I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the complimentary supper and the delicious breakfast served on both mornings, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent as it is directly connected to Ipoh Parade Mall. It was very convenient to shop, dine, and even catch a movie without having to drive. Being located in the city centre also made it easy to get around Ipoh. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful throughout my stay. The only area that could be improved is the gym. It is clean, but the workout equipment is quite limited. Adding more machines and free weights would make it much better for guests who like to exercise. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh again. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning sea views. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The swimming pools, beach, and family-friendly facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of delicious food. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Love the hot spring facilities offered by the hotel, especially when you get to enjoy a private hot spring and pool in the villa! And regardless of where your villa is located, there’s buggy service available 24/7. Yoga among nature was also amazing. A really nice place to relax within nature. HOWEVER, as a luxury resort, I was disappointed with the check-in service. Firstly, there wasn’t a clear indication of where the reception/lobby was, so our driver ended dropping us at the carpark. Once we were within the lobby area, it took a while for the staff to actually welcome us. Unlike the check-in service we saw another family receiving later in the day when they were dropped off at the main lobby, we immediately felt the difference. Btw, the resort should really consider lighting the direction into the lobby at night. Most of our private hire drivers have pointed poor signage/lighting to the lobby. Next, the jungle walk group was too large with only one guide. We could barely hear what the guide was saying at the back, so yes it was merely a walk for us.

Spent one night at this hotel for a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was for the price. The parking area is spacious and free, with valet parking available from RM30 per night. The hotel has a modern design and is equipped with a Face ID-like entry system, which adds a nice touch of technology. All the room switches are touchscreen as well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I also really loved the bathroom design, especially the electronically operated toilet seat very much like the ones you’d find in Japan. They also provide complimentary snacks and carbonated drinks, which was a nice bonus. Overall, definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for its price. Great comfort, modern facilities, and plenty of thoughtful touches. Would definitely consider staying here again.

La estancia en Pangkor Laut Resort fue realmente memorable. El complejo estaba bien mantenido y tenía un hermoso paisaje. La combinación de lujo y naturaleza fue lo que me atrajo a venir aquí y pasar una breve escapada de fin de semana. Ofrece un entorno sereno para relajarse en una isla privada e incluso emprender una pequeña aventura, como caminar por una selva tropical. En general, creo que Pangkor Laut Resort es un gran lugar para relajarse, desestresarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Si buscas deportes extremos, multitudes y un lugar para estimular tus sentidos, Pangkor Laut Resort no es para ti. Y es por eso que me encantó mi estancia aquí, nada más que un trocito de paraíso, un entorno tranquilo y mimos.

¡Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa aquí! Nos sorprendió gratamente que nos ascendieran a una suite de 2 dormitorios, lo que hizo que nuestro viaje fuera aún más agradable. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien equipada con una cocina completa, una sala de estar cómoda y un televisor inteligente con acceso a Netflix, Prime, YouTube y más. Todo el personal fue muy amable y acogedor, y tanto el proceso de check-in como el de check-out fueron sencillos y sin complicaciones. La ubicación también era perfecta, con muchos lugares cerca y fácil acceso para moverse por Ipoh. La zona también era tranquila, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy relajante. En general, tuvimos una gran experiencia y sin duda nos hospedaríamos aquí de nuevo si visitamos Ipoh en el futuro.

La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y la cama era cómoda. Como es un edificio nuevo, algunos pisos aún están en obras. Esta fue la primera vez que me quedé sin luz mientras me duchaba por la noche. Intenté contactar con la agencia, pero no había personal disponible, así que la única solución que me ofrecieron fue cambiar de habitación. Tuvimos que dedicar tiempo extra a trasladar todas nuestras pertenencias a otro piso. Una sugerencia sería considerar la posibilidad de eliminar el requisito del depósito, o que el agente se ponga en contacto con los huéspedes un día antes de la llegada para reconfirmar la reserva y el pago del depósito. Ya había abonado el depósito antes de llegar, pero es posible que la agencia no viera mi mensaje. Solo recibí el código QR de acceso después de que el guardia de seguridad me detuviera y me hiciera preguntas, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera estresante.

The Condominium is a bit hidden as it's located behind Impiana Hotel Ipoh. The road to enter the Condominium is not really visible while driving. The Condominium is newly built, so unit is considered new. The parking is temporarily free until further notice. So far, quite a good stay. The only thing to comment is that, there are quite a lot of Phereoeca uterella at the ceiling inside the unit and also at the corridor. Perhaps, a more thoroughly housekeeping is need. Facilities are okay but I noticed the people who stayed in other units didn't follow the rules when using swimming pool. Not wearing proper swim attire, no shower before entering the pool, causing the water in the pool to become dirty and oily. It's truly disgusting. Hope the management and security guard can be more strict on this issue.

En primer lugar, quedamos bastante decepcionados porque nos asignaron el Bloque C y la habitación era diferente a las fotos que nos dieron al reservar (sin vistas fantásticas ni bañera como la que se mostraba en la reserva). Además, nuestra habitación daba a la ciudad y había pájaros merodeando por el balcón. Hay tres bloques, y el Bloque C que nos dieron estaba bastante vacío y daba miedo. Al caminar por la zona del hotel por la noche, vimos que solo había unas pocas habitaciones ocupadas. Incluso el ambiente en el Bloque C era inquietante, pero por suerte no había rastro de él, porque si no, nos iríamos inmediatamente. Ni siquiera nos atrevimos a abrir las cortinas, porque era demasiado inquietante, sabiendo que no había muchos huéspedes en el Bloque C. Mi marido me contó que pidió cambiarse al Bloque A unos días antes de nuestra llegada, pero le informaron que no había habitaciones libres en el Bloque A. Al llegar, pedimos cambiarnos al Bloque A, pero nos informaron que teníamos que añadir RM250 por noche porque era el Bloque A. Información contradictoria. Además, deberían llenar la habitación para los visitantes del Bloque A o B, así que no sería tan inquietante. En segundo lugar, los inodoros no están muy limpios, con manchas amarillas. Aunque nos sorprendió la decoración de la cama y el pastel de cumpleaños, el ambiente en el Bloque C es inquietante. Definitivamente no volveré.

Hotel with a good location near the town area. Check-in and check-out were very fast and smooth. It's a nice bonus that they have a swimming pool. The room was clean. Overall, a good and convenient stay.
