We had a wonderful stay as we planned a birthday surprise for my wife. The decorations were lovely and really made the occasion feel extra special. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a beautiful view that added to the whole vibe. The pool was great and very kid-friendly, and the easy access to the beach was a big plus for our family. The buffet spread was also impressive, with plenty of variety and delicious choices for both dinner and breakfast. Overall, we had a memorable stay and truly enjoyed our time here. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

I really love the room. The bed was very comfortable with the nice pillows. Duvet cover is lovely with the hotel detailing on them. Well done management. The bathroom is big with separate wet bathroom. Toilet came with bidet and automatic wash machine control system. Breakfast buffet was really good spread and kudos to the f&b team with their amazing hospitality and services. Special shoutout to the staff Hattame for his great hospitality and service. Good ambiance too. Rooftop pool was small but it’s clean and overlooking the airport. There’s a lifeguard and staff around. On the other hand i was very disappointed with the cleanliness at the coffee counter in the room. Total disaster for such a brand new hotel. The dust are so thick on the fridge and all over the coffee cabinet. So disappointing and disgusting. Housekeeping manager or management should check on their staff works. Kettle was not clean properly and there is a left over water in the kettle, obviously not clean from the previous guests. Totally unacceptable for so call 5* hotel. Front desk staff was not friendly and gave me a fake smile and I was not feeling welcome at all. One of the female staff wearing worn out shoes and making so much noise while she moving around the reception which i find so annoying and what a poor grooming and service standard for a hotel. She not even smile at me while I was there at the counter for the check in. Overall I was happy with the comfort of the room and parking area was very convenient for me. Hopefully the management take note of my feedback and hope for the improvement of my next visit otherwise will be my last visit. Thank you.

Really nice place for a relaxing getaway! Surrounded by trees, lakes and mountains, the resort is serene and quiet, and the caves really are unique attractions to wind down and free the mind! The yoga classes and jungle walk are also a plus point about this place. Staffs are friendly and helpful too! Their unlimited breakfast is also another attraction as they offer variety of choices. Overall it’s a worth visit despite the high price. Will definitely recommend this to friends!

La combinación de lujo y naturaleza fue lo que me atrajo a venir aquí y pasar una breve escapada de fin de semana. En general, creo que Pangkor Laut Resort es un gran lugar para relajarse, desestresarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Si buscas deportes extremos, multitudes y un lugar para estimular tus sentidos, Pangkor Laut Resort no es para ti. Y es por eso que me encantó mi estancia aquí, nada más que un trocito de paraíso, un entorno tranquilo y mimos.

Excellent location about 10-20 minutes' walk from many of the famous eating/traditional pastry shops. Room was clean and had sufficient space for our group of 3 adults. Beds were large and comfortable - I personally loved the bolsters provided. Also had Coway water machine and coffee machine. Bathroom was clean with sufficient towels as well. Surprisingly quiet for the middle of town. Special parking lots in front of hotel for parking. Breakfast was average but included in room rate. Friendly boss.

En primer lugar, quedamos bastante decepcionados porque nos asignaron el Bloque C y la habitación era diferente a las fotos que nos dieron al reservar (sin vistas fantásticas ni bañera como la que se mostraba en la reserva). Además, nuestra habitación daba a la ciudad y había pájaros merodeando por el balcón. Hay tres bloques, y el Bloque C que nos dieron estaba bastante vacío y daba miedo. Al caminar por la zona del hotel por la noche, vimos que solo había unas pocas habitaciones ocupadas. Incluso el ambiente en el Bloque C era inquietante, pero por suerte no había rastro de él, porque si no, nos iríamos inmediatamente. Ni siquiera nos atrevimos a abrir las cortinas, porque era demasiado inquietante, sabiendo que no había muchos huéspedes en el Bloque C. Mi marido me contó que pidió cambiarse al Bloque A unos días antes de nuestra llegada, pero le informaron que no había habitaciones libres en el Bloque A. Al llegar, pedimos cambiarnos al Bloque A, pero nos informaron que teníamos que añadir RM250 por noche porque era el Bloque A. Información contradictoria. Además, deberían llenar la habitación para los visitantes del Bloque A o B, así que no sería tan inquietante. En segundo lugar, los inodoros no están muy limpios, con manchas amarillas. Aunque nos sorprendió la decoración de la cama y el pastel de cumpleaños, el ambiente en el Bloque C es inquietante. Definitivamente no volveré.

Recientemente me quedé en una habitación Premier en el Novotel Hotel Taiping y tuve una experiencia satisfactoria en general.La ubicación es fantástica, y el espectáculo de mi estancia fue definitivamente la vista de la habitación Premier, que se ve directamente sobre el hermoso Taiping Lake Gardens. La habitación misma era limpia y cómoda. También me gustaba el desayuno buffetit era bastante bueno y tenía algunos menú únicos, como getok ubi, que fue un agradable toque local! Sin embargo, hubo un par de desventajas. La presión del agua del tubo de baño era muy baja, lo que era bastante incómodo. Además, a pesar de la habitación con una televisión inteligente, el entretenimiento se limitó a sólo canales localesno había acceso a Netflix o YouTube.En general, es un lugar maravilloso para permanecer con vistas a la escena y buena comida, Pero la fijación de la presión del agua y la actualización de las opciones de televisión lo harían mucho mejor.

Value for money stay, good location next to Taiping Lake and close to my running start venue at Dataran Warisan, about 1KM to Dataran Warisan. One downside though, no parking space available in hotel proximity, have to park it outside near the lake.
