Отличное расположение, хороший мой бассейн, рядом 2 типа бассейнов с морской водой и выход к океану, чуть подальше в 25 минутах пешком от отеля красивая пещера и длинный песчаный пляж. В отеле все были очень любезны, на день рождения мужа подарили бутылочку шампанского. У нас был панорамный вид из окна, он шикарен, комната 1003. Из недостатков я купила завтраки, но мой муж долго спит и поэтому завтракала только я, я просила персонал взять брекфаст бокс для мужа так как он уже оплачен, но это мне не разрешили сделать, в итоге все завтраки оплаченные мы потеряли, завтраки до 10:00 если ты рано не проснешься то не поешь, имейте это ввиду, в остальном все прекрасно , уборка каждый день

Um grande agradecimento a grande equipa do hotel Golden Residence. Desde a garrafa de espumante até aos pequenos gestos como a oferta de rebuçados no check out a nossa estadia foi excelente. A piscina interior e o banho turco são um must além de piscina exterior. Os quartos são grandes, com sala e kitchnete faltando apenas a TV no quarto. Muito boa localização.

Me alojé en una habitación con vistas al mar y una vista fantástica. Tenía muchos detalles relacionados con Cristiano Ronaldo y estaba cerca del Museo Cristiano Ronaldo. El personal fue muy amable y me ayudó a resolver muchos problemas. ¡Excelente!

We really enjoyed our stay at Baia Azul. This hotel has everything! Gorgeous views from the lounge area, a lovely bar with entertainment at night, excellent service, lovely comfortable rooms, and a very nice pool area. We cannot fault it! The breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

Un excelente hotel con un delicioso y variado desayuno. El personal es muy amable y la vista del balcón es inútil. Desafortunadamente no hay minibar, pero no obstante puedo recomendar el hotel más caliente.

Second stay at this beautiful hotel! The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was more than perfect. The location is fantastic!

El personal de la recepción y el restaurante es muy profesional y educado, especialmente el personal de las mujeres que nos ayudan a inspeccionar. Ella explica cuidadosamente las instalaciones del hotel y las visitas locales, muy cuidadosamente, merece la pena elogiar.

Hotel bem localizado, espaço muito agradável. Quarto para casal com duas camas juntas, o embora muito confortáveis não é agradável para um casal, de resto vale a pena, é acolhedor e muito charmoso. Recomendo!

One of the main reason why I booked this 4 star hotel was that it said it had a large space gym area as mentioned before booking, so I assumed it being a 4 start Hotel it will have decent weights and machines. However, when I arrived, the gym didn’t have a pull-up bar or a cable machine, the dumbbell weights were very basic that went up to only 10 kg. That is absolutely disappointing considering this was a 4 start Hotel. To be honest the multiuse cable machine is pretty much all you need as it has everything to be exercise all your body parts! I love my pullups hence I had to find a way to do them so I found a metal gate just outside the gym in the tennis court believe it or not I used the gate frame to do my pullups (see picture). Another downfall is that it didn’t have a water fountain in the gym area. You had to go up to the reception and buy bottle of water for €2. Good luck to those who suffer from quick dehydration. I expected the room to have a kettle which you wouldn’t think twice whether it will have it or not. But guess what? You have to pay extra to have a kettle in your room during your stay between €5 to €7. That’s just jokes, I didn’t know if I should laugh or cry! Other than that, the staff were very friendly and the location is close to the sea, and approximately 11 minutes drive to the main city area in Funchal. I’d say the breakfast is good, but the same time pretty standard what you would get in a 3 star hotel. I was expecting better variety. The breakfast is always the same every day. Hardly never changes. However, the dinner menu has a rotation. Overall, I would give this place 3.5 out of 5! I hope they can accommodate the above the next time I visit.
