TERRIBLE. Este es el momento en el no me devuelven el deposito que hice de 50 USD al ingresar al hotel. Lo quise hacer por efectivo y me dijeron que debia ser por la tarjeta pero ya han pasado 2 meses y no me han reintegrado mi dinero LO PEOR DE LA SITUACIÓN. El hotel no tiene ni whatsapp y el supuesto correo que brindan NO FUNCIONA. ES MUY TRISTE COMO UNA CADENA TAN RECONOCIDA HACE ESTO.

Las condiciones del albergue son normales, pero de hecho hay opciones de albergue muy limitadas en Denver. La ubicación está bien, justo en la carretera, pero normalmente no hay mucha gente en la calle por la noche. El albergue organiza algunas actividades turísticas y tiene tiempo para participar.

It’s a great hotel, the personnel is very kind and the breakfast is very good. Excellent location and great views, very clean and I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Denver.

Overall wasn't the greatest. The free breakfast was the best part of the stay. I was disappointed to find out after booking and checking in that there was no swimming pool when it said there was. It's been under maintenance for over a year. Then there was a problem with the TV in the room. It didn't work and the front desk said they would fix the issue but it took till the next day to get a new one. Very disappointed

Our hotel stay was generally great. All employees were kind and helpful. Breakfast was varied and appreciated. The only issue was not having enough elevators running during busy times of the day.

Como miembro de oro de Hilton, siempre me hace un punto de estar en un Hilton por su buen servicio de escritorio y una habitación limpia y este Hilton no me dejó bajar. Situación excelente con el centro de la calle 16 al lado La habitación es limpia y lícita con cama cómoda

Hoteles en El Pablo: Este hotel es un hotel con un buen desayuno. El estacionamiento es difícil, pero eso es cierto en cualquier lugar. terminé estacionando en un garaje de estacionamiento cercano usando una aplicación de estacionamiento en mi teléfono. De lo contrario, la ubicación es muy central y cerca de la calle 16. Aquí está la ubicación de la habitación, donde se puede disfrutar de una ubicación muy tranquila.

I had a wonderful stay at The Armstrong Hotel this past Easter weekend. This was a staycation while I hung out with some friends who live in Windsor. So, I didn't do much on the main drag of College Avenue. But it seemed like a bustling and exciting place. The room was well kept and clean, and the front desk staff were nice and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure was great. I requested a luggage rack, and someone placed in into my room with no problem. I would definitely return to stay again. Maybe the 3rd floor next time. I was on the second floor and bless the cleaning staff for all they do, but they are fast and furious with that vacuum cleaner in the morning. That was the bulk of the noise I experienced. Not terrible. The parking was convenient, and close by. My only critique is that the parking lot next to the Bohlender Funeral Chapel needs some light at night. When returning late at night, the parking lot is extremely dark. And some cars were double parked. I read some reviews about the loudness of the train that goes down the next block on Mason Street. It wasn't bad. You should always travel with earplugs, but the hotel provided ear plugs which was a nice touch.

Friendly staff at front desk. Clean room and comfortable environment. The complimentary coaster ride was fun.

Very clean and service is impeccable. Will definitely book next time! But parking is a pain but there’s a spot nearby you can pay for that’s cheaper
