El día que me inspeccioné, dejé mis cosas en la habitación y fui a la tienda. Dejé un signo No Interrumpir en mi puerta. Cuando volví, el minuto que puse a mi tienda, alguien intentó abrir mi puerta. La llave no funcionó. Se fue después de un tiempo, pero volvió con un chico de campana que se puso en mi campana. Abri la puerta y el chico de campana me disculpó y me preguntó si me quedaba aquí. El tipo de la habitación que se encuentra en el hotel es un buen lugar para el hotel. Luego, el escritorio del frente me llamó y pidió mi nombre. No disculpar, sino pedir mi identidad. Ella confirmó que había un error en la asignación de habitaciones. Le pregunté qué necesito hacer. No dijo nada. No se disculpa. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no hay respuesta. El hotel está en una habitación de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentran los mejores de los que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad.

Love the hot spring facilities offered by the hotel, especially when you get to enjoy a private hot spring and pool in the villa! And regardless of where your villa is located, there’s buggy service available 24/7. Yoga among nature was also amazing. A really nice place to relax within nature. HOWEVER, as a luxury resort, I was disappointed with the check-in service. Firstly, there wasn’t a clear indication of where the reception/lobby was, so our driver ended dropping us at the carpark. Once we were within the lobby area, it took a while for the staff to actually welcome us. Unlike the check-in service we saw another family receiving later in the day when they were dropped off at the main lobby, we immediately felt the difference. Btw, the resort should really consider lighting the direction into the lobby at night. Most of our private hire drivers have pointed poor signage/lighting to the lobby. Next, the jungle walk group was too large with only one guide. We could barely hear what the guide was saying at the back, so yes it was merely a walk for us.

Spent one night at this hotel for a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was for the price. The parking area is spacious and free, with valet parking available from RM30 per night. The hotel has a modern design and is equipped with a Face ID-like entry system, which adds a nice touch of technology. All the room switches are touchscreen as well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I also really loved the bathroom design, especially the electronically operated toilet seat very much like the ones you’d find in Japan. They also provide complimentary snacks and carbonated drinks, which was a nice bonus. Overall, definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for its price. Great comfort, modern facilities, and plenty of thoughtful touches. Would definitely consider staying here again.

A little dated but still a beautiful private island. The place is big with shuttle service privided. Ongoing renovations at some places. Lots of good food, large portions. Most staff were friendly. Do note that speedboat is chargeable unless you book the hotel room directly with them. Will visit again in the future.

The property itself exceeded my expectations—the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, parking was seamless and convenient, and the overall amenities were top-notch. It had everything needed for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. What truly set this property apart, however, was their astounding honesty and guest support. During my stay, I accidentally lost my RM10,000 bracelet somewhere on the hotel premises. I was deeply concerned, but thanks to the incredible team, I got it back safely! A special shoutout to Umesh from the control room and Ika at the reception. They acted promptly, thoroughly verified the situation, and safely returned the bracelet to me. They reassured me that the management works tirelessly to ensure guest safety and provide a seamless stay—and they truly proved it through their actions. Finding a place that pairs fantastic facilities with such trustworthy, dedicated staff is rare. I am deeply grateful for their professionalism and integrity. I highly recommend The Stallionz, Ipoh to anyone visiting the area!

La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y la cama era cómoda. Como es un edificio nuevo, algunos pisos aún están en obras. Esta fue la primera vez que me quedé sin luz mientras me duchaba por la noche. Intenté contactar con la agencia, pero no había personal disponible, así que la única solución que me ofrecieron fue cambiar de habitación. Tuvimos que dedicar tiempo extra a trasladar todas nuestras pertenencias a otro piso. Una sugerencia sería considerar la posibilidad de eliminar el requisito del depósito, o que el agente se ponga en contacto con los huéspedes un día antes de la llegada para reconfirmar la reserva y el pago del depósito. Ya había abonado el depósito antes de llegar, pero es posible que la agencia no viera mi mensaje. Solo recibí el código QR de acceso después de que el guardia de seguridad me detuviera y me hiciera preguntas, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera estresante.

Hola Tui Haven, es mi primera vez aquí y quiero saber sobre Tui Haven. Reservé dos horas antes de llegar a Ipoh porque mi esposo se acordó de The Haven, así que revisé y conseguí una habitación. Una residencia junto al lago realmente agradable. La recepcionista es muy amable y brindó un servicio rápido tanto al momento del check-in como al check-out. (Una señora india) ¡Qué amable de su parte! Olvidé preguntar su nombre. El paisaje y la vista eran increíbles. La habitación también era muy bonita y limpia. El baño está muy limpio y me encanta su diseño. Me encanta la vista desde la habitación. Tenía vistas al lago y al atardecer, lo cual es genial. La habitación era muy espaciosa y nos dieron refrigerios y bebidas gratis. Las comodidades son perfectas y completas. Y tuvimos refrigerios gratis en el restaurante. El desayuno buffet también tiene varias opciones. Las piscinas son muy grandes, con piscina para adultos y niños, y jacuzzi. Me encanta todo aquí, incluido el estacionamiento fácil y muchas actividades para hacer. Hay muchos lugares fuera de temporada para tomar buenas fotografías.

The view of the mountain range is magnificent. The swimming pool and Onsen pool is excellent too. Overall stay is great minus the construction chaos happening outside the premises.
