We booked a handicap room for my husband who is wheelchair bound, but the layout of the room and bathroom were not easily accessible. We were excited to learn that they had a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport and that we could leave our personal vehicle there for $10 per day vs. at the airport which was much more expensive. The shuttle was there on time and was wheelchair accessible which was fantastic! Upon our return, however, the shuttle was NOT wheelchair accessible, and the hotel denied having a wheelchair accessible shuttle (I guess we dreamed our departure). I ended up having to leave my disabled husband at the airport, ride in a dilapidated van and go alone to the hotel to retrieve my personal vehicle and return to the airport to pick up my husband. The hotel employees were very friendly during our stay but were very rude upon our return and belligerent when we requested a wheelchair accessible shuttle for our return to the hotel to pick up our vehicle. They even went so far as to tell us we didn't stay with them, even though I still had our reservation documentation/confirmation. That was very disappointing.

Olvidé hacer el check out, pero devolví las llaves y tomé el transporte al aeropuerto. Es un lugar hermoso para hospedarse, el personal y los conductores son amables. Se admiten mascotas.

Fue una estancia muy limpia y cómoda.
Hay muchas atracciones turísticas a poca distancia a pie, e incluso de noche, la zona es muy transitada y tiene muchas calles, ¡así que da bastante sensación de seguridad!

El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto, el autobús del hotel es muy conveniente. Puede enviar a los huéspedes para comer cerca, la calle de la calle, muy bien. La actitud del servidor del hotel también es muy paciente. La única razón es que el aire acondicionado del hotel es demasiado viejo y no hay nada quente en el agua. Used this Motel during a layover in DFW. Airport shuttle was easy and convenient, just call the number they provide upon arrival and they will send a shuttle within 20 minutes. They had set shuttle times for the morning which made it convenient to get to the airport as well. Motel itself was bare minimum but you don’t really need much for a layover so it is good enough!

La habitación era muy grande, pero mi ventana tiene sólo 1 capa de cortina, y no la de bloqueo/de espesor.
Cuando llamé al receptor, básicamente ignoró mi queja diciendo que hay uno (no había, incluso le mostré la foto que había sólo 1 capa en lugar de 2). Dijo que pediría a alguien que comprobara el día siguiente, Pero no había nadie que comprobara ni añadiera.
im todavía dando 4-star en general para la ubicación, el estacionamiento y el espacioso cuarto.

Este hotel es casi perfecto para un estancia de noche en McAllen.
A continuación se exponen las razones:
1) Cerca del aeropuerto, menos de 4-5 minutos a pie, el hotel se enfrenta al terminal y se puede ver.
2) Un enorme centro comercial a pie del hotel, 5-8 minutos, con comedor, cocina y tiendas.
3) Las habitaciones son limpias, con nevera y microondas.
4) Hay piscina y gimnasio.
5) El personal es amable, conocido y amable.
A continuación, lo que me sentí un poco corto, o lo demás sería perfecto:
1) El autobús de la nave sólo se dirige desde el aeropuerto al hotel.
2) No hay opción de carne para el desayuno, como salsa o bacon.
3) La presión del agua para la cuenca y la ducha puede ser más fuerte.

GGwenyvere9Check-in was a breeze and Veronica at the front desk was very pleasant. Once in the room, because I cleaned up water spilt on the floor, I found the white toilet paper turned absolutely black AND with ***** hairs on it to boot. All this within 1sq ft. I called the lobby and asked how often the floors were mopped. I was told “every day.” I related what I had found to the contrary and was asked if I wished to change rooms to which I said “yes!”. When I went down to retrieve the new key, I took the wadded toilet paper with me and she took a picture of it before throwing it in the garbage! There were two very large, well lit, vending machines in a hallway off the main lobby, and the ice machine was in good working order and the ice, clean and solidly frozen.  I decided I was too tired to check and see if the new rooms’ floor was dirty or not so I proceeded to not ever walk on the floor with my bare feet. The day manager, Mari, was very nice and the coffee was hot fresh out of the thermos on the side table…hot water and tea bags also available. If you detest “sweet ‘n low” bring your own natural sugar.
I ran into the head of housekeeping and happened to mention how disgustingly dirty the floors were in my first room, and I informed her that the night manager had taken a picture of what I had wiped up on my piece of toilet paper and she said she would go and ask to see it. I later learned that Mayra had indeed done so. So that was good attention to detail. Everything in the room worked fine including the remote and TV, the microwave was spotless and looked brand new and it even had a childproof lock on it for those families traveling with curious offspring that haven’t internalized the meaning of “NO” yet 😵💫. The refrigerator was spotless and new looking as well. WiFi was strong and reliable. I walked by the pool, which I noticed was closed (understandable for this time of year!). It was full of water, but I must say that it looked the equivalent of a Louisiana swamp and I was prepared to see a ‘gator come climbing up those darkened, slimy stairs at any point in time.😆 The parking lot at night is VERY well lit around the entire property which is a very welcome sight!
Being right off the interstate doesn’t provide for any exciting venues to walk to but there IS a wonderful grocery store (HEB) .7miles away straight down Rundeburg on Lamar/Rundeburg. Other than that there are a plethora of food trucks doling out South American ‘cuisine’ just yards from the front of the hotel as well as across the street. I didn’t try any of them so cannot opine.

UUsuario invitadoMuch better than the last time and I am absolutely grateful that we could work things out and the staff was amazing and the communication has definitely gotten so much better and what a blessing may all are so from my last review till now please exclude that I was disrespectful I wasn’t understanding And they have things going on that they had no control over and I should have been a better person which I was not absolutely amazing staff blessed by God and a heart of gold and I’m thankful that they took my apology for my rudeness of the last review. It was an all God trip this time and that’s the only way I can say it is Love God first and the things that we do wrong he’ll help correct even if we’re stubborn old mules, and I’m just thankful that they forgave me and what a blessed visit it was I’m cleaning this was 100%. They went above and beyond on all levels and just so much more so don’t question when you stay here I never will again they are very forgiving people even when we make mistakes and get misconstrued and I’m grateful for that, I thank God for this visit again and the ability to have a safe place to stay and very caring and loving people All ages  and hearts of gold so the one thing I can say I’ve learned all this before we use our sharp tongues and source to tear somebody down or tear a place down. Remember our wrongs cause no one is perfect even if we have to eat the crow at least do it with learning and understanding that the next time that could actually hurt a business and take away from them and that’s not right beyond lovely people people of God I’m grateful for everything and anything and I can’t say in detail, but I just can’t say enough that treat him like gold. They deserve it. Don’t treat him like crap. We’re all human. Please remember that God gave us a chance to love and cheer people up. Remember, they have good days and bad days too like we do. They deserve respect, honor, and being treated like class not beneath our feet, and these people are way above and honorable and classy, and I’m thankful for them! y’all have a blessed day just remember who you tear down you may not get a second chance to fix it hope and pray that God will let you fix it his way not our way. Thank you to the amazing staff the building and everything I was truly blessed to just be in the presence of y’all and magnificent of being around y’all and your nice building and I thank God for people like you have an absolutely blessed day and trust God with your life you’ll fix what we can’t fix!

KKoos1007Hotel is goed, met (~150) grote kamers, zelfs met keuken, koelkast en kooktoestel..echter geen bestek en potten en pannen gezien.
Verkijk u niet op het ontbijt, want dat is staand bij de receptie een bakje koffie met een koekje...
Airportshuttle 24/7 is er wel, maar gecombineerd met 10 andere hotels in North. Een half uur of meer wachten is niks als het wat tegenzit ..bel sowieso even het hotel dat u staat te wachten. Is de rondrit langs alle vleugels klaar dan is het ongeveer nog 20 minuten naar het hotel. Voor mij persoonlijk duurde.het van de koffer van de band tot het hotel ongeveer 1.5 uur....dat is veel te lang, vooral rond middernacht.
Hyatt, Marriot etc waren ondertussen al minstens 5x langs geweest.

UUsuario invitadoVery functional hotel with basic breakfast and a nice quiet park nearby, 20 minutes from Downtown Austin.
I stayed in both a basic room with a queen bed, and a suite (they turned out to be identical), around the Texas Eclipse in April 2024.
Pros:
* Even the most basic room is very functional: desk and ergonomic chair for computer work, mini-fridge, microwave, couch, comfortable bed
* Basic breakfast until 9am: microwaveable burritos and biscuits, hard boiled eggs, milk and cereal, apples, oranges, coffee, juice
* Very helpful staff (held onto my luggage, received packages, printed labels, extended my reservation several times)
* Nice quiet park to walk or jog in, 3 minutes away by foot (the MetCenter Hike & Bike trail). Hardly anybody there every time I went.
* Small fitness room with 3 cardio machines
* $8 shuttle service to the airport, plus free pickup from the airport
* The elevator now works
Cons:
* The WiFi was extremely fast in the lobby, but on the 3rd floor - unstable, and would disconnect briefly several times per hour. Like most other hotels, WiFi also kicks you out 2+ times a day, and you have to login (with the same password). I don't really get the point of this, and if the logout happens during a video call, you're screwed until you reconnect 💥, OR if you're on your phone, it goes on data and chews up bandwidth to handle the video. Microtel, please stop this dumb practice.
* The TV's WiFi worked only on day one (so other devices could connect and cast to it), and never since then.
* The area doesn't have anything interesting within a 5-minute walk, but is a ~15-minute Uber ride to downtown Austin. Ubers take ~5 minutes to arrive. So consider 20 minutes to get to Downtown.
* Walls aren't the thickest so I could hear the neighbors bumping things into them, but overall both rooms were quiet.
* The mattress was a tiny bit squeaky
* Breakfast ends at 9am. Other places have breakfast until 10am.
* The suite may be slightly bigger but I didn't see ANY advantage vs. the basic room. Really not worth the price difference. Exactly the same layout and furniture. Not sure why they charge more for it.

Pros: The pricing was fair. Rooms, for the most part, are clean and maintained. Rooms are spacious. The position of the aircon is good, doesn't blow straight at you like some other places. The Room didn't smell. Both the shower and sink have good water pressure. The service was solid, the lady we met was welcoming and she got straight to the point. Rooms are equipped with a microwave and fridge which is convenient. The beds are spacious and the mattress is supportive.
Cons. The carpet in the room as well as the tiles in the bathroom are a bit sticky. Not sure if that's due to the high moisture or if they are not cleaned well. Some might find it nasty. The gym only has a cable machine which is alright but some more equipment would have been much better. They advertise saying they have a great breakfast however it isn't anything crazy. Just some eggs, waffles that you have to make yourself, and some coffee. Not much variety overall. This is nitpicky, but the furniture is a bit old and could use some polish/maintenance. The biggest con for me was the location, its located right beside the frontage road which is in theory good, but during rush hour the road becomes completely jammed with cars. Especially at the time of writing this review because there is a lot of construction going on nearby so driving in and out of the residence can be dangerous and annoying.
Overall: This place is great for staying a couple nights on a short trip however I wouldn't recommend staying here long term. Its safe and has mostly everything you need.

En cuanto a la habitación, el hotel era un hotel no fumador, pero juro que alguien había fumado en la habitación antes. El aroma no era demasiado malo, pero podía decirlo. Fue tolerable pero desafortunado. Puede confiar en los visitantes para seguir las reglas, pero no todo puede controlarse. SScottAimeeCuando llegamos primero, estabamos en una habitación de segundo piso. He pedido una habitación de piso porque tanto mi amigo como yo son veteranos discapacitados. No hay problema, nos dio una habitación de piso. Cuando entró al principio, estaba muy caliente allí. En un intento de refrigerar la habitación, descubrí que los controles en el aire acondicionado giraron todo el camino, dejando que no sabía realmente dónde en el dial se corollaba con el ajuste de refrigeración. Lo único que me irritó fue el hecho de que la casa se golpeó en la puerta antes de 1100. Ya llevamos nuestros bienes al camión y cuando intentamos volver a la habitación para obtener el resto de nuestros bienes, la llave de la tarjeta ya no funcionó! Me llevé a caminar de un extremo del motel al otro extremo para volver a la oficina; tuvieron que reajustar la llave que supongo. La primera vez que me quedaba en el hotel, me pareció que no era necesario que la llave siguiera siendo eficaz en el desbloqueo de la puerta.
