A little hard to find if you come with thr train instead of a didi, just enter the tall building via a C entry. Up to 29 floor.Room was different from the pictures, still amazing.

這次出行選的這家酒店家庭房太讓人驚喜了！房間空間特別寬敞，4個人住完全不侷促，不管是休息還是臨時放行李都很自在，整體居住感很舒服。
最戳人的是房間的城景視野，白天推開窗能看到城市裡錯落的建築風光，清晨伴着晨光看街景慢慢甦醒，隨手拍都很有生活氣息，視覺體驗超棒。
位置和便利性更是沒話説——樓下就是彩電塔夜市，晚上逛吃超方便；早上這裏又變身為熱鬧的早市，買早餐、嘗當地小吃特別近。關鍵是房間隔音做得特別好，完全不受樓下市集動靜影響，住得安靜又安心。另外，酒店離地鐵口也近，不管是去景點還是市區其他地方，出行都很順暢。

This hotel is in the prime location in Dalian and it has an amazing view. It is essentially an apartment being rented as a hotel, so it has apartment like amenities such as a washer, a counter top and sink and a China size one person refridgerator. The bed is China style. There is a neat window seat at the window to sit and watch the world go by. The manager is completely amazing and can communicate via Wechat and is helpful with anything needed. There are no hotel amenities and it is different to get into until you get the hang of it.

Cosy hotel located away from the main road. Easy to get to the hotel, near bus and tram stations. Hence it's convenient to visit Dalian's attractions and shopping malls.
The corner room allocated to us is slightly bigger than the others. The shower provides strong water pressure . Hopefully the management will repair the glass door of the bathroom which doesn't close properly.
The hotel also provides self-laundry services. There are two washing machines and two dryers located on the ground floor.

Оставалась на ночь. Комнатка очень маленькая, но уютная. Туалет и ванная общие, но на удивление чистые. Присутствует небольшой запах сигарет. Выселение из отеля происходит самостоятельно, нужно просто закинуть карточку от номера в специальную коробку. Чтобы добраться до отеля нужно пройти через улицы, с помощью навигатора это сделать вполне возможно. Недалеко от отеля находится 沈阳站, удобно для тех у кого ранний или поздний рейс. Вообщем, за свою цену отель очень даже неплохой. Все чисто, а удобства на уровне цены. Если приезжаете ненадолго и ограничены в бюджете, то это отличный вариант

Nos quedamos la noche del 5 de octubre, reservamos una cama doble y una habitación grande, el cuarto es relativamente amplio, el servicio de la recepción es muy bueno, hay muchas tiendas de comidas alrededor.

I really like this hotel because it’s warm in the owners. There are very welcome help you with anything. They didn’t bother me at all when I stayed an hour past checkout time. The location is great downtown and there’s many places to eat. This brand is one of the best and I can see why. Really nice 👍

VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries.
In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.

И в действительности номер был очень хорош. Есть все удобства, уютный свет, телевизор и чистота. До отеля и обратно есть трансфер, приятный мужчина, который и с чемоданами поможет тоже. Утром водитель так же был ко времени и всё прошло быстро без проблем
Из минусов: персонал совсем не говорит по-английски, объяснить что-то базовое нужно по переводчику, в целом это не сложно, но так как место находится недалеко от аэропорта мы думали, что будет иначе. По поводу трансфера нужно было звонить по прилёту и договариваться и это тоже оказалось большим квестом для нас и для сотрудников. Но сами сотрудники несмотря на это очень милые и доброжелательные
Главный минус: очень сильно пахнет сигаретами, в номере тоже было невозможно находиться в какой-то момент. В отеле можно курить, но мы выбирали функцию удалить запах сигарет, но видимо из-за тонких стен он буквально везде. На улице тоже стоит неприятный запах гари и какой-то смог. В ближайшем магазинчике тоже было сильно накурено. Для тех, кто плохо переносит плохие запахи этот район и место НЕ подходит. Мы прогуливались и у других отелей так же был этот запах гари (видимо по всему райончику), как там внутри сказать не могу

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is in a very convenient location and is a great landing point. Zhongshan square is a very nice area with a lot of activities and easy subway and connecting bus stations.
The room itself, however, had very dirty walls (you can see if you zoom in) and had a terrible smell. The sheets on the bed were very clean. The bathroom was in dire need of being remodeled.
The staff were very friendly and nice and gave me great advice for things to do. I appreciated their help.

UUsuario anónimoFirst of all, the location was superb, no joke there. The mall was connecting to the condo. And the mall was also connected to the metro line.
However, the AC was horrible on the second floor. At first, we asked the owner through wechat. The owner saw I was opening at 16 degree and kinda like rudely said, don't open too low, just put it at 21. I was confused af ngl. Then, we contacted again, and a person came to our unit to try and fix it. Though I don't think he fixed anything. It was a duplex, the first floor had normal functional ac, but the second floor could not feel a single thing. Don't get me started when after u shower, the air ventilation was ****. So the second floor was hot af.
The toilet was alright, just a lil advise to put a hook or something, cuz we could not hang any of our towel, clothes inside the bathroom.
Finally, we booked a 5 people room, but there were only like two hangers in the closet. Like bruh? How could all of us hang our towel? We ended up buying hangers.

UUsuario invitadoFantastic location, with the vibey Venice water town just across the road, the Russian walking street roughly 4 kilometers away, Bangchuidao within 6 kilometers, Xinghai Square and Xinghai Bay Bridge scenic area not far away, and several gourmet options within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious, divided into a kitchenette, a bathroom with wet and dry separation, a living area and a bedroom. It came with a standard refrigerator and washing machine, which were super convenient. A microwave would have been helpful. The view from the window was simply gorgeous. Special thanks to Maggie who was proactive and took care of my every little need. And she speaks English. I am definitely staying here the next time I visit Dalian.

LLanJiangFrom the moment we stepped into the hotel reception, we knew we’d made the right choice. The brand-new property, adorned with lovely pastel tones, exuded a contemporary and fresh vibe that instantly lifted our spirits.
Our room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The efficient layout maximized the space so well that it felt much larger than expected—a clever design that left us truly impressed. Despite the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city, the room was blissfully quiet.
One thoughtful feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry facility. The machines were top-notch, making it incredibly easy to freshen up our clothes mid-trip.
The hotel location is what truly sets this hotel apart. Situated right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, we were steps away from all the action, with iconic attractions like Mukden Palace and Zhang Mansion just a short walk away. Evenings were a highlight for us—taking the escalator down from the hotel and immediately stepping into the vibrant street atmosphere was such a treat.
This hotel offers incredible value for money, seamlessly combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. It’s a gem we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—we couldn’t have asked for more!

UUsuario invitadoThe location was excellent, being right beside the Financial Centre metro station and in walking distance to the ShenYang North railway station.
It is also easy to walk to the one of the biggest morning markets if you just follow the GaoDe Map.
I also walked to the nearest museum as the roads are easy to walk.
Highly recommend this place for the location and the affordable room rate.
There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, fruit shops right below the house. There’s also a mall within walking distance. There’s even a small gym nearby if you really can’t do without gym.
There are 3 halal restaurants within 5min walk distance from the apartment.
The room I got was spacious and well designed in my opinion. The pillars are made into a full body mirror which came as a surprise to me. The room got all that I needed for my week-long stay.
The Internet wasn’t stable enough for video calls.
Bring some ear plugs cos the quality of the walls are really thin.
Service from the owner was professional and really prompt. This is critical in this line of business.
This owner’s apartments appear to be much more in demand. (I gave up on another apartment by another owner and came here instead. The other owner in another block was a complete disappointment. That’s why I was happy to have found such a professional owner.)
Overall, can’t ask for more with this apartment at this rate. Definitely beyond my expectation. 👍

A pesar de ser un poco difícil de encontrar a primera vista, el diseño del hotel se convirtió en una de sus características más encantadoras, una vez descubierto, se sentía como una puerta secreta perchada sobre la ciudad.

• Facilitaciones pensadas toallas de presión, toallas de calidad y suelos sin puntos hechos para una experiencia muy cómoda.

• Aproximadamente 650 m de la estación de metro, tranvía y autobús más cercana ideal para explorar Dalian.
