Este hotel tiene una excelente ubicación. Está cerca de la Puerta de Adriano y cerca del mar. Hace muchísimo calor aquí. Pero curiosamente el alojamiento es tranquilo, así que tuve una estancia realmente cómoda.

Отель снимали на сутки. Номер небольшой, но все имеется. Завтрак включен, шведский стол. Персонал доброжелательный, любят животных. Уютный отель. Есть бассейн, но он расположен в закрытой зоне от солнца.

I need to redeem myself and the hotel from my earlier posting. The hotel redeemed itself by giving me a better room and service upon my return  after the following experience with them. I was booked for 3 days initially. I then sought through this site to book for a further consecutive 5 days but either I or Trip made an error in the booking and we missed booking the first 2 days of the 5.  On the day which the hotel had me checking out I was off venturing not realizing the error. When I returned post check out time the male Receptionist was very upset, yelling at me and could not give me another room being fully booked.  His only concern was seeing this 79 year old Canadian male tourist travelling alone in a foreign country not knowing the language put out on to the street. Just as a thunder storm was brewing. Together we realized the error which of course was not of the hotel’s making.  I asked him if he could recommend another hotel. His response was “just down there” as if it was almost next door. I walked down the steep hill some distance but couldn’t see it because it turned out to be about 500 meters away. Returning, I asked him if he would call the hotel to see if they had a room. He said that he did and they did. I asked him to call me a taxi. He said “push the button”. I had to ask him “What button ?”  There is a taxi  call button on the outside of the gate unknown to me. When the taxi took me to this Atlas Hotel they had NOT  received any phone call from him nor did they have a room for me !!  I was distraught. In Canada the hotelier would take steps to ensure that their client was safe and able to find alternative accommodation which this person did not in any way. The taxi driver was able to find me a suitable hotel. Thanks to him.  SOME cautions to older patrons. This hotel is a considerable distance UP QUITE A STEEP HILL so if you are a walker take that into account. A laundry service was quoted at 15 Euros, in town it was 4 Euros. A 19 TRY bottle of water was 60 TRY at the hotel. They never did get the TV to work.  Finally, upon being treated so disrespectfully, upon discovery of the booking error,  I sought to cancel the further 5 days and obtain a refund. That was refused which was their right so I did return and was treated hospitably.

La ubicación y el aparcamiento del hotel son excelentes. El desayuno era abundante y la chica de la cocina fue muy atenta y servicial. El personal de recepción del ***et, tanto de día como de noche, ofrece un servicio profesional. El único problema con la limpieza es un poco deficiente. Había cucarachas en nuestra habitación. Ya las han tratado, y los insectos se están volviendo locos, pero su aspecto fue muy molesto para mi esposa. Por lo demás, el ***et es un buen hotel. El simpático pájaro de la entrada es especialmente servicial.

I had a wonderful stay at Start Otel in Antalya and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The service truly felt like a 5-star experience—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. A special thank you to Naz at the reception, who was absolutely wonderful and even upgraded my room, making my stay extra comfortable. I also truly appreciated Mustafa, who was always there to help with my luggage with a warm and helpful attitude. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The Turkish breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, paired perfectly with their tea. I really enjoyed starting my mornings there. The only small downside for me was the coffee, which could be improved—but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The hotel’s location is also very strategic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and the charming old town. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, Start Otel offers great value with excellent service, tasty breakfast, and a prime location. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Antalya.

The location of this hotel is very central to my dental appointments in Lara. I know the area well so knew what to expect. The breakfast at 8pm is one of the best I have encountered when visiting Lara with ”free breakfast”. The only complaint is with the paper tiny disposable cups for tea or coffee... as Westerner I do like milk with my tea/coffee so although the cups appear adequate for Turkish tastes they become unusable. A China or larger cup would be fantastic option. The space for socialising and to eat breakfast is a small terrace at the front of the hotel is very limited. When I visited a new Irish bar was been built at the end of the ground floor corridor. Rather worryingly they were testing the sound system for that bar which was far too loud (even at 4pm) so I have serious reservations that this noise will completely drown out any peace and quiet when this bar is open. The room was large, spacious, clean and well lit The ensuite fantastic for all needs. All in all fantastic stay... would recommend and give 5 stars if the future noise from the bar will be a major concern especially if travellers are attending dental or other medical appointments

Este era el mal hotel. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el centro de la ciudad. La zona de piscina también se encuentra en unas cuadras grandes, de tamaño aproximadamente 2–3 cm, y las pequeñas también están en la habitación. La calidad del servicio parecía depender totalmente de la función de los empleados, algunos de ellos son útiles y profesionales, mientras que otros no lo son. Inicialmente, nos asignaron una sala de piso con vistas al estacionamiento, con casi ninguna vista al mar, a pesar de lo que esperamos. El baño era muy pequeño, no había puerta de ducha, así que el suelo se inundó, el sistema de drenaje funcionaba mal, y había molde visible. El desayuno era muy limitado, las únicas opciones calientes eran omeletas o huevos fritos, y la única fruta disponible durante nuestra estancia era manzanas. El despacho de recepción también vende excursiones a precios que fueron 10 –15 € más altos que los disponibles a través de las aplicaciones de reserva. La caja de desayunos que se ofrece para las partidas tempranas fue decepcionante: consistía en pan con un solo trozo de queso. También le aconsejo que se preste atención a la visita comercial que se ofrece a través del hotel. Fuimos llevados a un mercado en el centro de la ciudad donde la experiencia era desagradable, las tácticas de ventas eran agresivas, y los productos presentados como productos de marca parecían ser falsificados mientras se ofrecían a precios extremadamente altos. Me decepcionó que el hotel cooperara con estas empresas. Instalaciones: Nuestro edificio no tenía ascensor, pero por suerte estaba en la segunda planta, así que subir las maletas fue relativamente fácil. Puede resultar un poco cansado para las mujeres. El mayor problema fue que la cama era demasiado blanda; era muy incómoda después de dormir en ella todo el día. Hay un amplio aparcamiento privado detrás del hotel, apto para personas con coche. Limpieza: Muy limpio. Entorno: La vista desde el restaurante de desayunos era excelente; quedamos muy satisfechos. Servicio: El minibar era gratuito, la selección de desayuno era decente y el horario de apertura era muy amplio; todo ello, puntos a favor.

Замечательный отель, прекрасно все - отзывчивый персонал, прекрасные завтраки, идеальная локация. Мне достался чудесный номер на первом этаже с собственной террасой. Все просто замечательно! Большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых.

La parada de autobús y la parada de tranvía están justo enfrente, por lo que puedes acceder fácilmente a cualquier lugar y ¡la ubicación es excelente! ! Tenga cuidado porque parece que no tienen cepillos de dientes. El desayuno tenía muchos tipos de pan. El sistema implicaba recoger una pieza entera de fruta, como una manzana, una pera o una naranja.
