Nice hot spring hotel. Lakefront view rooms are preferable to avoid the traffic noise from the city view rooms. Service is good, breakfast is adequate. Service at the springs is excellent, the staff routinely will bring you tea while you soak. From the hotel you can easily join the path and walk around the lake.

First of all, I would like to compliment the lady boss, Ms. Chen and Madam Liu for their thoughtfulness, hospitality and kindness during our 2 nights stay in the homestay. We were allocated 2 room units at level 5 for a 2 x double bed size and 1 x queen bed size for my family. The homestay had installed a lift to provide the guests easy access to their allocated room unit without carrying heavy luggage bags up to the upper level which I discovered other homestay units don't provide such facilities. The staff are most helpful and always there to provide assistance in particular when I need to clean my dirty laundry, the owner offered their assistance to help with laundry service and dry out hanging while we can go for our mountain outing at ease. Also, they took an initiative to prepare the necessary personal items like a walking stick and rain coat before you set off to the mountain trekking to save us from unnecessary spending of such expenses. Such a kind gesture is appreciated as the items may be a one time usage. Overall, our stay was extremely wonderful and satisfying which I personally recommend huanlin guesthouse and I will definitely reserve the same guesthouse should I will made a visit to Fanjinshan again.

Wonderful hotel right in the center of Zhaoxing with an amazing view on the entire village and the surroundings. The hotel seems newly renovated, everything was beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, because of the heavy rains in the days preceding our stay, the water in the swimming pool caught some algae and they had to take it out, clean the pool, and refill it again, which is why we couldn't make use of it during our stay (we only stayed for two days). That was a bit unfortunate as the entire swimmingpool area is incredibly beautiful and with the summer heat it would have been nice to do a swim after the hikes. But all the rest was absolutely wonderful. We actually stayed there on the day of my birthday and the hotel organized a wonderful birthday cake for me and even decorated the room. It was amazing and I would like to thank the staff again for their kindness. Our arrangement included the afternoon tea and the breakfast, both of them delicious and generous. Breakfast included the typical Chinese soups, rice, etc. while also offering Western style bread, marmelade, butter and lots of fruits. What merits a special mention is the outdoor bath tub directly on the balcony. Every evening they prepared the bath tub with special bathing oils and taking a bath right before going to sleep on our outdoor terrace was a sheer delight! We will remember it as a very special place, with incredibly nice and kind people. Thank you for having made this stay so special for us!

Very lovely hotel with friendly staffs. Hotel looks great, everything was clean and room was spacious. Good ventilation even though smoking was allowed, no musky mouldy smell, everywhere smelt great. Had a great view from my room too. They had kids amenities like bedroom slippers, toothbrush etc. Breakfast buffet at the hotel had a great spread and tasted great. Additionally, there is a small theme park within 5mins walking distance from the hotel, my kid enjoyed it. Would recommend this hotel 👍🏻
