UUsuario invitado¡Esta estancia me sorprendió muchísimo! La recepcionista fue muy amable y entusiasta. Incluso me cambiaron a una habitación de categoría superior gratis. Al entrar, el ambiente limpio y ordenado me hizo sentir como en casa. Las colchas de las dos camas eran planas y suaves, y era muy cómodo tumbarse. El baño está equipado con un inodoro inteligente, lo que mejora enormemente la experiencia. Las toallas y los artículos de aseo son de alta calidad y tienen un aroma realmente agradable.
También hay un proyector en la habitación. Ver películas en una cama cómoda por la noche es una experiencia inolvidable. La ubicación también es excelente, con todo tipo de comida, bebida y entretenimiento cerca, lo que facilita mucho el viaje. Todo superó mis expectativas, y debo felicitarle. ¡La próxima vez que esté cerca, me alojaré aquí de nuevo!

UUsuario invitadoNos dieron una mejora. La habitación es muy alta y muy bonita. Los dos podemos tener dos habitaciones. La habitación era grande y no tenía olor. Desde el balcón se puede ver el mar. El desayuno también estuvo bien y quedamos muy llenos. El servicio también fue muy bueno. Se comunicaron con nosotros lo antes posible y agregaron la información de contacto más tarde, lo que hizo que la comunicación fuera muy conveniente. El yate estaba bien, había mucha gente jugando allí, pero nosotros no. Si quieres tomar fotografías mientras viajas, tendrás que reunirte en el Hotel Nº 9, lo cual no es muy conveniente. Era muy barato cuando lo reservamos, realmente valió la pena ~ A papá le gustó mucho aquí, se sintió incómodo cuando fue a otros hoteles y quería regresar.

UUsuario anónimoI have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great.
One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty!
Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink.
This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest.
To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

HHolly MendeeThe accommodation was pleasant, clean, and comfortable throughout our stay. Our main guide, Li Ziyang, was consistently kind, attentive, and helpful. Despite the language barrier, communication was effective due to his patience and our mutual effort. His support significantly improved the overall experience, and we felt well taken care of during the stay.

UUsuario invitadoфото соответствует действительности. по хорошему - квартира требует косметический ремонт. кровать большая, удобный жесткий матрас, не продавленный. диван по возможности заменить. хозяин по просьбе предоставил необходимую посуду - кастрюлю и блендер. даже когда отключили газопровод (ввиду замены трубопровода), предоставил электрическую печку. также как-то не было напора воды, хозяин прислал работника, тот проверил, что села батарейка для счетчика воды, заменили батарейку и вуаля. главное - не стесняться и говорить обо всем хозяину. решает все очень быстро. по просьбе предоставили электрический мопед за адекватную цену, что очень удобно посетить ближайшую округу и местные деревеньки. расположение до моря - 1 километр. совсем рядом остановка автобуса. две едальни - рядом, одна поближе, рядом с озером, вокруг которого хорошо совершать вечерний променад, вторая немного подальше, не доходя до моря. территория жилого комплекса ухоженная, удобная, есть бассейн. понравилось сама территория по сравнению с другими, рядом расположенными жилыми комплексами (осмотр уже на месте). в целом - рекомендую.

ZZhangmiaomiaomiaomiaomiaoVine a Riyue Bay para surfear y, como estaba sola, reservé una casa de huéspedes/hostal. Como era barata, hice casi todo yo misma, lo cual fue aceptable y me dio más libertad para disfrutar de la vida costera. Era mi primera vez en un hostal y estuvo bastante bien. Limpieza: Quizás porque tanto el personal como la dueña son mujeres, estaba muy limpio.

SSarah Welsh1This is a huge villa with a huge pool, the rooms are large and amenities are what are advertised. The only disappointment is that the wear and tear are very obvious. It is such a shame as this villa could be amazing. The rooms are neat and clean, although inside a wardrobe there was mould and a missing clothing rail. Also cleaning of the outside spaces wasn’t great.
There was also a room full of junk in the basement rooms, it made it feel like the villa was used for a dumping space, not a space prepared for paying guests to stay.
The staff however, were amazing! So helpful and happy to come and sort out any issue straight away. Thank you to all the staff, you were lovely!
We really did like our time at this villa as we are only a small family and would come again just for the pool and the lovely staff.

PPaul. SHotel has 6 floors with 1 lift. Average size room. Big windows, Queen bed with 2 pillows, 2 bedside tables. 1 round table with chair. Std amenities with paper cups. Laundry has 1 washer and 1 dryer. Separate bath/toilet, bath, face towels. Floor towel mat. Small area but OK. Water flow out and wet toilet area although separated. No rain shower. Big slippers. Adequate hangers and hooks. Power sockets not well placed. Good location opposite People's Park. Buses to everywhere including railway station and airport. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls nearby. Very popular hotel. Breakfast simple but good.

GGan Yung ChyanI kept cancelling room stay at Sanya Hua'erxi previously as I am afraid of encountering typhoons. My original plan was to stay at this hotel on 23 August 2025 but I cancelled the room stay because the typhoon shut Sanya down on 24 August 2025 and the high-speed train company informed me that there is no train service between Sanya and Haikou on 24 August. So, two days before I checked-in on 20 September 2025, I decided to re-book the fourth level room at Sanya Hua'erxi after knowing another typhoon will not hit Sanya and Hainan on 21 September 2025.
I thank receptionist Xiao Fang for arranging the room that faces Sanya Phoenix Airport runway. The airport is beautiful at night and during sunrise. The bed is comfortable. The toiletries are sufficient although there is no razor. I am very happy that I manage to spot planes on the rooftop and in the room. There are no dog barks and cock crows after the typhoon. The plane noise is bearable although ear bugs are available in the room.
I was the only guest to eat complimentary breakfast, a bowl of noodles without any fruit. The place to eat appears to be smaller that what is depicted on Trip.com. There are only two rows of tables and the drinks dispenser machine after the hotel entrance.
Sanya Hua'erxi (华尔汐酒店), formerly known as Hua'erxi Beauty Inn (华尔汐美宿), is of ten minutes' taxi ride from Sanya Phoenix Airport. It is located very near to Hinze Hotel. One-way taxi fare from the airport to this hotel costs 24.90 RMB. The hotel does not have its own shuttle van for return airport transfers. The transfers are by private car. Late check-out until 2 pm is not allowed but the guest can still go up to the roof for plane-spotting until 4 pm after storing the luggage at the reception desk.
The rooftop is only open when the guest requests Xiao Fang and other receptionist to open the rooftop. There are no official opening hours of the rooftop.
There are no lamp posts along Fenghuang Road. It is advisable to only walk outside the hotel after 6 am when the sun rises.
