Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Región IV-A, Filipinas

It was a great stay; to make it short, the room or reservation served its purpose, we were there in Manila for a family event. If I had anything bad to say, their pool had cat poop in it, please clean it. I understand why the cleaners might not see it, it's in the middle of the people and it settled on the floor. :(

I've been to several hotels in Tagaytay already and I always come back to Casiana. It's great compared to other pricey hotels. The staff are friendly and the buffet is good too. The rooms are spacious (with balcony) and the toilets are modern. Parking is always available. The pool needs a little bit of cleaning. It is big compared to other hotels in the area - 4 feet for adults. The only thing I am constantly having a problem is the wifi in the room. Sometimes it disappears and is not consistent. I wish they would fix it since it has been a problem for way back in 2023 when I started to go to this hotel. I attached the photo of the custom eggs they made for us while eating our buffet. It was a nice touch.

Fácil de reservar, buen servicio al cliente. Sin embargo, el hotel es viejo. Pared de pintura de colores debido a las fugas de agua. Falta de toallas. Toallas coloridas.

We had a great stay at Monaco Hotel Taytay. The staff were very accommodating and polite, providing great service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean and well-sanitized, which made our stay comfortable and worry-free. The amenities were well-maintained, the pool was clean and we had it all to ourselves during our visit, which was a nice bonus. The gym is okay, though it only has minimal equipment (just one treadmill, for example). Breakfast selection is limited but everything tasted good and was freshly prepared. Overall, excellent value for money, especially considering the affordable rate we got. Would definitely recommend this for a short and comfortable stay in Taytay.

Very memorable stay. Although we arrived late for the check in, we were assisted very well. Food is really great too. The next day before check ou we did some snorkling and oh boy! We saw a big turtle. We distanced ourselves so as not to bother the creature. We also saw different fishes to. Place is clean. The stairs going down and up to the parking is the only challenge. Over all, amazing place and experience.

El hotel es un hotel de 2 estrellas. Me encanta el personal, son todos útiles y eficientes. El buffet Cmas también era bueno. Nuestros familiares lo amaban. Las piscinas están bien, pero necesitan limpiar un poco. ¿Cuándo fue la última vez que lo limpiaste? Gracias también por abrir el resort ur a los animales. Nuestros animales son amados y forman parte de la familia. Muchas familias no los dejarán solos en casa, especialmente durante las excursiones, así que me alegro tanto de que estés abierto a la idea. Reservé 3 habitaciones y todas son igualmente espaciosas y limpias. ¡Mantengalo! Bien hecho. El lugar está bien mantenido.

This hotel is very accommodating and the staff are very friendly.

It was a great experience staying at Timberland Resort. I never thought I could find a great location near QC, as it's just 15 minutes away from my location. The view from the top was really breathtaking and relaxing as the hotel is situated on top of the mountains.
