My second time staying at this hotel, the first time was on official work, and this time for holiday. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Annie at the Front Office. The room was nice and clean, had a bath tub and sufficient plug points. The hotel also serves supper beside breakfast, no other hotels serve supper before, except for events, so it's a big plus, and the food is delicious, especially their signature nasi lemak, the best I had in a hotel. And the hotel also link to the shopping mall, Ipoh Parade. So I think this hotel have a complete package.

La comida tiene un sabor normal, pero es cara. El personal del restaurante nos da una calurosa bienvenida hasta el punto de que nos sentimos muy incómodos. Buscábamos un lugar tranquilo y con buen ambiente para disfrutar de nuestra cena, pero de vez en cuando el personal viene a molestarnos 😔. Nos alojamos en el complejo turístico de montaña y, por la noche, nos visita una rata 🐀. Aparte de lo anterior, el entorno es tranquilo y silencioso, adecuado para una estancia corta para relajarse.

My wife and I had a truly wonderful stay at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat. Everything about the experience was near perfect. The setting was stunning, with majestic limestone cliffs forming a beautiful backdrop. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor hot springs, indoor hotspring soak, and the private plunge pool were incredibly relaxing. The à la carte buffet breakfast was delicious as well. The buggy service around the resort was efficient, which was great since the walk between villas and facilities can be quite long. Guests also receive free entry to the Lost World of Tambun if they join the Jungle Walk—however, do note that the walk involves quite a bit of climbing with many steps, so anyone with mobility concerns should take this into account. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I genuinely feel it was worth the money spent.

Hola Tui Haven, es mi primera vez aquí y quiero saber sobre Tui Haven. Reservé dos horas antes de llegar a Ipoh porque mi esposo se acordó de The Haven, así que revisé y conseguí una habitación. Una residencia junto al lago realmente agradable. La recepcionista es muy amable y brindó un servicio rápido tanto al momento del check-in como al check-out. (Una señora india) ¡Qué amable de su parte! Olvidé preguntar su nombre. El paisaje y la vista eran increíbles. La habitación también era muy bonita y limpia. El baño está muy limpio y me encanta su diseño. Me encanta la vista desde la habitación. Tenía vistas al lago y al atardecer, lo cual es genial. La habitación era muy espaciosa y nos dieron refrigerios y bebidas gratis. Las comodidades son perfectas y completas. Y tuvimos refrigerios gratis en el restaurante. El desayuno buffet también tiene varias opciones. Las piscinas son muy grandes, con piscina para adultos y niños, y jacuzzi. Me encanta todo aquí, incluido el estacionamiento fácil y muchas actividades para hacer. Hay muchos lugares fuera de temporada para tomar buenas fotografías.

We had a lovely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut 🤍 The resort is peaceful and surrounded by nature perfect for a short family getaway to unwind from city life. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and waking up to the greenery and sea view was truly refreshing. What we enjoyed most was how kid-friendly the resort is. The kids had so much fun with the pools and outdoor spaces, and we could actually relax knowing they were happy and occupied. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, and the staff were consistently warm, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience for both adults and kids. A great choice for families looking for a calm beach resort vibe. We’ll definitely consider coming back

Slightly away from the city center room we’re decent and spacious. Basic amenities but for the same price, a hotel might be a better deal. For golfers and family who preferred nature over convenience might be ideal.
