La ubicación del hotel era grande. Estaba en la playa. Pero una vez que nos sentamos en la habitación, notamos varios bugs que tuvimos que matar. El baño no estaba tan bien limpio, ya que había pelo en el baño, la bañera y el baño. En el momento de la entrada, no sabía que la ”taxa de destino” era un suplemento de $80. No estaba listado en ningún sitio en el correo de confirmación de viaje ni en mi recibo digital del hotel. Nos hemos acostumbrado a un viaje muy bueno, pero hemos pasado más de lo que se esperaba y deseamos más limpias.

Great location, good breakfast combos, proximity to everything in the city, friendly staff and maintenance team, rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make any type of meal for 4 to 5 people. The fridge is family size. The elevator is swift and well maintained- I have been in a hotel that the elevator took for ever to travel up and down, the wait time was frustrating mostly during morning breakfast rush hours. Just so you know, breakfast is free. Parking is not free, but valet service on site. I will recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Providence. We enjoyed our stay!

The inn is very clean and has no bad smell at all! The inn is once a farm house, according to the receptionist. We have stayed in the one king bed room on the second floor. Bed is more to the soft side but ok. Didn't give me any back pain. The pillows are soft which I like a lot. Room is very clean that the tissue came out clean when I wipe the floor. Water is hot and no blockage in the bathtub. Air condition is a new model kind which worked well. The breakfast area has 3 tables but normally no many people there. They have frozen muffins (with ham/egg etc), energy bars, yogurts and instant Oatmeals and bottle juices. 24 hours you have hot water and coffee and fruits in the breakfast area. Not fancy but you won't be hungry :) I don't have any complaints. Will recommend my friends to this inn. They charged $50 for deposit on check in day. They said they will refund it. I am waiting for that.

A very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.

Extremadamente limpio ~ Excelente servicio de recepción ~ Excelente ubicación, justo cerca de la autopista ~ un paseo por el estacionamiento hasta un excelente lugar para el desayuno.

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, el desayuno es también bueno, el estacionamiento es conveniente, la decoración y las instalaciones del hotel: hay un poco viejo, pero en la habitación es muy bueno, adecuado para el viaje y vale la pena recomendarlo

Un amigo y yo nos quedamos en el Newport Harbor y Marina Hotel. El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad. Qué hermosa vista. La ubicación es increíble, tan cerca de toneladas de tiendas, restaurantes y fácil caminar. La piscina estaba tan refrescante. Desearía que el restaurante y el salón estuviera abierto para la cena, pero espero que eso cambie en un futuro próximo. En conjunto, sería definitivamente de nuevo aquí.
