I read a lot of bad reviews, but when I stayed there myself it was not as bad as I imagined. The room was ok, but the sheets and towels were a little dirty. The shower water was strong enough, and the staff service was pretty good.

Reservé una habitación de tamaño real, la habitación tiene espacio y es cómoda. 1. No hay lugar para sentarse excepto una cama en la habitación. 2. No recibí instrucciones para inspeccionar y tener que hacer múltiples llamadas. 3. El duche es grande, sin embargo si la habitación al lado está duchando, puede oír la bomba de agua y es alta. Hay varias personas que duchen alrededor de 1 a. y es terrible. Si el sonido puede ser controlado, entonces es grande. En general, bueno para permanecer.

Staffs are very friendly but the facilities at hotel need maintenance. Only 1 out of 3 plugs can be used, only cold shower available after a long day and the solution is technician only available after 8am next day, the bed n aircon has a terrible smell which makes us hard to fall asleep…

El hotel está situado en una zona muy estratégica, cerca del aeropuerto, y tiene restaurantes, farmacias y otras instalaciones situadas bajo el hotel. En cuanto a la limpieza, fue moderado porque la habitación era polvo, había pelo, y había tinturas en la cocina y las hojas de cama.

First of all, it's cheap for a family of 3 to stay there. Convenient location . But first impression we checked into the room is the smell from the toilet. It's very unpleasant. Secondly, there's still hair on the floor. So cleanliness is just average. Surprisingly, the bed and pillow is comfortable. We had good rest. The Aircond is cold too. Hot shower is okay. Need to know how to adjust. It gets too hot, then user has to keep adjusting it in one session. Well it's personal preference I guess. It's too hot for me. Maybe not for others. I'm sorry the photos are irrelevant. Captured during our drive from Sabah.

The staff appear to be quite rude. When i try to sit at the lobby while waiting for my laundry he told me that he need to mop the floor. When i go to the other side he told me off to go back to my room. The next day staff also quite rude, i wait almost half an hour to get my deposit back, ringing the bell but she doesn't come out & when she come out she doesn't even say sorry or smile

No hot water for our shower, we complained early in the morning around 6AM before our run, and came back again around 9AM but still no hot water. Wondering if they really take note of our complaints or not. Overall, everything was good
