Mingle Hotel is located in a small local town, Jian Yang. Choose this, mainly for the hotel/airport transfers as my departing flight is from Tianfu International Airport. On the return leg from Tibet and an overnight train, Lhasa-Xining, fly Xining-Chengdu on the same day, all I want is a quick shower and comfortable bed in a quiet room. Driver Mr Hu, who is also the boss of the hotel, picked me up from the airport and merely a short drive to the hotel 🙏. The next morning is a market day, and the little town was alive. For those not fuzzy and willing to try, there are small, clean entries within walking distance. When I was too lazy to walk, the friendly ladies at the front desk helped to order delivery, and I loved the grilled chicken leg 🥰 I'd consider transportation to downtown chengdu rather convenient as one of the Mr Hu, will be on standby to ferry pax. On day 2, when I wanted to visit downtown chengdu, Mr Hu sent me to the airport, and there are airport buses and metro going direct to various locations. After my sightseeing, I texted Mr Hu before boarding the bus so he could estimate a time to pick me up from the airport. Journey from airport to downtown is around 1.5 hours. As a tourist, I enjoyed the bus ride as part of my sightseeing itineraries.

We had a very pleasant stay and found it to be great value for money. The family room was spacious, and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The location is also convenient—just a short drive from the airport. One of the highlights for us was having two bathrooms, which made a big difference when traveling as a family. The water pressure was strong and consistent, which we really appreciated after a long day. In the evenings, there are a few street food stalls nearby —great if you want a quick bite without going far. Breakfast was a standard Chinese-style buffet with a decent variety. While not particularly standout, it was satisfying enough to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and practical choice, especially for families or short stays near the airport.

We checked in to rest while waiting for our midnight flight. It’s really convenient with the free airport transfer service. I had a good time walking around the area, got halal restaurants for 15 mins walk, so many fruit vendors, nice restaurants, Mixue and bread shop just next door.. it was a good choice for us to rest here right before the flight. Spacious room, got big sofa, so comfy yet so cheap.

Fantastic Hotel for Travelers - Highly Recommended I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. As a foreign traveler, I was a bit unsure what to expect, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, with numerous restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. This was a major plus, as it allowed me to explore the area without having to worry about transportation. One of the best features of this hotel was the complimentary airport shuttle service. After a long flight, it was so nice to be picked up and transported directly to the hotel with no hassle. The shuttle driver was friendly and helpful in getting me checked in.

La recepción y el conductor también están muy entusiasmados y satisfechos. Todos los artículos de tocador están empaquetados en bolsas selladas, lo cual es excelente, higiénico y limpio. La desventaja es que la variedad del desayuno es un poco limitada y el hotel está en la ciudad, a unos 20 minutos en coche.

Supongo que la razón principal por la que nos quedamos aquí fue la proximidad al aeropuerto de Tianfu. Proporcionan transporte gratuito aeropuerto-hotel. Delante del hotel hay una bonita vista al río. La mayoría de los hoteles locales de China no son del tipo inglés. El desayuno se servía en el edificio de al lado, pero era de tipo chino muy sencillo.

Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station. The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful. This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi. But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended

Бронировали отель для транзитной поездки. Искали максимально близкое к аэропорту. У отеля нет никакой почты или способа с ними связаться, кроме номера телефона. Поэтому по прибытию пришлось обращаться к стойке информации в аэропорту, чтобы они позвонили в отель, чтобы отель прислал нам трансфер. Трансфер мы ожидали на 4 этаже у 13 выхода. Номер машины был 9512 (но машина может быть другая). Без звонка в отель, трансфер к вам не приедет. Отель находится немного дальше, чем пишут в отзывах. Мы ехали примерно 15-20 минут. Отель чистый, обслуживание быстрое. Все было отлично. Для одной ночи просто отличное предложение. Еще единственный недостаток - завтрак формально есть, но для европейского туриста там особо ничего кроме отварных яиц и булочки с мясом нет. Остальное - китайская кухня. Чая и кофе мы тоже не обнаружили. В кофемашине можно налить горячую воду, горячее молоко и что-то очень отдаленно похожее на цикорий с молоком (на кофе это вообще не похоже). Но звезду за это снимать не буду. Как говориться ”со своим самоваром в чужой монастырь...”
