We stayed at the Pullman hotel for my birthday in a king superior room. Had a great stay. Check-in was nice, and the check-out at 12 was a great fit, as we were travelling by train and our train was not until 2:30 pm. One thing that I want to mention is that I mentioned that I was staying there for my birthday, and we did not get anything in the room to mark the occasion.

On arrival we were dismayed to learn that a permanent wedding marquee was erected in the internal courtyard, adjacent to our ground floor room. Although the music finished at midnight as promised by the receptionist, it was very loud and there was no chance of sleep before then. The room was not well maintained. The curtains were motheaten and the bathroom was a disgrace, with failed mastic around the cistern top, corrosion to the towel rail, cracks in the sink, blackened (with age) plughole and a detached plug with the separately detached plug chain left to lie on the shelf. There were several teas available e.g. green, Earl Gray but only one breakfast tea bag between the two of us. There was only one water glass. Whilst the bar staff (who also took orders for food, the restaurant being closed) were by and large courteous and pleasant, they were inefficient. The overall impression was that the premises lacked active management.

Buen hotel con habitaciones amplias. Estaba en la parte delantera y la música y la gente que salía por la noche en los bares cercanos estaban muy altas hasta las 4 o 5 de la madrugada... Por suerte, pude dormir, pero no habría sido bueno para alguien con el sueño ligero.

The hotel was ideally situated where we didn't have to walk far to the venues which were approx 6-10 minutes walk. The hotel has a large underground car park that kept our car safe and secure, not many hotels have a bar and seating for guests which we thought was convenient, the room was modern, very clean and loved the high pressure shower that is adjustable, breakfast was lovely we prefer a full English with all the trimmings, though there is the continental option and as it was a buffet we ate as much as we pleased. Lots of things to do and see in Liverpool and a large shopping centre that we discovered on our way back from the Cavern club and eateries on the dock side All in all a brilliant first stay in this hotel and 2nd time in Liverpool...oh and a shout out to the receptionist who helped me with our parking, very patient. We are planning our next stay at this hotel for the near future.

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. Las habitaciones son de tamaño adecuado, bastante básicas pero perfectamente aceptables para un solo estancia nocturna. La cama estaba muy cómoda con las pijamas y la cama. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Recomendaría la actualización para obtener una sala de vistas de San George.

Negative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

The best part about this hotel is the attitudes of the staff members. They were so friendly and welcoming. We would stay again. The room was great with everything we needed and there’s unlimited free coffee in the lobby! It’s central and therefore walking distance to most of the popular attractions Liverpool has to offer.

Soy una viajera solitaria bastante exigente, sensible a la luz, el ruido y la temperatura, así que la comodidad es fundamental para mí. Mi estancia de dos noches en el Hotel Hope Street, en la habitación G02, fue sencillamente maravillosa. La llave manual, la amplitud de la habitación y los suelos de madera crearon un ambiente acogedor y hogareño. Sin duda, lo mejor fue la bañera exenta con vistas a la iluminada Hope Street; fue un verdadero placer relajarme y ver pasar la gente, tanto que cancelé encantada mi reserva del spa. Al principio me preocupaba que la ubicación céntrica fuera ruidosa, pero dormí plácidamente toda la noche. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Consejos: • Llevar unas velas LED hizo que el baño resultara acogedor, ya que la iluminación es bastante tenue. • Las almohadas, aunque lujosas, eran algo blandas. Si prefieres una mayor firmeza, te recomiendo llevar una almohada pequeña de espuma viscoelástica. • Por la noche puede refrescar un poco, así que subir la calefacción a 26 grados mantiene una temperatura agradable.

Esta vez es una habitación doble. Como ya mencioné, es espaciosa, pero no está en buenas condiciones de accesibilidad. Tiene un diseño moderno, pero carece de funcionalidad. Desayuno: Quería disfrutar de un café, pero las tres primeras tazas no estaban bien limpias, así que al final solo pude usar la cuarta.

Este es un hotel singularmente hermoso en un edificio histórico. Las habitaciones son preciosas, con una ducha y bañera enormes. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y nos ofreció una mejora de habitación gratuita al llegar. Sin embargo, tengan cuidado con el bar. Los camareros eran poco atentos. Pedimos la carta y el camarero pasó de largo por segunda vez como si nunca nos hubiera visto. Las bebidas tardaron mucho en llegar. Además, tuvimos que pedir zapatillas dos veces en recepción para que finalmente nos las dieran. En general, es un hotel encantador, pero la mayoría del personal necesita más formación, especialmente los del bar.
