«Nothing but good things to say about the Bedrock Hotel. We were actually across the road from the hotel itself as we had one of the junior suites, which are in a newly refurbished building. The suites are fabulous, they are very roomy and very thoughtfully furnished and equipped. The bathroom itself was bigger than some of the hotel rooms we have had recently and the thoughtful addition of a water filter that provides hot, cold or ambient water to order was priceless. The suites do not have kitchenettes (although they do have a small fridge) they do have a coffee machine, cups, cutlery, plates, bowls and even wine glasses in the same cabinet as the fridge, all of which came in very useful. The bed was also super comfortable and the AC worked well too.
We had originally tried to book in the Old Town itself but there was limited availability, the Bedrock was a great second choice, as it was just a short 10 to 15 minute walk away and the breakfast was great too.»

«It was an alright stay. Bathroom is really spacious, bedroom is weirdly shaped due to being a corner unit but acceptable. Basic bathroom amenities are there, limited TV channels. Lift and the entire of 2nd floor and room did smell of cigarettes when I checked in, and it was a bit off putting. I try not to look too much into the details such as peeling wallpapers and A/C that doesn't work as regularly as it should (sometimes cold, most of the time just OK despite no changes in the temperature settings).
Location was superb. It's a short drive to pretty much everywhere I need to access during my business trip, so that's a plus. For it's price, I can't complain much. But if I'm particular, topping up a little bit more could get me a more recently renovated hotel (C***tel) with equally accessible location.»

Firdaus BachikDependiendo de su sabor, diría que le falta mucho a IHG, Marriott, SLH, y sin duda por qué los malasios gastan más en TH. El hecho de que siempre se ha sobrecargado durante los fines de semana y las vacaciones muestra una fuerte demanda de turismo doméstico.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel and the surrounding are stunning, the staff is super friendly and the facilities could not have been better. Upon our arrival, our rental car had a flat tyre and the staff was so helpful and fixed this for us immediately. As travellers from Europe this is an excellent service which is so helpful when you do not speak the local language to communicate with for instance the people at the garage. Additionally, we received a free upgrade of our hotel room from the lake villa to the garden villa, for two nights in a row. This villa with private pool and garden is stunning. All the caves and the surrounding facilities are so impressive and nature and luxury blends together perfectly. This is a must visit.

JSadlerThe hotel was excellent in some ways, but really lacking in others. The highlights of the hotel are the exceptional breakfast, the best I’ve had in SE Asia, and its delicious desserts and pastries in the lobby. As well as the very good service, with two things coming to mind, one being a free room upgrade, and two allowing me to go to breakfast 30 minutes early (6:30am vs 7:00am). The hotel is very aesthetic and unique in style too, and the tech is certainly interesting and used intelligently. However, they also make some bizarre decisions given they’re a 5* hotel. Firstly, why there is no soap in the bathroom I’ll never know, I shouldn’t have to go in the shower each time to get body wash to wash my hands each time. The shower would progressively get colder with a couple of minutes and be quite cold by 5 minutes in. The bed is far from luxury feeling, with it quite hard, though reasonably comfortable and the duvet cover had some marks on it. Finally, the tech means there are a lot of unnecessary lights around the room, which makes the room a lot less dark. Overall, I would have expected the hard product to be better within a hotel of this class but the soft product was definitely 5*.

La estancia en Pangkor Laut Resort fue realmente memorable. El complejo estaba bien mantenido y tenía un hermoso paisaje. La combinación de lujo y naturaleza fue lo que me atrajo a venir aquí y pasar una breve escapada de fin de semana. Ofrece un entorno sereno para relajarse en una isla privada e incluso emprender una pequeña aventura, como caminar por una selva tropical.
En general, creo que Pangkor Laut Resort es un gran lugar para relajarse, desestresarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza.
Si buscas deportes extremos, multitudes y un lugar para estimular tus sentidos, Pangkor Laut Resort no es para ti. Y es por eso que me encantó mi estancia aquí, nada más que un trocito de paraíso, un entorno tranquilo y mimos.

One of the best things is that it’s within walking distance of coffee shops like CBTL and ZUS, which open early—perfect for those of us who need to grab a coffee before heading to the office.

Reservé dos horas antes de llegar a Ipoh porque mi esposo se acordó de The Haven, así que revisé y conseguí una habitación.
Una residencia junto al lago realmente agradable.
La recepcionista es muy amable y brindó un servicio rápido tanto al momento del check-in como al check-out. (Una señora india) ¡Qué amable de su parte! Olvidé preguntar su nombre.
El paisaje y la vista eran increíbles.
La habitación también era muy bonita y limpia. El baño está muy limpio y me encanta su diseño. Me encanta la vista desde la habitación. Tenía vistas al lago y al atardecer, lo cual es genial. La habitación era muy espaciosa y nos dieron refrigerios y bebidas gratis.
Las comodidades son perfectas y completas.
Y tuvimos refrigerios gratis en el restaurante.
El desayuno buffet también tiene varias opciones. Las piscinas son muy grandes, con piscina para adultos y niños, y jacuzzi. Me encanta todo aquí, incluido el estacionamiento fácil y muchas actividades para hacer. Hay muchos lugares fuera de temporada para tomar buenas fotografías.

Teng Cheok HongConvenient location. Right next to a shopping mall, so it’s easy to find food, do some shopping, or just walk around. There’s also a 7-Eleven next door.
Just across the road, you’ll find separate halal and non-halal foodcourts with plenty of local food choices.
If you’re driving, park your car at Level 6. The hotel lobby is on the Ground Floor, so it may be a little confusing at first.
