DDAYANG IDAYUHad a wonderful stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall service was great. I also enjoyed the facilities and the pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Ipoh.

UUsuario invitadoOur stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel and the surrounding are stunning, the staff is super friendly and the facilities could not have been better. Upon our arrival, our rental car had a flat tyre and the staff was so helpful and fixed this for us immediately. As travellers from Europe this is an excellent service which is so helpful when you do not speak the local language to communicate with for instance the people at the garage. Additionally, we received a free upgrade of our hotel room from the lake villa to the garden villa, for two nights in a row. This villa with private pool and garden is stunning. All the caves and the surrounding facilities are so impressive and nature and luxury blends together perfectly. This is a must visit.

JJSadlerThe hotel was excellent in some ways, but really lacking in others. The highlights of the hotel are the exceptional breakfast, the best I’ve had in SE Asia, and its delicious desserts and pastries in the lobby. As well as the very good service, with two things coming to mind, one being a free room upgrade, and two allowing me to go to breakfast 30 minutes early (6:30am vs 7:00am). The hotel is very aesthetic and unique in style too, and the tech is certainly interesting and used intelligently. However, they also make some bizarre decisions given they’re a 5* hotel. Firstly, why there is no soap in the bathroom I’ll never know, I shouldn’t have to go in the shower each time to get body wash to wash my hands each time. The shower would progressively get colder with a couple of minutes and be quite cold by 5 minutes in. The bed is far from luxury feeling, with it quite hard, though reasonably comfortable and the duvet cover had some marks on it. Finally, the tech means there are a lot of unnecessary lights around the room, which makes the room a lot less dark. Overall, I would have expected the hard product to be better within a hotel of this class but the soft product was definitely 5*.

AAndyLTTLa estancia en Pangkor Laut Resort fue realmente memorable. El complejo estaba bien mantenido y tenía un hermoso paisaje. La combinación de lujo y naturaleza fue lo que me atrajo a venir aquí y pasar una breve escapada de fin de semana. Ofrece un entorno sereno para relajarse en una isla privada e incluso emprender una pequeña aventura, como caminar por una selva tropical. En general, creo que Pangkor Laut Resort es un gran lugar para relajarse, desestresarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Si buscas deportes extremos, multitudes y un lugar para estimular tus sentidos, Pangkor Laut Resort no es para ti. Y es por eso que me encantó mi estancia aquí, nada más que un trocito de paraíso, un entorno tranquilo y mimos.

UUsuario anónimoVentajas: El apartamento es bastante nuevo y tiene muchas unidades desocupadas, lo que provoca bastante polvo en el pasillo y el ascensor; esa fue nuestra primera impresión. Estaba bastante limpio y decorado con buen gusto. La ubicación era muy conveniente, ya que está cerca del centro de la ciudad. Tuvimos la suerte de que hubiera un festival de música frente al edificio. Fue muy animado y alegre. Desventajas: La espera para el ascensor es muy lenta. Solo hay una entrada al estacionamiento y nos encontramos con un coche atascado, lo que provocó un atasco. La rampa de acceso al estacionamiento es bastante estrecha. En resumen: fue un lugar agradable para alojarse.

LLc NgThe Condominium is a bit hidden as it's located behind Impiana Hotel Ipoh. The road to enter the Condominium is not really visible while driving. The Condominium is newly built, so unit is considered new. The parking is temporarily free until further notice. So far, quite a good stay. The only thing to comment is that, there are quite a lot of Phereoeca uterella at the ceiling inside the unit and also at the corridor. Perhaps, a more thoroughly housekeeping is need. Facilities are okay but I noticed the people who stayed in other units didn't follow the rules when using swimming pool. Not wearing proper swim attire, no shower before entering the pool, causing the water in the pool to become dirty and oily. It's truly disgusting. Hope the management and security guard can be more strict on this issue.

SSiti Araudiah binti Wan AbdullahHola Tui Haven, es mi primera vez aquí y quiero saber sobre Tui Haven. Reservé dos horas antes de llegar a Ipoh porque mi esposo se acordó de The Haven, así que revisé y conseguí una habitación. Una residencia junto al lago realmente agradable. La recepcionista es muy amable y brindó un servicio rápido tanto al momento del check-in como al check-out. (Una señora india) ¡Qué amable de su parte! Olvidé preguntar su nombre. El paisaje y la vista eran increíbles. La habitación también era muy bonita y limpia. El baño está muy limpio y me encanta su diseño. Me encanta la vista desde la habitación. Tenía vistas al lago y al atardecer, lo cual es genial. La habitación era muy espaciosa y nos dieron refrigerios y bebidas gratis. Las comodidades son perfectas y completas. Y tuvimos refrigerios gratis en el restaurante. El desayuno buffet también tiene varias opciones. Las piscinas son muy grandes, con piscina para adultos y niños, y jacuzzi. Me encanta todo aquí, incluido el estacionamiento fácil y muchas actividades para hacer. Hay muchos lugares fuera de temporada para tomar buenas fotografías.

Iismahani04I forgot to take photos but trust me, I think this property is new, so it is very clean, everything looked new, not crowded at all, check in process also very simple, no deposit needed. Room is very cozy and comfortable. You may get confused upon arrival but the security guards are helpful and able to communicate in English. I enjoy staying here very much!
