UUsuario invitadoExcellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Chinese so we communicated with wechat which translates for me. I needed some extra toilet paper and this was sent to the room almost immediately by robot service. I was at the hotel for 12 hours as a stopover between flights while in transit and I had no complaints. All my requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I will be going to TFU again and this hotel is absolutely wonderful for my needs. I photographed the breakfast that was available in the buffet section.

La ropa de cama está limpia y ordenada, y no hay ningún rincón donde la higiene sea indispensable. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena, y las instalaciones, el equipo y los artículos de aseo están disponibles, incluyendo toallas desechables para la cara y el baño. El servicio es atento y la recepción responde con rapidez. El estacionamiento y el consigna de equipaje son gratuitos. Es realmente conveniente y la mejor opción para viajes de negocios con presupuestos limitados. ¡También ofrecen guías sobre transporte y gastronomía de la zona! ¡Genial, genial, genial! Volveré.

安安娜老外Hotel is just great! Super clean. Everything is new. Stuff is helpful and friendly. Hotel has free bus from and to airport which is helpful. However if you want to go to the city center of Chengdu, be ready, it s 1,5 hours away.

UUsuario invitadoMe alojé de nuevo en este hotel y fue realmente excelente 👍. Ya me he hospedado aquí varias veces. El conductor y el personal de recepción fueron especialmente atentos y amables ❤️. El ambiente del hotel es elegante, con muchas flores frescas en el vestíbulo. Hay tiendas de conveniencia Kudi Coffee, Luckin Coffee y Lawson a unos 6-5 metros de la entrada del hotel. También hay un bar de snacks Shaxian y dos grandes supermercados de frutas a unos 80 metros. La calle de enfrente está llena de restaurantes, incluyendo puestos de hot pot, barbacoa y fideos, muy conveniente. El hotel está excepcionalmente limpio y ordenado; entrar en la habitación me hizo sentir muy feliz. La ropa de cama era excelente 👍, especialmente el colchón y las almohadas de látex perfectamente firmes, que brindan una experiencia de sueño estupenda. Los bollos al vapor del desayuno estaban recién hechos y deliciosos. Este es el mejor lugar para dormir cuando se viaja con frecuencia. Suelo hospedarme aquí siempre que estoy cerca del aeropuerto de Tianfu en viajes de negocios. ¡Lo recomiendo ampliamente! ¡Una reseña genuina de 5 estrellas!

UUsuario invitadoReservé un hotel cerca del aeropuerto de Tianfu para coger un vuelo temprano a la mañana siguiente. Es una cadena hotelera conocida, por lo que la calidad está garantizada. Lo mejor es que ofrece servicio de traslado gratuito al aeropuerto las 24 horas, lo cual es muy conveniente para los viajeros con vuelos de madrugada.
Al llegar al aeropuerto de Tianfu, contacté con el hotel según las instrucciones. La furgoneta de enlace llegó rápidamente, en unos diez minutos. El conductor me ayudó amablemente con el equipaje y durante el trayecto me preguntó la hora de mi vuelo, asegurándome que organizarían una llamada de despertador y el traslado al aeropuerto a la mañana siguiente según mis necesidades. El viaje del aeropuerto al hotel fue corto, duró unos siete u ocho minutos.
Para mi sorpresa, aunque el hotel está cerca del aeropuerto, la zona circundante es bastante animada. Al otro lado de la calle hay un distrito lleno de restaurantes y puestos de comida, con una gran variedad de opciones como restaurantes de Sichuan, de hot pot y de fideos. Al caer la noche, las luces de neón se encendieron y el aroma de la comida llenó el aire. No hay que preocuparse de que sea un lugar solitario y remoto como muchos hoteles de aeropuerto. Fui a un pequeño restaurante y comí un tazón de fideos Dandan humeantes, lo que me dio un adelanto de la gastronomía de Chengdu.
De vuelta en el hotel, quedé muy satisfecho con la limpieza de la habitación. El suelo estaba impecable, las sábanas blancas y lisas, y no había olores extraños. El espacio era más amplio de lo que esperaba, suficiente para abrir la maleta y organizar mis cosas. El baño tenía ducha separada de la zona del lavabo y el agua caliente era abundante. Para un viajero que solo necesita un breve descanso nocturno, estas instalaciones son bastante cómodas.
Mientras estaba tumbado en la cama, que tenía una firmeza ideal, hice mis cálculos: no tuve que preocuparme por apresurarme para coger el vuelo temprano, pude descansar cómodamente y cenar en los alrededores. La relación calidad-precio era mucho mejor que dormir directamente en el aeropuerto o alojarse en la ciudad. El tenue sonido ocasional de los aviones despegando y aterrizando se convirtió en un ruido blanco relajante, y me quedé dormido rápidamente.

何何丽霞Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station.
The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room.
There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful.
This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi.
But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended
