Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Provincia Occidental, Ruanda

Excellent stay! The rooms were spotless, clean, and well-organized. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh local fruits and sweet bananas. A special thanks to Assumpta at reception for her professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

This little resort has simple, but comfortable rooms, very friendly service and a good kitchen. In total, they offer very good value for money. The view from the terrace before the rooms on Lake Kivu is superb.

One of the few good hotels with top-notch facilities and services! Hot water bags are also provided at night! However, it's hard to understand why waiter in the restaurant questioned a $20 bill after dinner and came back the next day to say there was an issue with it.

I had a great time here because the service was nice. I had some issues and the manager sorted into it and was so nice. Recommended. The lake is just across the hotel.
