño, la bañera estaba sucia, la ducha estaba llena de moho y había un olor muy extraño que venía del desagüe. Cuando fuimos a encender el aire acondicionado, la unidad estaba llena de moho y se podía oler. Fuimos a la recepción y preguntamos si podíamos cambiar de habitación, ya que nos acomodaron y nos cambiaron a una habitación mucho más moderna y limpia. La zona de la piscina es preciosa y el personal fue muy servicial. Por el precio que pagamos por noche, fue una excelente relación calidad-precio y una visita a la ciudad costó unos 9 dólares.

El baño también tenía las ventanas abiertas constantemente, lo que significaba que las personas que caminan por fuera podían ver y escuchar lo que es un poco incómodo en lo que respecta a la privacidad. La habitación en sí tenía un par de cachorros de bebés, y después de buscar halló trampas de insectos en la habitación, así que sospecha que esto puede ser un problema en curso.
