Nos alojamos en alojamiento para 4 personas estilo japonés con vista al mar. La habitación es demasiado vieja y pequeña, tiene manchas en la pared y en la puerta del armario. La cama es más delgada de lo esperado. El desayuno buffet no tiene muchas opciones, las piscinas y muchas otras cosas tienen que pagar extra. Todo el personal es agradable, excepto un chico en el área de la sala de juegos que es muy grosero. Las aguas termales al aire libre tienen muchos insectos y hay que subir escaleras. En general la estancia es desagradable.

The attention to detail and the genuine kindness of the staff made us feel like VIP guests. They also thoughtfully provided a bucket for us to indulge in the glowing enchantment of firecrackers and even tidied the mess up afterwards. But the best memory of our stay here was definitely the culinary experience given by the chef extraordinaire — Master Chef Matsuki. His creations were nothing short of a gastronomic revelation. Each dish was a testament to his unwavering dedication and profound respect for the ingredients. Oh, the flavors — titillating all our taste buds in every bite. And the generosity of Chef Matsuki in sharing his culinary wisdom, guiding us on how to savor each morsel, elevated the entire dining experience to sheer perfection. The language barrier was no obstacle to the remarkable team of staff members who graced us with their presence. Their command of the English language was commendable, and even those who were not entirely fluent went above and beyond to cater to our every whim and need. Their genuine desire to assist us was palpable, leaving us feeling truly valued and cared for. I am already making plans to return with my beloved family, as I know they too deserve to bask in the unparalleled warmth and luxury that this establishment exudes. This hotel has set the bar impossibly high, redefining the meaning of hospitality and creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. So if you seek a hotel experience that transcends mere accommodation and transforms into a symphony of opulence, impeccable service, and culinary artistry, then look no further. Muy conveniente llegar en barco, 10 veces mejor que el otro lado de Pu Island, lo que vale la pena. La comida es de primera clase, es de primera clase, el calor exterior es precioso, el hotel tiene su propio pabellón, puede ver el agua que se bebe o pescar. La falta de belleza y de China es la más hermosa caminata de caliente al aire libre. La sopa femenina permite vestir ropa especial, la sopa masculina prescribe la ropa, que será vista por los huéspedes de la habitación, con las manos solas.

El hotel es un inconveniente; no hay suficientes plazas de aparcamiento y no hay personal que indique dónde aparcar. Más tarde, el hotel no tenía comida ni microondas, y la tienda estaba a 15 minutos a pie. Con la fuerte nevada, era imposible salir de compras.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and approachable. They patiently guided us on all our queries and were always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Our stay was lovely and pleasant, making the experience very comfortable overall. The location is also very strategic — JF Katsuura Seafood is just a 2–3 minute walk away, which was very convenient for meals and exploring the area. Overall, a great stay and we would happily recommend this hotel.

Creo que es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado, llegar cuesta un poco porque está arriba de una colina pero las vistas merecen la pena Durante todo el día en el lobby hay café gratuito y desde las 3 a las 10 de la noche ponen bebidas con alcohol de autoservicio además de picoteo simple El restaurante tenía buena pinta pero no lo probé por el precio que me pareció caro (3200 yen por comida) El onsen propio estaba genial, muy amplio, con dos piscinas, una exterior y otra interior, además de sauna La habitación era muy amplia y tenía su propio escritorio con silla moderna para poder trabajar

Comfy bed, large and clean room. Have common areas like shared kitchen at the residence. The residence is located next to the main block of the hotel. You have to walk outside for ~2min to travel to the main block if you would like to enjoy the hot spring / play at the game room / exchange for new towels. Hot spring is nice, with indoor and outdoor areas. The outdoor one is with stunning sea view. There are snooker, table tennis, and other games in the game room for all guests.

La ubicación es todavía muy excelente, la habitación es muy pequeña...El planeamiento espacial es muy compacto, hay que tenerlo. El precio es también barato, por lo que el precio general es muy alto, es una buena opción para nosotros esta noche de estancamiento. El paisaje de la antigua calle desierta es muy bueno

Right in front of the bus stop Kamaya-Mae I think.. Kind hosts who speaks a reasonable amount of English. Dinner smelled delicious but I didn’t go for it because I wanted to try the other restaurant in the area. If I return to kawayu, I will come back here.
