As a budget friendly property on an island with one of the highest Electrical prices in the world, we ask that when guest leave the apt, they always turn off the AC. Windows and doors must also be closed for ACs to cool the space and works best if curtains are drawn to lower the thermal load of the sun coming into the unit.4- There are no landlines on the property.
