Location:Very close to airport. Below is 7-11,and mamak store. Very good location. Cleaniness:Bed sheet has stain ,toilet have small crocoach. Toilet water stuck. Room is smelly Facility: Toilet door no lock. Have hot water. Provide soap and towel only. Charger got two, one beside the bed, one behind the tv. Behind the tv have limited spare, cant use for phone charger

Just minus (The Management should take actions) 1. The toilet bowl covered is shaking (need to replace or repair) 2. Shud provide slippers as whenever I take a shower the floor is wet. 3. Instead, cheap soap should be replaced with shower gel. 4. TV is not user friendly and does not have a standard channel to every room and it is possible to add more news channels. Luckily this trip we mostly spent outside.. Overall, satisfy staying at this hotel moreover the staff (FO - Mimi n her colleagues), Maintenance & Housekeeping team are generally attentive n friendly plus the location. Fully recommended and for Muslim travellers the Kuching City Mosque is walkable (5 mins from the hotel).. Lastly, I missed the Quran recites as before along the corridor. 😔 Also, this is my 1st time to write long reviews 😅 Thanks. Ur repeat customer (Room 202 & 313)

En general, el hotel era fantástico, habitación bonita y cómoda. El servicio también es bueno. Pero su toalla es muy mala. Huele tan mal que no es cómodo de usar y luego la funda del colchón tiene una mancha negra sucia que no ha sido reemplazada. El aparcamiento también es un poco complicado en el hotel. Pero aparte de eso, no hay ninguna mala crítica sobre este hotel. Todo está bien desde el buen servicio y la comodidad. Todo está bien. Sólo hay que mejorar la limpieza, hay que mejorar las fundas de los colchones, las almohadas y las toallas. 👍🏻👍🏻

1.bidet not clean.. also shower room got customer hair even the the room just after the cleaning services. 2.TV no signal.. 3.system announced can check in 2pm.. when i got there 2.30 pm still cannot check inn, front desk said room not clean yet.. 😂 and i need to wait more than half an hour.. 💁🏻♀️

My experience was nice and nothing issue about this place. I like to their security system, basement parking space, and convenience store. Hope I can stay at here again!!

Stay 5 nights in this hotel. The location is strategic and 4~5 min walk to the water front. You can easily get the food around here and there. The area around is mainly tourist spots and you can have a big nice seafood at UTC building. Just 5 min walks from hotel 🏨. About the hotel, the room toilet has a cockroach 🪳 but manage to kill it. Othes is normal in this hotel and value for money 💰💰💰. Picture below is little Hainan cafe for breakfast 🥞.

Stay in room 205. Room is clean, equipped with air cond & ceiling fan. However, during the booking, it stated that it should be standard double with window, and what i got is a windowless room. Staff are friendly, check in is smooth, location is great, the hotel overall just need some touch up and maintenance works.

Air con have problems, i turned to16°c but still felt hot whole the night and until morning 5am-7a i could felt cold.
