The hotel is good. Enough large and clean. My interesting experience there was that TV turned on every 6am. I just unplugged and then could sleep 1h more with peaceful time. Breakfast is same everyday. As a result, my trip was great.

旅途經過玉造温泉，選擇了松乃湯旅館，攜程定了一泊二食，一切都温馨舒適。酒店有提供JR玉造温泉站的接送班車服務，可以請攜程客服幫忙預訂。酒店最讚的就是自助晚餐，非常贊，強烈推薦。

The room was nice and very clean and the location was alright given that it is 2' from the station and Matsue is a small town. Though there were enough dishes for breakfast they were more what you'd expect for lunch, the coffee was absolutely horrendous and there was none in the room, get your own. That said it was a good experience all in all, would go again

我好喜歡這個酒店，很大的窗台，特別美的日式風格。我來是為了帶我的玩偶看出雲大社和海邊，結果第一天下很大的雨，第二天出太陽陽光照進窗户看起來特別特別好看，整個房間都金燦燦的。而且還能泡温泉（還是浴池？（雖然我沒去泡）有私人的和公共的，晚上的自助餐可以吃的也有很多，需要300塊錢，但是都很精品很好吃（三文魚口感真的好棒） 離出雲大社和海邊真的很近，我早上六點半去的一個人都沒有，天氣很好但是不熱，買了御守還寫了御朱印，很開心！（｡＞∀＜｡）距離海邊衹用走三四十分鐘就可以，可以去沙灘，也基本沒有人，很好拍照 附贈幾張我拍的玩偶的照片（p2就是在酒店窗户拍的太出片了吧）

Booked a room for two with two beds. Room was a bit small for two adults. Microwave, Vending machines and a lounge like space on the second floor. A minute walk away from Izumoshi Station and its bus loop that takes you to Izumo Taisha. Recommend for people visiting the city to go visit the grand shrine.

Excelente hotel onsen rodeado de un hermoso jardín. El personal del hotel es agradable y muy servicial, aunque me gustaría que pudieran encontrar más trabajadores que hablen inglés. La habitación está limpia y la comida es deliciosa. ¡Ojalá hubiera podido pasar más tiempo en el hotel! ¡Definitivamente volveré a disfrutar!

很舒服的日式温泉旅館 服務很棒，staff 很友善有禮貌，設施多，有停車場，温泉很大很乾淨，房間很大很整潔，晚餐、早餐很豐富

Like the Onsen and the room shower, it clean and useful. Onsen is too good to use the room shower. Shame that I just only stay for 1 night. Everything is good

This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!
