The location is very strategic, close to the airport. There are restaurants, a pharmacy, and other facilities located under the hotel. As for cleanliness, it was moderate because the room was dusty, there was hair, and there were stains on the pillow and bedsheets.

No hot water for our shower, we complained early in the morning around 6AM before our run, and came back again around 9AM but still no hot water. Wondering if they really take note of our complaints or not. Overall, everything was good

Siempre es mi hotel económico favorito y tampoco es necesario realizar un depósito, simplemente ingrese después de reservar, es un buen hotel económico. Le sugiero que pruebe aquí si solo necesita una breve estancia a dormir.

This hotel is worth the money paid though it is an old hotel. Facilities are clean. The towels and beddings are super white and spotless. Lightings are a bit dim and brightness can’t be adjusted.  The breakfast comes with the room rates. Though the are only 3 type of food but tastes good especially their Fried Noodles.  Location town centre nearby to major amenities like banks, eateries and handicraft market.

Generalmente cómodo, excepto la puerta de doble un poco de mal funcionamiento. Acceso fácil para OKU. Precio valioso para tal ubicación estratégica. Requiere sólo 3 minutos a pie de BMC Kuching. Y hay un copiador y 7-11 al lado del hotel boutique también.

Many food stalls at the same street with the hotel. 2 bootles of mineral waters. There is a hair dryer. Bedsheets are clean. 2 plastic cups provided in washroom for brushing teeth.

I am very pleased with the friendly service, clean rooms, and the calm atmosphere of the hotel.

When we first check in, that’s a problem with hotel card reader, ask hotel technician come and fix it. They said sometime low battery will make the door cannot be open. They do not offer to change room for us. Then when we successfully check in to the room, we realize there is Aircond leaking around 2am. I called to the reception and ask for a room change. It’s a horrible experience for my families of 4 with 2 kids move from 4th floor to 3rd floor with all the luggage and the baby. Never stay here again

Have a nice views for family trip. The room is very clean and cozy. The room also is big enough for family. Verry excellent place to stay. I like to stay here for another trip with my family. 🥰 Saradise Point Stay is very excellent and the price is not too expensive. 😊

Muy agradable con la habitación frente a la carretera. El hotel dispone de todas las comodidades básicas. No hay necesidad de preocuparse por toallas de baño, cafeteras, cucharas. Pero tendrá que traer su propio café o té. El hotel tiene un distribuidor de agua en el pasillo. Hay también un restaurante de alquiler en el patio. El hotel es limpio. Nuestro cuarto también. En realidad, nuestra segunda estancia. La primera era en 2024 con habitación ( habitación de conexión ) frente al trasero. No tuvo una buena experiencia con habitación n ducha. Me alegra que tuvimos una buena habitación este año/tiempo.
