The hotel was clean, but I booked a double bed room to share with my sister on trip.com and when I paid and got a confirmation that it’s a double room it was not refundable . When I contacted the hotel they said that because they did not have twin rooms available it reverted the booking to double in the system. I contacted trip.con to cancel the booking they said that it was non refundable booking, I explained that it was their system that made the error and not me, the agent said I will contact the hotel and check if they can accept a refund, she got back saying that they have refused and trip.com could not help. I was furious and I had to go and sleep on the sofa bed and this was uncomfortable also the heating was doing some tapping sound as I am light sleeper I could not sleep properly at all.

Loved the character of the hotel and the grounds were lovely. Our room standard was a bit lower than expected with burst light bulb and general finishing of the room looking a bit tired. The location was perfect for right before our skydive jump at Fife airport.

On December 11, we traveled to St Andrew, and Rusacks was a perfect choice. Our car broke down. As we couldn't get it started, we asked the staff for assistance. Mr. Ccllum who was at reception came to inspect our car, and he also called his colleagues to help. We feel so warm that they reached out to us! Since the car was still unable to start, Mr. Ccllum assisted us to contact the car company and helpline. Under his help, the helpline came to repair the car that evening, but they still didn't figure out what caused the breakdown. Because we need to return to Edinburgh the next morning, the car company suggested that we leave the key at the reception, and they would come later to take the car. Mr. Ccllum agreed to keep the key for us. Luckily, the helpline took the car away at last, and we reached the railway station with Mr. Ccllum’s help. The night came so fast and the weather was cold. Fortunately, we were safe due to the assistance of Mr. Ccllum and his colleagues. Many thanks for their kindness! We are so lucky to choose Rusacks!

Camas amplias eh moderned, camas confortables. Casa regular , desayuno salido a pedido en el restaurante, precios muy correctos en el restaurante, personal amable. No seco cabello y prever un baño de pantalla porque el jabón de ducha es alto y fijo. Hotel muy tranquilo y bien aislado. Excelente relación calidad-precio

El hotel tiene una ubicación muy buena y su servicio es muy agradable.

Aunque la ubicación es un poco remota, está bien conducir solo. Está a media hora en coche desde Edimburgo, pero el precio es mucho más económico. Está gestionado por IHG Hotel Group. Las habitaciones están limpias, el hotel tiene un restaurante y el hotel. La cena no está mal. Sin embargo, no hay ascensor y hay mucho equipaje pesado que evitar.

Al lado del campo de golf, el hotel es muy viejo, limpio, pero muy viejo. El agua fría de la capa de agua es separada. El hotel también ofrece calor en la noche del verano, por lo que está muy tranquilo a pie a muchos pequeños animales que se encuentran inesperadamente y son adecuados para conducir por sí mismos. También hay buses de autobús. El entorno es bueno, hay hierba para casarse, y el desayuno solar también es impresionante.

El hotel no es grande, la ubicación está al otro lado de la calle del antiguo campus de la Universidad de St. Andrews, muy cerca de la calle comercial y no lejos del antiguo estadio. Se puede decir que el desayuno es relativamente rico, hay varios tipos de comidas regulares y especiales, que cambian con las estaciones. El restaurante está casi lleno los fines de semana cuando hay mucha gente, y suele estar mejor. El aparcamiento en la calle fuera de la puerta es gratuito, pero no hay aparcamiento privado. Es fácil tener una plaza durante las vacaciones escolares. No lo sé en otras ocasiones.
