La ubicación y las instalaciones no son económicas en Santa Mónica, así que no lo recomiendo. Como reservé una habitación king con vistas al mar, obviamente alquilé la habitación del último piso. Pero en cuanto al servicio, me decepcionó mucho. No hay agua potable en la habitación, ni tazas, ni hervidores, ni suministros regulares. Por suerte, llevé suficientes cafés y una pequeña cocina eléctrica. Los artículos de aseo de la habitación no son muy buenos. Después de que la mayoría de los hoteles de cinco estrellas hayan cambiado a productos de cuidado de la piel de marcas de primera línea, me sorprendió mucho encontrar una marca tan diversa (3000-4000 por noche). En fin, no la uso. Lo más insoportable fue que simplemente pregunté si podía añadir una mesa de centro y dos sillas a mi habitación para poder ver la puesta de sol, pero la recepción me regañó a gritos. No reaccioné al instante. ¿Soy huésped? 😂 Por suerte, el servicio de atención al cliente de Ctrip es muy eficiente a la hora de resolver problemas. Tras comprender la situación, la gestionaron de forma muy satisfactoria. El hotel se disculpó a tiempo y colocó la mesa y las sillas en la habitación. Pero ¿por qué no pudieron hablar con propiedad desde el principio? La segunda cosa fue que, al segundo día de llegada, hubo un conflicto entre el personal del hotel (huelga). A las 7 en punto, sonaron las alarmas (de incendios, de ambulancia y de coche de policía). Mi marido bajó corriendo las escaleras en bata... Fue una falsa alarma. Sin embargo, tras contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente de Ctrip, el hotel también ofreció disculpas y una compensación. En resumen, ¡4000 por noche no vale la pena! Es mejor considerar otras opciones de 2000 a 3000 en la misma calle.

Deducted 1 point from location as there were too many homeless people around that made us not feel safe when walking in or out of the hotel. The room itself were big enough for 2 people and I would commend the staff for being so accommodating helping us to check in early and checking if they have an available twin room available instead of just giving us a King bed when they noticed we were 2 friends together. No bellboy in the hotel so be prepared to lug all your luggages up to your room. They have free breakfast/snacks in the morning and coffee/tea. Overall satisfied with my stay!

My recent stay at Fremont Marriott was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location was convenient, the accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. However, one aspect of my stay that truly stood out was the breakfast. The hotel's breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide range of options to suit every taste. But what really caught my attention was the omelette station. The omelette chef was incredibly skilled and attentive, creating custom omelettes to order with a wide selection of fillings. Each omelette was cooked to perfection, with a fluffy texture and flavorful fillings that made every bite a treat. I had the pleasure of trying several different combinations, and each one was better than the last. The quality of the ingredients was also noteworthy. Fresh eggs, a variety of cheeses, and an assortment of vegetables and meats were all on offer, ensuring that every omelette was a delicious and nutritious start to the day. Overall, my stay at Fremont Marriott was fantastic, and the breakfast omelette was a standout feature that made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Fremont Marriott to anyone looking for a comfortable and delicious stay in the area.

El hotel está situado en una península, en la bahía delantera y atrás, y el paisaje es hermoso. Hay unos pocos kilómetros de la ciudad inferior, y es conveniente conducir a comprar comida. Just wrapped up a brilliant 4-day stay at citizenM San Francisco and honestly wish I'd booked my entire trip there! The staff were exceptionally helpful, offering a seamless check-in/out experience and happily holding my luggage for hours both before and after my stay. Room-wise, it was perfectly sized for a solo traveller like myself and would work well for couples too. While the room itself isn't ideal as a workspace, the hotel offers plenty of shared working areas in the downstairs foyer. I felt completely secure throughout my stay with staff at the entrance around the clock. The surrounding area was notably better than most parts of San Francisco at the moment. If you're looking for a well-located, hassle-free hotel experience in SF, citizenM is definitely worth considering!

Upon check-in, I was asked to pay for the room, which I did. However, I noticed the amount charged was higher than the total from my original booking. I asked the receptionist (I believe his name was Raul, though I’m not entirely sure) why that was. I explained the amount I had been quoted during booking. He then mentioned, almost as an afterthought, that a $150 deposit is taken at check-in. I told him this should have been communicated before processing the payment, as it’s standard practice to inform guests of such charges upfront. While I wasn’t pleased, I went ahead and paid. I also mentioned that I had submitted a request in advance for a room away from the elevator with a good view. He told me the hotel was fully booked, which confused me, since I had booked well in advance and included my request at the time. He assigned me Room 503, which was directly across from the elevator, not away from it. I didn’t want to complain as I had just traveled over 12 hours from London to San Diego and was extremely tired. I planned to grab some dinner and get straight to bed. However, the room was quite noisy—there was a lot of hallway activity, and the family next door had their TV volume quite high. I decided not to go downstairs and complain, hoping I could just fall asleep. Unfortunately, I was woken up around 3 a.m. by a crying child, and again at 5 a.m. At that point, I was extremely frustrated and went to speak to the receptionist on duty, Matthew. I explained everything to him, and he was very understanding. He said there was availability and offered to move me immediately…this was surprising, considering the earlier claim that the hotel was full. He moved me to Room 204. While it wasn’t far from the elevator either, he assured me it would be quieter since there were no large families on that floor. He was right—the room was much more peaceful, and I appreciated his help. At checkout, I saw the same receptionist who had checked me in and decided not to approach him. Instead, I spoke to Antonio at the other desk. I asked about the deposit, and he informed me it would take 2–3 business days to be released. Naturally, I wasn’t thrilled to hear this, especially after the earlier issues, so I shared my entire experience with him. He apologized sincerely and mentioned the initial receptionist may need additional training, which they would look into. Overall, the stay was decent for a short 3-night visit, but the start could have been handled much better.

El hotel en el centro es un poco pequeño, pero lo tiene todo. Te sientes como en un hotel japonés. Hay una cafetera gratuita en la planta baja del hotel. Puedes tomar café, chocolate caliente, leche, etc. El desayuno también es bueno.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente y relativamente tranquila. De vez en cuando se oían portazos, pero no era un problema. Aunque había cancelado con éxito y solo tenía una reserva válida, al registrarme me dijeron que tenía dos. Tras hablar con el gerente de recepción, cancelaron la reserva adicional, algo que no entendí bien en ese momento. En recepción me explicaron que la reserva incluía 30 $ al día para gastar en el restaurante, así que organizaron dos desayunos, lo cual estuvo bien. 30 $ para una persona serían suficientes para dos, y los 30 $ adicionales se descontarían del depósito.

En general buena experiencia, la habitación espaciosa y lo mejor es la cama, en verdad es comodisima y puedes descansar muy bien. Lo único que no me gustó para nada fue el precio del estacionamiento 55dlls más tax y que no hay wifi en las habitaciones, tienes que pagarlo aparte, si no fuera por eso lo valoraría como excelente.
