I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.

Comfortable stay, hotel a bit dated but clean and functional, staff mainly friendly, issues at breakfast with staff working really hard but not able to keep up with food replenishment, told by manager to use a paper cup as no clean cups available, had to ask twice for coffee machine to be filled with milk. Reasonable choice of breakfast items, unfortunately no pastries though. Good amount of free parking available, staff clearing and cleaning tables friendly and hardworking.

Estaba un poco preocupado después de leer las críticas, pero después de registrarme fue mejor de lo esperado. La primera opción es que hay cientos de casas antiguas cerca, que tienen mucho ambiente. Gira a la izquierda 50 metros arriba y verás una antigua prisión a 100 metros está la iglesia y 200 metros más adelante está el castillo. La habitación es lo suficientemente grande, pero incluso en verano, la casa es fría, pero es la relación escocesa. El aislamiento del hotel no es muy bueno. Las personas arriba se mueven oyendo. El entorno cercano es bueno. El comedor es el hotel que llevan. Es mejor reservar una cita, o esperar

El desayuno es sencillo, la ubicación es fácil de encontrar, el paisaje es hermoso junto al lago, las habitaciones son pequeñas, las instalaciones son antiguas, se admiten mascotas, hay un bar y cantantes residentes por la noche, el ambiente es bueno, el precio es alto

Lovely hotel and delicious food. We loved the location and the pool area and facilities. Only issue we had was the heat. It was particularly mild for November and the staff weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We were given a dusty and broken fan to combat the heat but sadly no one came forward with an apology when we brought it to staff that we had to leave the window open wide all night to try combat the heat. I know it wasn’t the individuals fault but good customer service would apologise to the customer and none of the 4 staff we spoke to about it offered an apology and they seemed disgruntled about it too.

The food was good, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Good location

A very nice boutique hotel located in the city centre with tourist attractions nearby. My request for a quiet room at the end of hallway was kindly met. Tea, coffee, bottled water and cookies were provided in the room. King size bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.
