RRijkSomewhat tired looking hotel, which could use an upgrade (paint, for example). The bed and shower were good, breakfast is mainly catering Asians, which is the hotel’s main target audience. But the staff are not very accommodating when asking for alternatives. Part is due to language barriers, but in other hotels, staff use Google translate fluently to deal with such barriers. I hope the staff of this hotel will practice more with translate apps. Initially we were offered free shuttle services and two additional hours before check out time. The next day we had to renegotiate this agreement, which was not due to a language barrier because our Indonesian friend had requested this. The renegotiation was probably due to poor communication among staff shifting work. The hotel is well situated for travellers: just 5 minutes from the airport. There’s a small supermarket next door and several ATMs nearby.

UUsuario anónimoOverall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We booked the Executive Suite, and it was perfect for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The lontong sayur was especially outstanding—it was one of the highlights of our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. The water in the bathroom drained quite slowly, so the bathroom floor may need some repair or adjustment to allow the water to flow properly into the drain. The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request. Lastly, I think the friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff could be improved to provide a warmer welcome for guests.

UUsuario invitadoA perfect stay in a perfect location. Everything meets our satisfaction. Smooth check in check out, a spacious room with good aircon, kettle, fridge and spotless working bathroom. A big shout to all the staff from housekeeping, breakfast restaurant, reception, porter and secure staff. A special mention to the chefs who make delicious and plentiful breakfast we absolutely enjoy every morning. The best nasi kebuli I've ever had, so delish, so moreish, so perfect. The only thing is only 1 same sweet sambal everyday which would be better if homemade and varied. I would like to stay in the hotel group if they have them in different cities because I found Lampung is too small, and infrastructure to further beautiful areas such as The Sharks Teeth Beach are very bad, unfortunately I won't go back to this amazing hotel.

UUsuario invitadoRooms are small but functional. The TV allows access to YouTube which is great given the minimum number of foreign TV channels. Nice views over the city from your room and the 17 th floor roof top restaurant. At breakfast the food is not regularly checked and refilled. The F&B service staff performance in this outlet is overall unsatisfactory. Bills are not issued for drinks on the terrace which doesn’t show well on the integrity of the management staff of this outlet.
