The hotel was in a great location, close to Main St., Saratoga Springs. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. It was very nice to wake up in the morning and open the curtain and see horses practicing on the track.

Ubicación: La ubicación es excelente, justo en el corazón del Distrito Financiero. Muy conveniente si buscas explorar el bajo Manhattan o tienes negocios cerca. Instalaciones: Las instalaciones son bastante básicas. No esperes mucho más que lo esencial: la habitación solo incluía gel de ducha y champú. Sin lujos ni extras. Servicio: El servicio deja mucho que desear. En dos ocasiones, mi habitación no estuvo lista hasta alrededor de las 6 p. m., a pesar de haber salido desde las 8 a. m. Fue frustrante regresar después de un día completo y tener que esperar en el vestíbulo mientras el personal de limpieza hacía su ronda. El hotel presume de una ubicación conveniente, habitaciones limpias y cómodas, y ropa de cama de alta calidad que garantiza un sueño reparador. El servicio de recepción es profesional y eficiente, y la selección de desayuno es abundante. En general, la experiencia superó mis expectativas y volvería a alojarme aquí. Toda la experiencia, desde el check-in hasta el check-out, fue excelente; la habitación estaba impecable y tenía una excelente insonorización. El inodoro tenía una fuga (la habitación del piso 48). Llamé al hotel para que lo arreglaran, pero el primer ingeniero no pudo encontrar el problema. El segundo ingeniero sí lo encontró, pero nos íbamos de Nueva York ese mismo día. La fuga del inodoro era bastante grave. Llamé al hotel para pedir ayuda con la fuga del inodoro, pero una de las personas que atendió la llamada simplemente ignoró la solicitud (no tomó ninguna medida, pero dijo que lo haría).

This hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there,and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-)  either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

Pasé una noche antes de mi vuelo y el personal de recepción fue muy amable. Mi habitación parecía más grande, pero estaba dividida por una puerta blanca para hacer más espacio. Escucho perfectamente a los vecinos de al lado y la puerta divisoria se puede abrir. El agua de la ducha salía con dificultad y no sabía cómo usarla, pero en recepción me dijeron que tenía que abrir tanto el grifo como el de la ducha para que saliera agua caliente. En general, era una habitación agradable, con vistas al aeropuerto.

The staff were amazingly pleasant, the hotel was so cool and clean, the room was so modern… I loved the whole thing! My only negative was that the conditioner in the bathroom was empty but if I was staying for more than one night and if I asked for it to be filled, I guarantee they would with no hesitation. Such a great hotel and a quick walk to Barclays Center!

La habitación es muy pequeña. No hay lugar para abrir la maleta de 28 pulgadas. Solo puedes colocar artículos a 90 grados contra la pared.
