Había bastante gente durante el check-in, así que me dirigieron a un mostrador lateral. El precio del hotel también incluye el servicio. Si no se ha recibido una formación adecuada antes de incorporarse, quizás no deberían estar atendiendo al público, ya que esto deteriora enormemente la experiencia del huésped. En cuanto a las instalaciones, la cama de la habitación estaba un poco hundida. Ya se lo he comunicado al personal y espero que esto no afecte la experiencia del próximo huésped.

Unfortunately, the hotel is like a building site outside. Lots of roadworks which are very noisy. There aren't proper pavements to be able to walk anywhere safely. The staff are very helpful. The room was comfortable, but the view was nothing to write home about. The name Garden Hotel is a little misleading too. There is a small patch of fake grass out the back of the hotel, with a few tables. Very disappointed by the Nanchang Garden Hotel.

We had the best time in this stay, the lady was so kind to us that we feel like we had no way to give back the attention and care she provide for us during our stay. The location of this house is perfect, providing amazing views of the city river and fields around. We had breakfast and lunch which the aunt cooked beautifully and was some of the best food we had in China so far! The room was very artsy, comfortable with nice linens and towels, good water temperature and pressure, and you could see there was a lot of attention to detail. We had a problem with our taxi driver not being able to receive our payment due to international card restrictions and the lady was so kind to help us without asking for anything in return, we will never forget. Also she spoke a little English which is very helpful!! We hope to come again and stay for longer. 💗🙏

Las montañas, que se extienden sinuosas y majestuosas, encierran profundos valles con arroyos vivaces, y el verdor por doquier refresca el alma. Cuando sopla el viento, el bosque susurra; cuando aparece la niebla, las montañas se esconden tras un velo ligero, creando una atmósfera de una belleza lejana. Al caer la noche, las luces se encienden una a una a lo largo del valle, entrelazándose con la oscura silueta de las montañas para crear una escena de singular belleza. Agradezco a Huanhuan, nuestro mayordomo, por sus atentos consejos sobre los mejores momentos para disfrutar de las vistas en este magnífico mirador, permitiéndonos apreciar con calma el fascinante paisaje del valle que cambia del día a la noche.

旅居千年瓷都景德鎮，棲居於三寶山無有山舍。 行至三寶山路五六公里，鬧市不遠，卻獨享一份山林靜謐，恍若世外桃源。門前清溪流水，游魚自在穿梭，小童於溪邊戲水嬉鬧，一派悠然煙火。 管家服務細緻温暖，午後有下午茶，入夜有甜點點心。品味店家贈送的自製生普、熟普，茶香綿長。留有一點小遺憾：直至離開才得知民宿自有陶瓷工坊，對面設有展示館，個人時間有限無緣前去一觀。 山水治癒，歲月鬆弛，來日赴瓷都，無有再相逢。

Hilton Sanqingshan es bueno para sus habitaciones. Teníamos la habitación con vistas a la montaña. La vista de la montaña no es tan majestuosa ni grande. Puede hacerlo sin ella. Tienen muchas comodidades pero todos pagables. Las únicas comodidades que estaban libres fueron el gimnasio y la piscina (pero la piscina estaba en mantenimiento hasta finales de enero) El servicio de habitaciones está disponible hasta las 9:00 (aunque se indica hasta las 11:00) El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de coches Wushuangxi Cable, pero hay unas opciones mínimas de comida en el hotel. En general, no recomiendo a Hilton sanqingshan durante su temporada de invierno.

Our stay at the Floral Hotel in Wuyuan was lovely and unforgettable . The family that owns and manages the homestay is extremely kind and attentive. As Europeans, we were very disoriented and had lots of requests and doubts. Lily, the daughter of the family, who speaks English, helped us in any possible way and never made us feel as if we were being difficult. Her mother cooks meals with ingredients straight out of her garden and with locally farmed meat. Thanks to her, we tasted the delicious wuyuan cuisine, with homemade recipes that are far from the stereotypical dishes we eat in Europe. I can’t stress enough how beautiful the Homestay is. It is located in a small village which might not be a ticketed scenic area, but it’s extremely charming and authentic. You wake up and walk by the river where women are washing clothes by hand in the water. The village feels frozen in time. The house was built by the family’s grandfather, and is the most exquisite building we have seen throughout our trip in China. Beautifully preserved, and every corner is decorated with taste and attentiveness, even the lighting in the room is carefully curated. We stayed in December, and if you are travelling in winter we recommend the smaller room upstairs. It gets much warmer than the bigger room on the ground floor. The room is a real gem, the bed is very comfortable and the small windows overlook the characteristic roofs of the village. We will always cherish our time spent here, and we will recommend the Homestay to all our friends who will visit China, I’d say it is worth coming to Wuyuan just to stay here.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Exceeded our expectations. Beautifully designed, exceptional concierge service, excellent amenities and areas to truly enjoy a staycation. Conveniently located in the bustling Sanbao street, eleme deliveries are also available and come right up to the room, the hot tub came with bath salts, mood lighting and really was worth every penny. Standout features: - Luxurious design - Exceptional bed and pillows, best sleep in months - Amazing hot tub - Good quality bath products and toiletries - Very cozy robes - Spacious room Few suggestions that could elevate this experience further: - The tv does not have GiTV it has CRTV so English entertainment is unavailable on the projector unless you mirror your device and use a Chinese streaming app. International apps are not compatible. - Room temp at night is quite warm since air conditioning is switched off during the winters, fans would be a relief - Would’ve loved some chocolate placed on pillows for a honey suite - The service is only in Chinese and restaurant closes at 4:30 pm unless you book a meal in advance - There is no dairy creamer with the coffee only milk available in the restaurant on 1F - Would’ve loved the projector in the hot tub area - Xiao Du only understands Chinese and most room commands need her assistance, inconvenient if someone doesn’t speak the language - Hard to find Didi Cabs to go anywhere but relatively easy to find cabs 2km away. (Very scenic walk or e-scooter) 10/10 recommended
