Our room was very spacious with a huge bed , 2 comfy chairs & table and a balcony ( also with 2 chairs and a rable) The bathroom was very spacious and spotless Spa facilities were fabulous and included a pool , jacussi , sauna , steam room , infra red spa and an holistic room to relax Breakfast very good and the bar area has beautiful views looking across at Conwy . Caught a train into Llandudno ( under £2) and station is about 6 minutes walk from the hotel You can also walk to Conwy which takes about 25 minutes Would definitely stay there again

Close to the beach and clean room. With all the stuff u needed. But they got two doors so was bit confusing for me at first.

Hemos comido desayuno, muchas especies, muy deliciosas La habitación es adorable y limpia, hay agua de envasado en la habitación, Linus cocina, pasteles y galletas, así que me relajé en la habitación. Quiero recomendarles a los que van a Conway.

El hotel no está lejos de la playa, aunque no está en dirección a la playa, pero todavía puede ver. Aunque el hotel es viejo, es limpio. La habitación tiene un café gratis con cafetera. La leche y la minera en el frigorífico son gratis de desayuno de 15 kilómetros/persona. El precio de este hotel es muy recomendable. Hay muchos restaurantes fuera y un tren de la montaña Omshan se va a pasar por dos minutos.

Absolutamente fantástico, las vistas maravillosas, Excelente comida, Gran selección de instalaciones, La habitación era grande, hermosa y muy limpia. Todo el personal es muy amable. Recepcionistas donde increíble me ayudaron a mí y a mi madre con muchas cosas. Gracias por pasar el buen tiempo. No puedo esperar a la reserva de nuevo.

Muy limpio. Las camas también son limpias. Hay un saco de leche de soja. Hay piscinas y agua caliente en la habitación. Hay muchos asientos en la habitación. Hay interfaces USB. Cada cama tiene una pequeña lámpara. Un total de ocho camas. También están vacías. El baño también es muy limpio. La cocina tiene nevera y microondas. Hay una gran sala de estar.

On arrival the receptionist was very helpful, Room was clean , beds comfortable ,we found the room very warm and was unable to open the window room 311, not a very view from this room. Hotel was full so unable to get another room . We had evening meal in the restaurant .food was excellent,and our waiter was very helpful. We had breakfast the following morning, but found that the bacon and black pudding was overdone as was the fried egg. But we should of waited for the Fresh cooked food to come out of the kitchen. Idid mention this to the waitress. Breakfast was the only downside to our stay

The hotel location to the beach access is awesome. Yet the room appear to be smaller than my expectation. Breakfast was nice and good. Hotel is clean but there are dusts at few areas. The lift is slow, and quite inconvenient especially at peak times. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful at all times Similar with restaurant staffs, all are warm and friendly.

Recomiendo muy bien este hotel a cualquiera que busque una estancia memorable y relajada en un ambiente atractivo.

Great place to stay to enjoy the many wonders of the Snowdonia National Park. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked with excellent local real ales and the food is superb and really good value. Especially good is the Tuesday night Curry and a Pint for £15! Breakfast excellent, served quickly and great value. Had a slight issue on arrival where I was given a double room instead of the twin I had booked, but they were able to move me without problem. Was also expecting a Mountain View according to Trip.com but didnt get that either.....wasn't bothered in the end as I was out in the mountains all day anyway, but others may be disappointed if that happened to them. Room was very clean and serviced each day, although the coffee/tea/etc was not replenished and the cups weren't cleaned - possibly an oversight on my particular visit. Again, not a big issue for me but others may be more critical. All in all a great place to stay and good value for the money.
