サマルカンドの駅に深夜に到着したので、駅の近くのこのホテルを取りました。駅から徒歩15分、大通りの明るい道だったので、1人で心配なくたどり着くことができました。 フレンドリーで親切なスタッフ、清潔な室内、十分な朝食で大満足でした。 室内には冷蔵庫やエアコン、バスローブ、アメニティーなどが完備されていました。 チェックアウトの後も、荷物を預かってもらえたので、身軽に街歩きを楽しむことができました。良いホテルだと思います。

The hotel itself is nice. It’s in a quiet location with decent facilities. However,our room is just fair size.The breakfast was healthy with good variety, and the staff (especially the young lady serving) spoke excellent English. We enjoyed our 3-night stay until checkout. When we asked for the required proof of accommodation to leave the country, the staff told us there was a customs registration issue on our entry (which I later confirmed was false). Despite them pretending to try and fix it, we left empty-handed. Because of this delay, we missed our pre-booked coach to Bukhara and lost UZS 585,000 in total (UZS 195,000 per ticket for three people). Every other hotel we stayed at in Tashkent and Bukhara provided the E-Mehmon registration without delay. I really don't understand why this hotel makes a routine procedure such a huge technical problem. It was their mistake which caused our financial and time loss.

La maravillosa y hospitalaria Samarcanda comenzó con este hotel. Hermoso, limpio, espacioso, excelentes desayunos, ambiente acogedor de patio, pinturas en las paredes. A poca distancia de muchos lugares interesantes: la plaza Regestan, la mezquita Bi-Bi y muchos otros. Lo único es que la zona de ducha en el baño es pequeña, pero esto no afectó a la impresión general)

The hotel is in a very nice location; the most important tourist attractions and markets are within walking distance. The staff are wonderful people. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the breakfast buffet; the options weren't sufficient for someone of Turkish origin.

Nifal is a great new hotel. I spent 3 nights there. What you see in the pictures, is what you get, even better once you see it in person. Amazingly clean, tastefully decorated, high ceiling, two bottles of water, toothbrush, sleepers, and best of all, you’re asked to take your shoes off and place it on a shoe rack by the room. How cool is that? (speaking of cleanliness) Farrux at the front desk speaks English well, very kind and helpful young man. Breakfast is plenty full and individually served at a desire time. Kitchen staff greets you with a smile every morning. Hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the popular tourist attraction. Couple of restaurants close by with their specialty kebab (chicken, lamb and beef), they also serve beer and wine.

Las recepcionistas fueron muy amables y serviciales; nos ayudaron con todo, desde el desayuno temprano y servicios adicionales a petición, hasta la recogida de pedidos fuera de horario. ¡Muchas gracias por su ayuda! Los desayunos fueron excelentes; el chef supo cocinar y atender a los huéspedes. La variedad del desayuno era buena. No me gustó la calidad de la limpieza: solo hicieron las camas, cambiaron las toallas y sacaron la basura, nada más. Los grifos del baño estaban manchados y había manchas en el suelo. Mientras tanto, el personal de limpieza empezaba a aspirar las zonas comunes a las 8 de la mañana y hablaba en voz alta. Nos alojamos en una habitación en la planta baja; el baño estaba húmedo y la ventilación no funcionaba correctamente, lo que también provocaba humedad en la habitación. Como punto positivo: hubo un par de cortes de luz, pero el personal puso en marcha rápidamente sus propios generadores.

Очень хороший сервис парни на ресепшен молодцы локации отличный еще если на электромашины кто останется в этот отель здесь можно зарядит мошину. Ну класс чистота на и выше . И завтрак стоит того вкусно и седобна.

El servicio es excelente; Si estás reservando desde trip.com y deseas tener su servicio de recogida, por favor, contacte directamente con el hotel (tal vez buscar en el mapa de google ayudaría) Se acabaron reservando un servicio de recolección sin mi consentimiento debido a mala comunicación entre, ya que no puedo contactarlos directamente a través de esta aplicación.

Very nice hotel, room is spacious with comfortable bed and pillow, well equipped with all we need in hotel room. Breakfast is amazing, a lot of various delicious food, bread, even has some bacon adn the best thing is all Halal, so for Moslem is worry free for eat anything. This hotel is inside hotel complex and unfortunately the day we stayed, there's UNESCO general assembly that made us unable to access hotel without special car/taxi with ID UNESCO. But doesn't matter, I really have good experience stay at this hotel. Receptionist staff Akbar was very kind and helpfull. Definitely will stay at this hotel again whenever visit Samarkand.

No hay luz natural en la habitación, por lo que es oscuro. Durante los 3 días que me quedé, los pisos no habían sido limpiados. Y el propietario sigue entrando y saliendo varias veces al día, para asegurarse de que las luces se apagan incluso si estás en la habitación. El propietario está fácilmente disponible para cualquier pregunta. Aprecio la ubicación que ofrece buenos restaurantes y bacterias alrededor. Los servicios de lavandería se ofrecen a cambio de una tasa por tipo de ropa, pero no se lavan los vestidos. Hay una gran entrada a una mesa afuera en el patio que es agradable.
