I had a very pleasant stay at WEIL Hotel Ipoh. It was a truly great experience that exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights that surprised my wife and me was the complimentary supper provided by the hotel — something we had never encountered before, and it was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel is also conveniently connected to a nearby shopping mall via an interconnecting pathway, which made shopping extremely easy and enjoyable. This added a lot of convenience to our stay. Additionally, the staff were very accommodating, allowing us a late check-out at 1:00 PM and even offering to look after our bags after check-out. Overall, the service, facilities, and thoughtful gestures made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Location easy to lookout.. totally new place.. but not too difficult to find From check in to parking, please straight proceed to parking then access back door for Check in. Booked two rooms with 1 bathroom. Toilet and shower are separated. The small rooms really quite small and can be stuffy. Beds are rather single bed, not super single. Another main room still oki with queen size. But window facing garden. soundproof kinda bad. Big room facing garden - children runnning and screaming, small room near lift can hear the lift 🛗 sound. While toilet flushing and door can be disturbing for light sleeper. Disappointed with the ants (last two pics) come on way to the toilet bowl. Downside - no bedroom shoes The property rather new and near by has famous insta worth cafe :)

One of the best 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at! Newly established, everything feels fresh, modern, and well-maintained. The overall experience was excellent, with a perfect balance of comfort and style. It’s truly a great place to relax and enjoy a luxurious stay. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Since it is a new building, some floors are still under renovation. This was my first experience having a blackout while showering at night. I tried to contact the agency, but there were no staff available, so the only solution offered was a room change. We had to spend extra time moving all our belongings to another floor. One suggestion is to consider waiving the deposit requirement, or for the agent to contact guests one day before check-in to reconfirm the booking and deposit payment. I had already submitted my deposit before check-in, but the agency may have missed my message. I only received the entry QR code after being stopped and questioned by the security guard, which made the experience stressful.

Hola Tui Haven, es mi primera vez aquí y quiero saber sobre Tui Haven. Reservé dos horas antes de llegar a Ipoh porque mi esposo se acordó de The Haven, así que revisé y conseguí una habitación. Una residencia junto al lago realmente agradable. La recepcionista es muy amable y brindó un servicio rápido tanto al momento del check-in como al check-out. (Una señora india) ¡Qué amable de su parte! Olvidé preguntar su nombre. El paisaje y la vista eran increíbles. La habitación también era muy bonita y limpia. El baño está muy limpio y me encanta su diseño. Me encanta la vista desde la habitación. Tenía vistas al lago y al atardecer, lo cual es genial. La habitación era muy espaciosa y nos dieron refrigerios y bebidas gratis. Las comodidades son perfectas y completas. Y tuvimos refrigerios gratis en el restaurante. El desayuno buffet también tiene varias opciones. Las piscinas son muy grandes, con piscina para adultos y niños, y jacuzzi. Me encanta todo aquí, incluido el estacionamiento fácil y muchas actividades para hacer. Hay muchos lugares fuera de temporada para tomar buenas fotografías.

¡Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa aquí! Nos sorprendió gratamente que nos ascendieran a una suite de 2 dormitorios, lo que hizo que nuestro viaje fuera aún más agradable. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien equipada con una cocina completa, una sala de estar cómoda y un televisor inteligente con acceso a Netflix, Prime, YouTube y más. Todo el personal fue muy amable y acogedor, y tanto el proceso de check-in como el de check-out fueron sencillos y sin complicaciones. La ubicación también era perfecta, con muchos lugares cerca y fácil acceso para moverse por Ipoh. La zona también era tranquila, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy relajante. En general, tuvimos una gran experiencia y sin duda nos hospedaríamos aquí de nuevo si visitamos Ipoh en el futuro.

I forgot to take photos but trust me, I think this property is new, so it is very clean, everything looked new, not crowded at all, check in process also very simple, no deposit needed. Room is very cozy and comfortable. You may get confused upon arrival but the security guards are helpful and able to communicate in English. I enjoy staying here very much!

A lovely getaway with my wife. Best service ever, with a smile every time. The facilities are great too. Enjoyed the hot spring pools in particular. Observe the flora and fauna. Explore the caves. Go bicycling and the jungle walk. Visit the Lost World Theme Park as well. Dining at Jeff's Cellar was truly a wonderful experience. And breakfast was great as well.

A very relaxing seaside getaway. Warm and attentive staff during check-in, room are clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Friendly environment with large swimming pool with mini water park, good for family outing. Direct beach access but can't swim during my stay as many jellyfish spotted. Their buffet breakfast with variety choices just nice for us.

A pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad, estamos decentes y espaciosos. Pero para el mismo precio, un hotel puede ser un mejor negocio. Para golfistas y familias que preferían la naturaleza más que la conveniencia, puede ser ideal.
