The hotel is a bit dated. Service is very good. Excellent breakfast (especially. egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms). Pool is good but lacking a hot tub. Self parking for $39 a night is a bit too.much.

En el lado positivo, la ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, a solo unos pasos de la Magnificent Mile y justo al lado de la estación de metro Red Line. My Honest Experience After Reading Negative Reviews I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website. One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.

The location is perfect just next to the exhibition hall but the services was to consider, we had many issues the cleaning service two days they didn’t clean they just took the towels and didn’t put new ones , i guess they have some problems with management hope they will solve it

El hotel se veía muy bien, pero tuvimos un problema importante. Después de varias pruebas, ni siquiera el personal podía conseguir la tarjeta clave para trabajar. Se ofreció otra habitación, pero desgraciadamente no podíamos acceder a medicamentos, productos de higiene femenina, tocador, comida/agua. El servicio de viajes informó que nadie contestaría al teléfono cuando intentaba ayudarnos. No fue hasta que me preguntaba que se habían informado que serían bloqueados hasta la mañana siguiente. Como resultado, tuve que salir y comprar necesidades. A pesar del costo y desventajas todas Trip.com ofrecido fue $5 en monedas, lo que es inaceptable. El hotel dijo que se devolverían a nuestra tarjeta, pero desde que reservamos Trip no podíamos hacer nada. El personal era cortés y profesional, un miembro del personal incluso nos prestó un cable de tarifa telefónica que fue apreciado. La habitación era limpia, la cama era muy cómoda, y esta era la mejor parte de la estancia. Desayuno: No recomiendo el desayuno. Las ofertas fueron muy similares a otros hoteles, pero la preparación parece ser el enlace débil. Por ejemplo, la salsa parecía haberse ahogado y estaba más fría que el tiempo de la habitación. Los huevos estaban ahí abajo con cucharas marrón, tal vez de la cicatriz del fondo. En general bien, limpio y ordenado, y la habitación es relativamente grande. Está a unos minutos a pie del metro. Es un poco complicado cruzar una calle con barrera. El desayuno es un poco monótono y es igual todos los días, lo que te cansa mucho. Servicio de transporte: Gratis al aeropuerto.

La habitación era una suite agradable y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. La nevera era de buen tamaño y había vajilla y utensilios disponibles. El personal fue un poco informal y el desayuno dejó mucho que desear. Por suerte, la ubicación era excelente, con muchos buenos restaurantes cerca.

Staff were very nice. Close to Chinatown but quite a distance away from main attractions and locations Chicago is known and should be experienced for. Bus stop and Metro is relatively near and walkable. As for accessibility to the McCormick Convention Center, it is pretty accessible via a short bus ride.

I had higher expectations from this place considering the price of the room. From pictures online before booking, it looked bigger. Room wasn't as spacious as thought it would. My biggest thing was how outdated a lot of the things looked inside. A mini boom box was there, super small fridge, tv with no option to Bluetooth or cast and the shower head was really gross and grimey including entry doorway to stand up shower. Looked like a $10 Walmart showerhead with little to no water pressure. Super Mini bottles are provided for showering so definitely take your own stuff overnight. Glad I got the standard room as it would be an indicator of me going back and getting a pool included one which is neat $600. The cabinets were dusty, buttons to lights had a broken one and were in a really odd spot right where you sleep and lay your head at. Best part honestly was the front desk service she was super nice and the jacuzzi was ok. Bed sheets were decent and bed was comfortable but felt like I was sinking in some spots probably needing replacement soon too. By the time I had checked into it was late and no use of asking for change but hindsight wish I would've.
