At first glance, this seems like a fine hotel, but our stay was very disappointing. The floor above our room was extremely thin and poorly insulated, making every step clearly audible. Unfortunately, there were dogs running back and forth almost constantly, which meant we got virtually no sleep during our stay. While the hotel itself is decent, the lack of soundproofing makes it very uncomfortable. For this reason, I cannot recommend it.

Ventajas: el hall es sencillo y brillante, el cuarto está cómodo y limpio, el restaurante es grande y el WiFi es rápido. El hall tiene café, agua helada, especialmente agua caliente, muy intimidad, ¡elo!
En el futuro:
1. La comida es un millón de limosnas, pocas variedades, especialmente China, no quiere comer.
Incluso si se trata de la recepción, se necesita limpiar la habitación antes (espere que se limpie bien antes de la tarde, se descanse el almuerzo, se pierda el tiempo), y el camarero no actúa hasta la tarde de Stri.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The indoor pool is still available when we stayed. Self laundry is $1.5 per load which is reasonable. The breakfast is simple with scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, bread & fruits daily.
The room with regular every 3 daily cleaning and we only stayed 3 nights so not sure the service. However, we requested the house keeping to clean our dust bin on day 1, there is no issue.
It’s quite and nice environment with 3 eateries around the corner. It’s 10 mins Uber to Orland Square Mall. So we are happy with the stay in our king suites.

UUsuario invitadoEmpecemos por el check-in. Como llegamos temprano a Chicago (9:00 am), tuvimos que esperar hasta las 2:00 pm para registrarnos. El hotel fue muy amable y nos guardó las maletas de forma gratuita. Sin embargo, dado que íbamos a caminar por el centro durante varias horas, tuvimos que volver a empaquetar la mochila. Desafortunadamente, mientras lo hacíamos, uno de nuestros pasaportes cayó al suelo del vestíbulo. Después de una hora de pánico, ya que nos dimos cuenta de la pérdida durante el almuerzo, volvimos al hotel para preguntar si lo habían devuelto. La persona que nos hizo el check-in básicamente nos ignoró abriendo un par de cajones y dijo que no sabía nada. Después de entrar en la habitación, llamamos abajo (a Guest Services) para pedir zapatillas (que no tenían) y también preguntamos por el pasaporte de nuevo y nos dijeron que no. Nuestro último esfuerzo fue simplemente darle a Guest Services nuestro número de habitación y nuestro nombre y pedirles que llamaran si lo encontraban. A los 5 minutos de nuestra llamada, otra persona llamó y dijo que tenían nuestro pasaporte perdido. Es un poco extraño que se le dé tanta prioridad a un pasaporte encontrado, especialmente cuando el nombre del pasaporte coincide con el nombre de nuestra reserva.
También al hacer el check-in, escuché que otro huésped se hospedaba 2 noches y que le habían dicho que durante 2 noches, podría no haber una limpieza de la habitación, ya que solo limpian ”cada dos días”. En nuestro caso, nos hospedamos 3 noches y no intentaron limpiar. Ojalá nos hubieran informado de este arreglo de antemano y lo hubiéramos incluido en nuestro cálculo.
En cuanto a la habitación, la alfombra estaba bastante sucia y tenía manchas húmedas y pegajosas. Tuvimos que colocar las sábanas en el piso para que no se nos pegaran los pies. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien, pero no estaba bien diseñado. Solo había una salida de aire y estaba a la altura de la cintura y soplaba directamente sobre una de las 2 camas; era muy ruidoso y se encendía muy periódicamente. Para ser justos, nunca informamos de ninguno de estos problemas en la habitación, ya que simplemente no queríamos que nos molestaran por cambiarnos de habitación.
El servicio de lavandería fue una ventaja, ya que es gratuito. Sin embargo, está en una ubicación diferente y solo había una lavadora y una secadora (para los dos hoteles). Por suerte, cuando quise lavar la ropa, estaba disponible. El lavado estuvo bien (alrededor de 25 minutos), pero el secado tardó al menos 90 minutos. Supongo que cuando algo es gratis, no puede ser tan bueno.
El último día de salida, nos dieron una salida tardía, lo cual se agradece.

I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website.
One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming.
The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly.
Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises.
I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.

SsknoseyThe free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating.
There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm.
There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

UUsuario invitadoWatch for parking fees when booking this hotel. They charge approx $33.00 per night for parking. That was a surprise for us when we arrived at the hotel since the parking used to be free. We were staying there for 3 nights, so it would be an additional $100 expense. The manager was able to give us a promotional code, but you have to give your info to a 3rd party vendor to get that. On top of that, the parking lot was infested with huge rats. On Friday night, we had to park farther from the hotel entrance because the parking was pretty full, and the rats were running around the parking, near the dumpster. My family and other guests were scared to walk to the entrance because of that, and there was no other way to avoid walking by the bunch of rats . It was a really bad experience.
The room was clean and spacious.

El servicio de viajes informó que nadie contestaría al teléfono cuando intentaba ayudarnos. No fue hasta que me preguntaba que se habían informado que serían bloqueados hasta la mañana siguiente. Como resultado, tuve que salir y comprar necesidades. A pesar del costo y desventajas todas Trip.com ofrecido fue $5 en monedas, lo que es inaceptable. El hotel dijo que se devolverían a nuestra tarjeta, pero desde que reservamos Trip no podíamos hacer nada.
El personal era cortés y profesional, un miembro del personal incluso nos prestó un cable de tarifa telefónica que fue apreciado.
La habitación era limpia, la cama era muy cómoda, y esta era la mejor parte de la estancia.
Desayuno: No recomiendo el desayuno. Las ofertas fueron muy similares a otros hoteles, pero la preparación parece ser el enlace débil. Por ejemplo, la salsa parecía haberse ahogado y estaba más fría que el tiempo de la habitación. Los huevos estaban ahí abajo con cucharas marrón, tal vez de la cicatriz del fondo.
TLDR: Nuestros servicios son muy pequeños y sin nuestras dificultades con las tarjetas clave y el desayuno sería un buen valor.

El hotel está equipado con un coche especial para llevarle al aeropuerto, que funciona a medianoche en punto, y básicamente media hora durante los días de mayor actividad.

We were told by the third party that they would refund us but that the hotel had to release our reservation. We called them immediately after realizing the dates were wrong which was within an hour. The reservation was for two days from then. The hotel said they would not cancel it. They charged us almost $600 for a room we did not stay in and called in advance to explain our situation. They also did not allow for us to change the days to the days we were actually looking for. While the hotel is lovely and the staff was pleasant even delivering the bad news I won’t be looking to book with them again.

UUsuario invitadoA staff member African American told my son he looked suspicious my son is African American as well and called the police on him so that was not cool at all my son told her well I have a right to go in and out my room and walk around etc then after I left I called because someone that visited Us while there lost their ID and the lady tell me I left my room a mess I said who are you lying to because I do not play them games I cleaned my room personally and left not a thang in there sat the garbage outside the door in bags and the towels as we are told nothing less nothing more they are more strick with their rules which is better now but as far as accusing my son as being suspicious and telling me I left the room a mess that's messed up y'all not keeping my money that the hotel have on hold I'll take them to court nothing was broken nor no trash was left inside so no that's not it it's sad that this place has changed for the worst in one way and being a more strick is better as it got a lil wild over here in the past they need to know and check they camera as far as which guests are there or not before they start to call people suspicious
