En general, tuvimos una buena estadía en Impiana Ipoh. El edificio y las instalaciones del hotel necesitarían una mejora, ya que están muy anticuados pero no del todo deteriorados. Sin embargo, nuestra habitación era muy agradable, limpia, espaciosa y tiene una vista encantadora. Las toallas y la ropa de cama también eran muy bonitas y había un suministro adecuado de artículos de tocador en la habitación. El desayuno estaba más bien que bien. Hay una panadería llamada Shake and Bake a poca distancia del hotel que sirve una variedad de panes, pasteles e incluso comidas calientes a un precio razonable. El personal del hotel fue educado y servicial. Estamos especialmente agradecidos al personal de recepción en el momento del check in que se esforzó por cumplir con mi solicitud al reservar la habitación. Sin embargo, el hotel dispone de plazas de aparcamiento subterráneas (foc) muy limitadas y algunas plazas de pago en la carretera frente al hotel.

En primer lugar, quedamos bastante decepcionados porque nos asignaron el Bloque C y la habitación era diferente a las fotos que nos dieron al reservar (sin vistas fantásticas ni bañera como la que se mostraba en la reserva). Además, nuestra habitación daba a la ciudad y había pájaros merodeando por el balcón. Hay tres bloques, y el Bloque C que nos dieron estaba bastante vacío y daba miedo. Al caminar por la zona del hotel por la noche, vimos que solo había unas pocas habitaciones ocupadas. Incluso el ambiente en el Bloque C era inquietante, pero por suerte no había rastro de él, porque si no, nos iríamos inmediatamente. Ni siquiera nos atrevimos a abrir las cortinas, porque era demasiado inquietante, sabiendo que no había muchos huéspedes en el Bloque C. Mi marido me contó que pidió cambiarse al Bloque A unos días antes de nuestra llegada, pero le informaron que no había habitaciones libres en el Bloque A. Al llegar, pedimos cambiarnos al Bloque A, pero nos informaron que teníamos que añadir RM250 por noche porque era el Bloque A. Información contradictoria. Además, deberían llenar la habitación para los visitantes del Bloque A o B, así que no sería tan inquietante. En segundo lugar, los inodoros no están muy limpios, con manchas amarillas. Aunque nos sorprendió la decoración de la cama y el pastel de cumpleaños, el ambiente en el Bloque C es inquietante. Definitivamente no volveré.

Have a wonder stay in this hotel. The location is good and near to one of the famous seafood restaurants. The manager (Steven) is very friendly and helpful, We will for sure stay back this hotel for our next trip in Teluk Intan.

Visited Ipoh during the long weekend. The lobby looked grand and the rooms were nicely renovated. Lots of facilities were provided as well, e.g. pickleball court, pool and 24/7 gym. A variety of breakfast was provided and different types of eggs to try 🤭 Had to pay for the pickleball court, rental for the paddles. Recommend to have first aid kid at the pickleball court. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 👍👍

I always stay at this hotel whenever I return to Taiping. The room is consistently clean, and the bed is very comfortable—there’s usually nothing to complain about. However, during this stay, it was quite noisy, possibly due to generator noise, as the room was on the highest floor and near the lift. The breakfast selection could also be improved.

Cleaniness: i found a used coffee pack underthe wardrobe Location is alright, ntging special but nothing bad either Service: idk the service is kinda meh… and the fridge is not cold at all, it takes literally 2 days (48hours) to cold up my drinks The breakfast and event is nice and the waitress there is nice as well… i just don’t like the staff didnt invite to go outside for the countdown…. imagine Im still sitting there after 12:00 after countdown haha. if the cleaniness and service is fixed i think i should be 10/10 hotel ngl

Just beside Beverley Hotel there is a sheltered food court which is so convenient for us. Across the street is Lotus supermarket and the Taiping mall. Aeon mall is also just 10mins drive down. The hotel amenities is minimal. This can be described as budget hotel. The room that I had was the premier room so it was bigger than the standard room.

Charming Boutique Stay in the Heart of Ipoh. A lovely boutique hotel beautifully furnished and centrally located in Ipoh. We especially enjoyed the cozy lobby and its charming Art Deco touches. Rooms are limited, so it’s best to book early, particularly during holidays and festive seasons. We stayed in a duplex room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The room was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, including a hair dryer, slippers, a filtered water dispenser, a Nespresso coffee machine, and disposable toiletries—more than what you’d typically expect from many hotels. Breakfast was very decent, with made-to-order options such as Western dishes or local nasi lemak. There are also plenty of local coffee shops and eateries nearby if you’d like to explore other breakfast choices. The hotel’s location is a major plus. It’s within walking distance of popular Ipoh attractions like Concubine Lane, Memory Lane Market, and Mural Art’s Lane, as well as the famous Lao Wang beansprout chicken. There are also numerous food options around, and it’s just across from Palo 101, a trendy spot popular with youngsters and a regular venue for New Year’s countdown celebrations. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Ipoh.

The location is great, the front desk staff are very friendly, and there is an elevator to go upstairs. Mineral water and bread are provided for the guests. The room space is quite adequate, and the bed is very comfortable—I slept very well. The only downside is that my room was quite close to the elevator, and the soundproofing isn't great. I often heard the sound of the elevator doors opening and closing in the morning while I was sleeping. Everything else was excellent.

i came earlier before 2.30pm and told the counter about my room. Mr Solihin, who attended me was very kind to inform that my room only partial seaview and i need to go out to balcony to have a seaview and from my bed i will see the tree and I a bit upset since i like seaview so much..He proactively suggest better seaview room I was so happy and our room just same level with counter, no stairs or lift to take. Mr Solihin are very kind to allow me for early check in since the room was ready. Their staff all are very polite. I love the peaceful environment and the breakfast was so great with so many options. I am very happy for overall experience over there.
